If the patents are well founded, and pan out. I hope we break your charting models. So far the battles are in your favor. Maybe we both win the war.
Looks to have found its base Bubba. Again, as you called it days earlier.
Your charting technique has been spot on.
Thanks Bubba, It's good to have you here.
Just as you called it in July Bubba.
I hope you feel more bullish now.
Is there any evidence this company even exists?
I don't think this stock price is about the current revenue. I believe it's all about future potential and maybe patents.
That would be a terrible reason to dislike him. I think Ferris is the reason the stock has been stable. Giving out details early and talking about what they Plan, or Expect, would not help us long term. It causes volatility. Its why some outspoken stocks can go down right after releasing good news.
He has been long term reliable and appears honest. This is my only holding where I do NOT worry the CEO will squander resources and pay for it with stock value.
Welcome to new share holders who were watching, waiting for a price dip.
.
My guess is someone dropped near 8 million shares with a market order.
We are in better hands now and so is the stock, now that they are out.
Thanks for the information Utah, very glad your here and communicating with them and us. I had trouble reaching Mr. goldstein as his phones mailbox was full. I see you are more tenacious.
I am hoping for RSPG and the beginning here looks pretty good. The problem I have is that there have been press-worthy or at least announcement-worthy occurances. When the already announced date for a payment and another announced date for production came and went, listening for news and hearing nothing for weeks is bad for our investment.
Either the payment was made, or it is late, or it was cancelled. Which is it? As long as we are pink sheet, we need to know every step. Hearing nothing and assuming the best is not how a pink sheet trader reacts. Not if he plans on being around for very long.
Saying that, I dont want to sound over negative. There are angry little basher types posting on here that sound like school kids. I also expect there is one, maybe two of them with many aliases. They have no point and no insight. I blame the mass mailing. Im unsure what type of investor RSPG expected to attract when they hired a PR company that spams out a fear letter that water is the next oil, and the earths resources are going dry.
I have reduced my position slightly because there is no good excuse for keeping us in the complete dark for weeks. I still hope for good things, they look like they have a plan.
RSPG knows that we deeply hunger for pr, but you can't generate pr until something press-worthy occurs.
OT: Please, guys (and gals), when posting ANYTHING thats NOT about RSPG, Use "OT:" in front of the post. Things can get confusing fast.
a Valium? Because I sound like I need one, or was it for you? :)
You are not being a pest Carl. They should be well aware that as a Pink sheet or even as an OTCBB stock, communication is necessary at every point.
There is good reason every big player and organisation stay away from these stocks in general. I love em because of the potential, but the words "trust" and "assume" do not belong here. I expect more communication from this management immediately.
No one there can be so busy that we need to wonder if our investment is sound.
OT: Agreed Nebula, had to dump that spam.
I'll remove this message, and your message 731 later today.
Funny how nothing gets taken for granted on a pink sheet stock. I agree to both points, its already a known event, but I will still feel better reading the 6.5 million is in the bank.
Hearing we are a fully reporting otcbb (or better) listed stock will be a good feeling too.
I see where you got that figure Utah.

"Under our current contracts we are allowed to pump 400,000 gallons of water per day, which translates to 2,909,090 bottles of water 500ml (16.9 oz.) per day."
--------------------------
I think we need to learn more about how the water allotment works. I expect that it can be increased as needed. Its likely a tax or local water fee restriction. For the short term projection to make sense, the water availability must be there.
http://www.royalspringswater.com/investor_projection.html
Is my math ok? 1 US gallon = 128 US fluid ounces.
1) 3 gallons of water per case.
2) 400,000 gallons per day divided by 3 gallon cases = 133,333 cases a day.
3) 23 million cases legally possible in 6 months with 7 day a week production.
4) 48 million cases per year maximum legal output as currently negotiated.
5) However, The company estimates 195 million cases in year five.

I didnt notice extra market makers, thanks adams.
A Good day today sandwich, I think there will be interested posters coming along very soon.
More news again today. May 24, 2006 - 1:06 PM EDT
I love the fact that this non-reporting company actually give the "who and how much" in their press releases. I rare thing in my experience.

Royal Spring Water takes Africa by storm, with an additional International multi million dollar Letter of Intent for a 2-year term.
LOS ANGELES, May 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Royal Spring Water Inc. (OTC: RSPG), a bottler and distributor of pure, sweet water from the Artesian wells of the Ogallala Aquifer, announced today that it has received an additional multi million dollar International Letter of Intent for a minimum 2- year term for the territory of Cameroon, Africa, for over $4,000,000 (USD). Mr. Usman Kalu, CEO for Glob Star, signed the Letter of Intent.
To date, this brings the value of Royal Spring Water's LOI's to over $18,750,000 per year, and over $51,500,000 for the next 3 years.
'This is another example that Royal Spring Water's exceptional quality, with a competitive price, has helped us to penetrate the second African country within a few days. We believe that Royal Springs bottled water deal with Togo that was announced on May 18, 2006, set up a precedent for other African countries and their local African official bodies that are issuing the contracts, which we are in negotiations with', said Mr. Hazan, CEO and President of Royal Spring Water.
Mr. Usman Kalu, CEO of Glob Star said, 'It is very exciting for our company to distribute Royal Spring Water product into our territory of Cameroon. Based on both Royal Spring Water's high quality of bottled water, and their very competitive prices and output quantity, has enabled this LOI approval by the awarding committee chairman'. Also, it would be economically advantageous for us to obtain the contract to supply Artesian spring water to the Cameroon Development Assisted Project for the distribution to the Cholera affected area in all the state, added Mr. Kalu.
An official contract between Royal Spring Water and Glob Star is expected to be signed in the next few weeks, with the first shipment targeted for the end of June.

Agreed didcliff, Im definately going to wait and see where this one wants to go, and it may take some time.
Well-said Cee-it. eom
This is where I start wishing I had bought more. The fundementals look great and todays news only helps.
This is the first time we broke the dollar barrier according to the chart.
Great stuff at the end of that, cliff.
My favorites:
1) "Royal Spring’s primary business is
bottling water under private label for the major
grocery stores, convenience stores, popular
restaurant chains, and clubs across the country."
2) Because it lies anywhere from 100 to
400 feet below the surface, the aquifer
can take many thousands of years to
“recharge” with fresh water seeping down
from the surface. This means the water in
the aquifer today dates from the last ice
age, when glaciers covered much of the
plains!
Thanks for sharing that Cliff. Im sure anyone who comes here will appreciate reading that.
Thanks didcliff1, I dont see that anywhere. Did you talk to the company?
I sure liked the press release, and their website is fantastic.
CBs sole purpose is to detract from this board.
Matt would have no problem removing his post as per rule #2.
-2) "Personal Attack – when someone attacks a person, with name calling, or relating to the messenger and not the message."--
There is no reason for any of his posts to remain or to have been made in the first place.
We are soon going to need this board to discuss upcoming releases. The last thing we need is a sociopath with an 8 year old mentality attacking posters. It stifles an honest and open discussion.
Thanks, I needed that number cleared up and couldnt find it in the listing.
Is it logical to think that Jupitor is worth 25 million dollars to APO?
I have no idea as yet, what assets JPHC has.
No, I'll call you, "posted the lowest price just after he saw that was the bottom."
you later edited it higher for some reason.
.041 x .045
Bylo, you edited your numbers higher from the lowest of the day, why??
Here is an interesting Frobes link. This deal has been in the works since Jan.

Funny SirFelix, lmao, but we all know the secret to the adult store success will be the modified "threat fire" underwear.
On a more serious note, there really is a lot of sales potential VTSI may see soon. I know "its been delayed" gets frustrating but Kelly and VTSI still have my investment faith. Your numbers may pan out, even if your customer joke doesnt.
Honestly, I am hoping for much larger numbers than the ones you gave.
I agree with your comment KP. Kelly is creating a record of being over-optimistic. Reading between the lines has never payed off for me long term. It shows reason for why some CEOs are so tight lipped. I would by far, prefer to have Kelly telling us what he "thinks and hopes for" rather than a complete blackout of current events as so many others do.
If we get something released within the next week I doubt anyone would count this against him. : ) -just hoping.
This poor guy (iinvest0 of previous post)is the same as "what_it_be_like" from the Raging bull message board. I see his messages from both profiles/boards for the same stocks. A sad note, he sounds equally unaware of facts and reality when he posts for the stocks he seems to like.
I know I dont need to mention he's FOS, but did want to confirm the connection.
As sad as it sounds, I think this is what he does before he buys in.
OT: george8 my streamer worked fine all day yesterday. I tryed to reply to you right after you posted, but investorshubs log in screen wasnt working.
Seems like its always something online.
Im seeing predictions the price is going to continue to drop?
You guys mean to say, current holders don't want to be in during the Jan-Feb sales predictions from Micheal Kitchen?
WOW! that would not be my expectation. I can only guess like the rest of you, but I say come January we go way up. Whether they buy on rumor or news, the buys will come. Unfortunately it always goes up when I least expect, so I will hold. Even through these 15 days of non-expected sales. I guess we'll see soon enough. Hope we all have the year I expect is coming. -Rob-
Darn, I was hoping to find a bunch of vtsi chatter tonight and no one posted.
VTSI has been in the habit of releasing news after the bell, I wonder if they will ever break it up a little and post some in the morning? Anyone ever see a company change news release strategies?
Charlie, We're so small right now, no one wants us. If we start cutting in on the other guys sales, im sure they would love to buy us out, just to eliminate the competition. However, a hostile take over is not possible while the insiders own more than 50%.
Im sure theres a number where insiders would sell, but I seriously doubt anyone with that kind of cash would even consider it. The real magic with vtsi IS the management. To take them out of this equation would destroy the value. They built us to this level from nothing but a dream and they have done a hell of a nice job getting us here.
I would hate it if VTSI were bought out, at any price. Interesting question though. I wonder where other investors would accept the per share value for a buy out.
OT: I second sirfelix's suggestion for ad-aware. I like that program. It can also be downloaded from download.com.
Thanks Greg, what can we expect next from Kelly? Will he be sending a letter to follow up on todays 10Q? Is there a meeting or conferance call scheduled? Nice hearing from you. -Rob-
