Great to hear, thanks!
I love the smell of napalm in the morning!
Music to my ears! Thank you Mr. Zen. I quadrupled my original stake early today.
I believe they were highlighted on 60 Minutes last night. That is what got me buying in today.
I always had faith in CYBL going back many years. After many attempts at contacting the company the best I could achieve was getting interrogated on a recorded line. In December 2020 I sold my 4,000,000 shares.
Bought back in this past summer when I saw a surprise turn around - wish I had the 4M back - still doing well- only wish the open communication started before I sold! That's okay - I am a fan!
What a fantastic turn around! Go CYBL GO!
The address is in Sorrento Valley and is unoccupied.
Seven - soon to be eight years in - educations are expensive as they say.
I accept that I might not have invested optimally but our prescience was good!
Well stated GetRich! Thanks T&L for being a quality poster - once again!
Wow! Thanks T&L.
You're quite a fountain of information. Much appreciated!
into a nearby phone booth and out emerges.....
HP what is a phone booth you may ask? Obviously, it's where HP has been hiding...
Amazing! GO SGLB and GKN! AND ALL OF US

the principle that members of a hierarchy are promoted until they reach the level at which they are no longer competent.

Thank you. The information you provide and the manner you provide it is very much appreciated.
Viper-
Are you familiar with the International Harmonization and Globalization movement that started in 1947?
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards. We were founded in 1947, and since then have published 22789 International Standards covering almost all aspects of technology and business. Today we have members from 164 countries and about 135 people work full time for our Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland.
https://www.iso.org/the-iso-story.html
Th concept is no longer voluntary but a requirement. Something as basic as SALES do not occur until certification takes place.
Certification does not take place until an external competent assessment verifies the Quality System complies with all international standards, policies and procedures. To date, the international standards are not complete and published.
Our delay is not due to the sales force. This function is industry driven. As we all have heard, the industry has taken longer than expected to mature.
The European countries have formed an alliance and when the alliance says "go", all members will "go".
Dyslexic post... sorry Capt.
You are not alone Caot!
I agree with your math. I don't agree with your personal assessment(s).
Coming from you......LOL!
Yes! Thanks for your updates.
Windbag1014 - I'm not in lock step with anyone, I don't think. I have been interested here since June 2013.
International accreditation is an extremely involved and expensive undertaking. I directed an internationally accredited lab for a number of years.
Outlook2020 - Are you on the right board?
This is SGLB....Sigma Labs….Sigma Inside!
I even doubt you would hear or read INTC and SGLB in the same sentence on INTC board!
Polished? Without ISO Standards?
First come standards, next documented complied with standards (audited), then certified. Then Standards become part of the tender, THEN comes SALES!
Don't fire the sales staff before they sell something PLEASE!
Outlook2020
"but if the purebred did not have a proven racing bloodline of winners, I wouldn’t even consider buying it"
SOME purebreds have a bloodline of winners - some DON'T.
Relax and beware posting on public boards - and be careful buying racehorses too! - but GOOD LUCK whatever you do!
GLTA
Outlook2020 -
I'm not certain you know of what you speak - a purebred racehorse may never get to the racetrack. Check the Jockey Club statistics!
Purebred speaks only to the parentage. There is no guarantee a foal gets to a yearling.
Nothing beats a try but a miss.....
Kanya - I am not certain you can legally ask that question anymore...
Difference?
Actually - no.
Monetarily - YOU BET!
Physically - some times.
is there any difference, how old is he now?
Retirement not resignation.... please
Define "jacked up". I am still here.
Thanks TedJ - ,
but are you saying "no" to my response or to the quotation as the quotation was from another? Thanks again for your clarification
absolutely! I'm not certain this would be cutting one's losses at this point.
My point is - why would one telegraph the punch - so to speak.
Years ago, I described Kanya's active purchasing as seeking a googolplex of shares.
I promise that if I were to sell all or part of my accumulation, I would not warn the buying public first.
Hawks - I know I wasn't invited to reply but -
" I know density and porosity are definitely linked but didn't know if MC was using this as a clever engineering way to get around talking about porosity by only talking about density."
Do you also wonder why the standards have been so long in coming? Since you know density, mass per unit volume density - is that a clever engineering way to describe something that may not apply?
Porosity may certainly be related especially if it applied to any liquid that filled the spaces in the powder or printed part....
May it instead be a careful, precise employment of terminology that more closely describes the process or concept that has yet to be universally accepted and applied?
Just maybe?
Kanya....
"I intent to reduce my shares by another 30% this week... "
Really? are you looking for a lower price?....
not that this is the first time I have seen you do such a thing, but.... I really don't think that was a wise move.
a ‘B' indicates that a security is non-executable because the BID is outside the price band
If it had been halted - an "H" would have appeared - apologies Capt
RFB - I believe this is correct.
I observed a "B" next to the SGLB call letters. "B" was defined as a Halt due to the bid being outside of the trading range. Range was 3.24 to 3.48 as I observed.
trading halted?
Driftin - I agree with one small addition:
____________________________________________________________
Some might go so far as to connect the "dots" that the ASTM committee typically meets in January and it is now February when Morf3d and SGLB enter a formal contractual relationship.
____________________________________________________________
Atypical - thanks - I think it has never looked worse - but....
These guys are the "go-to" guys - pretty much have been and will continue to be.
I was embarrassed when people asked if they would cut their own salaries - common sense would dictate but do we all know that this company exists ONLY because they ran the company from their own consulting fees before it was SGLB?
The entire industry respects these guys but their shareholders don't?.....
All of the big players are on SGLB client list. With all of the America Makes secret meetings - there is a lot of important data unavailable to us here.
Wait - why would you start selling at a loss to cut taxes in November- to take a write-off? If you are planning on losing there is still plenty of time to pull the rip-cord.
This is a shift of conceptualization - and it IS going to happen. No more will we design and then refine by generation - enter 2016/2017 where the idea gets printed from metal dust. WOW -
v1833 I appreciate your POV - I just don't share it.
I agree the timing has not been good, but after being involved with International accreditation since the mid 90s, "I've seen some things, man.....".
I can't see how it could have been any less his fault with the 'Lock Step' while dancing to America Makes - who is also in 'lock step' yet following DARPA and all of their phases - the current Phase 3 is the commercialization phase - so GOOD NEWS! - the pain should lessen soon!
The International Standards should have been published but - they wait for the industry to demand them - no offense to anyone but isn't that the proverbial Standoff?
Fair enough!
Thanks for the discussion and thanks for worrying about offending
I wish you good luck and good fortune!
Really Sailboat? Your assessment seems a bit harsh especially after the news release just 4 days ago:
Sigma Labs Enters into Agreement with Siemens for PrintRite3D®
Sigma Labs announced that it has entered into an agreement with Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB of Finspång, Sweden, a unit of Siemens AG, for PrintRite3D® INSPECT® to be installed on a metal printer for evaluation and testing purposes.
“It is an honor to announce this new agreement with Siemens for evaluation of our proprietary PrintRite3D® quality assurance software,” said Mark Cola, President and CEO of Sigma Labs. “We’ll provide statistical process control and assure part quality for burner repairs as well as set the stage for productivity optimization. Siemens plays a leading role in applying additive manufacturing across its highly-demanding gas turbine operations. We are proud to assist them in providing the highest quality 3D printed components for such technology applications, where Siemens is continuously working on further process developments. We look forward to a close and beneficial partnership together.”
I think we are listening for a shoe to drop but they are wearing slippers now.
With every passing CC, share holders have been expecting a rush of investors based on sales of PrintRite3D® units. It used to be suggested that SGLB would be as successful as the "Ixtel Inside" - but I think that shifted too.
The expected sales have not taken place - why? Because it's the software that is gonna cost you!
GE purchased two 3D Printer manufacturers and they will simply install sensors when asked - but you are going to need the PrintRite3D® Suite of software to employ the collected data.
That is my guess and also, in my mind, explains all of the disappointed clients.....
The employees weren't stealing the worthless stuff in the wheelbarrows - they were stealing wheelbarrows!
v1833 No apologies needed. You asked, I answered. I said "question", You said "attack".... ? Then you apologized - weak hand...(joke)
Just as I expressed in May - don't sell because somebody is talking bad about the stock.
Many have questioned "Lock-step" - I think 'led by the nose' is more accurate.
When the going gets tough - it REALLY gets tough. Is there a manipulation of the price? Is somebody flooding the market with shares?
You asked "Are you just hoping for some Hail Mary event to occur?"
My, my - that sounds desperate.... Is the deed done? Is SGLB done and over? I don't think so. I bought more today ..the greater the risk - the greater the reward....sometimes....
I have been here since June 2013. My lowest share price purchased was 3.8 cents per - which is 3.80 post split.
THIS is OTC land - you don't crawl into the gutters and slime without exercising caution.
It is far from over and I am not saying anything as celebratory or that I am the answer man. I am certainly not celebrating people being convinced to sell - and I am definitely not giving advice on what is a good or bad choice.
You wanted to discuss the elephant in the room. What would you prefer I said - "yes, you are right!" ?
I have a lot of my money tied up here and nobody will force my hand. Right or wrong, I am still here and now I am being questioned by you.
