Is there any news for IPWG? Got an email from CEO Benvengo that there is a link to an important document but my virus scanner warned about a phishing mail. So I did not read the document.
Anybody else got an email from Mr Benvengo?
BLDV is number 1 at breakout board
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/breakoutboards.aspx
Yesterday there were more than 300 million shares traded. Normally there were no shares traded for many days or weeks in the last two years. So that should be a sign that somebody already knows what is coming ...
Please read also my post from yesterday:
"Big medical marijuana news coming for BLDV ???
BLDV is awakening from the dead today and breaking out. But what could be the reason for the move up?
Maybe there could be a relation between BLDV and the medical marijuana business:
I have sent CEO John Quincey Moaning many weeks ago an e-mail and suggested him to think about switching to the medical marijuana business because Mr Moaning already has an agricultural background.
(Moaning, who has more than 15 years of agricultural experience, co-founded Blue Diamond in 2000. He was reared on a 300-acre farm in Oklahoma where he raised cattle and swine (grand champion) and farmed soybeans, corn, peanuts and cotton and was among the top Future Farmers of America and 4-H students in Oklahoma. He created a strategic partnership with Langston University to establish the first Goat research Center in Belize. Moaning has traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Central and South America and is well acquainted with the culture of the area.)
Of course I got no answer from him what is easy to understand because I believe he will not give out any information (only by press releases).
But here comes the interesting part:
A few weeks ago a guy wrote at Investorshub:
"I own 100% of Growing Innovations Corp. which owns 3 marijuana companies. We look to add 10 more in the next 5 years. I am interested in any shell that is willing to play ball."
So I wrote him back that he should contact CEO Moaning from BLDV and ask him if BLDV is interested in a merger or acquisition.
So maybe he did and that is the reason for the outbreak today???"
4 minutes left to get them before the bell
Maybe news tomorrow morning?
Somebody must know something already. Nearly no trading for years and then today more than 300 million shares traded so far ???
This should mean something ...
I´m happy that I already have my shares and have not to chase them last hour today. Nobody knows when the news hits. Could be after the bell, tomorrow morning or whenever ...

@Million shares
If you are interested in acquiring / merging with a public traded company I would suggest to ask John Quincey Moaning (CEO from Blue Diamond Ventures Inc., ticker symbol = BLDV) if there is a chance for a deal or joint venture.
Mr Moaning already has an agricultural background.

Who does say there will be a new office in NY?
My information is that there is no need for a new office and the phones are working.
Mr Benvengo "had surgery" and Peter Toscano "is in New York". So that were/are the reasons the office was/is closed ...
My further information I got is that
- the waste-to-energy plant in Poland is fully approved by governmental approval (signed)
- they just need the funds to commence work
- the loan contract is still alive but it is difficult to get it done because of the problems in Europe at the moment

Do you have evidence what is coming or do you only speculate?
I would be happy for sure if BLDV will announce financing or start of construction but what does make you so optimistic that BLDV will win this time?

SECTION 8 - OTHER EVENTS
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 24, 2010, MIV Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that it is that it is nearing the completion of an agreement regarding restructuring activities with a large medical investment group based in Asia to provide significant further funding to the Company.
The share purchase agreements that the Company entered into with CCT Tech International Limited ("CCT") and Innomed Scientific Limited ("Innomed"), which the Company announced in November, are being postponed so that the Company can better restructure the transaction, which senior management of the Company believes will result in a broader positive impact for the Company and its shareholders. The original agreements with CCT and Innomed were terminated according to Hong Kong securities commission listing rules because a new deal constitutes a material change. Senior management of the Company is in the final stage of completing definitive agreements with the new party.
In addition, the Company recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a Chinese distributor to provide the distributor with exclusive distribution rights for the Company's products for the major cities and provinces of China.
So will the chill be lifted now ???
If yes, we can expect some really GOOD NEWS any time now !!!

International Power Group Ltd (IPWG) IPWG - Waste to Energy Project - Jizan Plant 300.00 Execution Q4 2009 International Power Group Ltd (IPWG)
Who really thinks that both companies "International Power Group" wanted to construct a waste-to-energy plant in the same country and also in the same city???
A press release taken from the IPWG homepage proves that our IPWG wanted to construct the wte-plant in Jizan:
http://www.i-pwg.com/main.html
International Power Group Moves Forward in Process of Establishing Waste-to-Energy Plants in Saudi Arabia
CELEBRATION, Fla., Aug 23, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- International Power Group Ltd., (Pink Sheets: IPWG) has received authorization from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Presidency of Metrology and Environment (PME) office to begin its due diligence in the city of Jizan, to determine the viability of establishing the Company's first waste-to-energy plant in Saudi Arabia. Jizan is located in the southwest of the Kingdom, near the border of Yemen. A team of consulting engineers and scientists working with IPWG will be conducting the research in Jizan.
Peter Toscano, CEO of IPWG, said: "We are pleased with the rapid progress being made towards establishing our first waste-to-energy facilities in Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's economy is one of the world's fastest-growing. This fast growth has strained the Kingdom's limited drinking water supply and its electricity resources. IPWG's waste-to-energy technology, with its purified drinking water by-product, is, we believe, the perfect solution to the Kingdom's waste disposal, drinking water and electricity needs."
Once this location is determined as viable, a timetable will be developed for construction of the waste-to-energy facility. The Company expects that plant construction would begin in late 2006.
So that´s the reason why you bash the stock??? You want cheap shares. Nothing more to say .. unbelievable ...
("When ipwg gets back down to the triple OH threes or lower, again I will load up and dump with johnny man and petee boy")
Please call Mr Kalhöfer in Germany and ask him why he wrote that the waste-to-energy plant in Jizan is already "fertig" (translated from German = constructed/existing)!

Saudi Arabia: Three-year renewable license to conduct a feasibility study for a waste-to-energy (WTE) facility
In July 2006, the U.S.-based International Power Group (IPWG) was granted a three-year renewable license to conduct a feasibility study for a waste-to-energy (WTE) facility in the southwestern city of Jizan . Following the study, a US$300-million plant was commissioned, and is expected to come online in December 2008.
According to IPWG, the WTE modules combust up to 180 tons of solid and hazardous waste, while generating 6 MW of electricity and up to 250,000 gallons of distilled water per day.

Saudi-Arabia could bring 3 billion $ in yearly revenue
http://www.beginnermoneyinvesting.com/html/international_power_group.htm
A number of highly respected people nave joined the IPWG team over the past year. Many of these individuals left their positions at billion dollar corporations to become a part of this up and coming organization. For example, when IPWG acquired the Anovo AB, Add Power, and Scrub Power technologies, the inventor of this technology, Mr. Lennart Strand, joined IPWG too. Mr. Strand held the positions of Chairman of the Board and Chief Technical Officer of another company prior to joining IPWG.
One person of particular interest that was recently appointed to the IPWG board of directors is Sheikh Hani Ahmad Zaki Yamani. Shiekh Hani Yamani is the eider son of H.E. Sheikh Ahmed Zaki Yamani, former Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When you combine the appointment of a very powerful man such as Sheikh Hani Yamani to the IPWG board of directors with the current news that IPWG has finalized all of the necessary procedures to establish a Saudi Arabian subsidiary named "IPWG Saudi Limited" and that this subsidiary has received approval from Saudi Arabian authorities to begin construction of waste-to-energy plants within the Kingdom, one must think about the possibilities.
According to IPWG, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia needs just about ten plants "strategically located" throughout the Kingdom.
One aspect of the IPWG waste to energy plants that is especially beneficial to Saudi Arabia is the creation of water for agricultural purposes. A 2003 assessment of Saudi Arabian water needs found that approximately 70% of the Kingdom's water is supplied by coastal desalination plants. When pumped to inland cities, it is estimated that up to 50% of the pumped water is lost because of problems with the pipeline network. To meet the Kingdom's water needs over the next twenty years, it is projected that Saudi Arabia will need up to fifteen additional water desalination plants at a cost of over $900 million each. Could IPWG's press release concerning the "strategic location" of waste to energy plants be a suggestion that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is interested in using IPWG plants as a means to transport water to areas not accessible to water desalination plants?
The appointment of Sheikh Hani Yamani and the creation of a Saudi Arabian subsidiary lead us to believe so. Think about what this could mean… ten plants in Saudi Arabia translates into a possible $3 billion in yearly revenue!
While this sounds great, let’s not forget that IPWG is targeting other countries too. In late March of 2006, IPWG received initial approval to construct two waste to energy facilities in the municipality of Ensenada, Mexico. England could be next. In January of 2006 IPWG opened a new office in London, England. IPWG waste to energy plants could be popping up in the English countryside with the recently released 2006 DEFRA report calling for increased utilization of renewable energy sources!
Mr. Fergus Reid is another person of interest on the IPWG team. Mr. Reid at present serves as the chairman of JP Morgan Chase Mutual Funds and as a trustee of Morgan Stanley Mutual Funds. Mr. Reid functions as an Advisory Board Member for IPWG. Having a good working relationship with Mr. Reid could prove to be very beneficial for IPWG down the line.
Saudi-Arabia construction start-up was scheduled to begin by the end of 2006
http://goliath.ecnext.com/coms2/gi_0199-5815511/SAUDI-ARABIA-Construction-start-up.html
SAUDI ARABIA: Construction start-up on planned waste-to-energy plant is tentatively scheduled to begin by the end of 2006, INTERNATIONAL POWER GROUP LTD. (IPWG) [USA] Order #: 103806.
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Saudi Arabia is considered to be one of the world's fastest growing economies. However, the rapid pace of development has strained the Kingdom's limited drinking water supply and its electricity resources. As a result, the US-based INTERNATIONAL POWER GROUP LTD. (IPWG) recently received authorization from the Kingdom's Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) office to determine the viability of establishing the company's first waste-to-energy plant in the city of Jizan, located in the southeast of the Kingdom, near the border of Yemen.
As things currently stand, a team of consulting engineers and scientists is working with IPWG to conduct feasibility studies in that region. Once the location is determined as viable, a timetable will be developed for building the waste-to-energy facility. In so doing, IPWG expects that plant construction, of undisclosed cost, would begin some time in late 2006.
According to Peter Toscano, IPWG President & CEO, his company's waste-to-energy technology, with its purified drinking water by-product is likely to be the perfect solution to the Kingdom's waste disposal, drinking water and electricity needs. As a result, IPWG intends to establish waste-to-energy facilities to convert commercial, hazardous, organic and toxic wastes into saleable electricity and potable water.
IPWG operates as a waste-to-energy company developing processes to manage waste in an environmentally friendly manner and to capture the energy generated from the processes into meaningful amounts of cost effective electricity and drinking water.

No, YOU have to REREAD the article !!!
"Saudi Arabia collects meanwhile already experiences with stream to generating garbage combustion positions. In Jizan an arrangement at cost 300 Mil. US $ is ready, in Dschidda an as expensive one is built (=not completed). Other ones are in the discussion. The US-amerikanische International Power Group Ltd are involved. (IPWG) and the French Constructions industrialist de la Méditerranée (CNIM). The French are also interested in a garbage combustion arrangement at cost 700 Mil. US $ in Bahrain."
YOU CAN´T MAKE EXPERIENCES WITH A PLAN, experiences need a COMPLETE PRODUCT !!! OR HOW CAN YOU TEST A PRODUCT WITH ONLY A PLAN ???
First the author mentioned a done project (IPWG in JIZAN), then a project in construction phase (Dschidda) and then "other projects in the discussion".
Otherwise the author had mentioned the IPWG project together with the "projects in the discussion".
The German word "fertig" means that all is completed and you have nothing more to do. If you have only planned a thing, Germans they "geplant" and do not say "fertig".
The article´s author has to base his article on facts delivered from some source imho.
And I don´t think that he might have misunderstood a former IPWG press release because I could not find one where a date for the end of construction in Saudi-Arabia was mentioned so that he could have thought the construction has to be completed already.
So from whom the author did get the information that the waste-to-energy plant in Jizan is already constructed ???!!!???
Did IPWG work quietly behind the scenes so that the plant is ready now?
Remember the IPWG press release from 2006:
