Ever hear of auditors?
Sam,you comments are not quite fair.TARM is not publishing income at all yet.You and I have been herea long time-we accept what others may not.
Certainly I would appreciate knowing monthly earning for a month or two, just so we know the dollars are ringing.Financials for TRGD do relate to TARM too.
Bob,are the financials as presented by TRGD or does SEC want the auditored version? If the later, quite a delay still.
God bless incompetent:TARM is a quadruple for me.
No complaint there.
My friend your response to my last paragraph is emotional:you do not deal with the issue I raise.USA drug demand has caused huge problems in Mexico.
I do not blame the USA for all the world's problems-american citazens have little to do with governance in your country. One needs to look to the Fed ,the Council for Foreign Relation et
cetera to locate responsibility for many of the USA problem. That is however, clearly not the issue I raised but Maoners
insistence that Mexico is responsible.
More straight out abuse from the Moana. When his fantasy world is no accepted he resoughts to abuse-very rarely reason.
As soon as TRGD/TARM makes progress,so he runs out of limited grounds to rave,he invents a new one.
Mexico is having a lot of trouble-caused by drugs.Drugs that are being bought, north of the boarder. The drug and stupendous corruption is caused by the USA.
Thanks Sam,a very valuable post.If the giant JP Morgan has to leave the silver market,or cover short positions, then silver could really go on a dramatic ride. That would be great for silver producers and silver holders.
Thanks SD
If the end of May financial deadline is meet, that will reassure a lot of shareholders-and a good thing too.
Do you own this stock? If so you appear loopey.
I own TARM.I sold about 20% of my TARM and pretty much got my orginal investment capital back. Many here can have done the same.Yet,Rich,is some kind of madman now.(Oh,proper nouns get capital letters)
Rich has got production from near no money.Nearly all has been achieved with nearly no money.Such achievement from so little.Yes,the magnitude of achivement is still in the measuring. We do have properties with fine grades,we do have initial production-a good start.
Yes,we have financials problems-a lack of reporting-but that is probably a lot better than financials done, and few properties with no production.
By all means, not is all well but this swelling act of denigration is unbalanced.
Yes,there have been a few too many unfulfilled expectations.Making some profits is nice but it does not fix that which rancours-especially those financials.
TT you misrepresent my post.
First,if you owned TARM early, that well covers possible TRGD losses. My own TRGD is only about even.
Second and my main point,if you do not like the news generated by the TRGD/TARM group-then why own it?
Bleeding.Rot.
You buy TARM at 50 cents and no complaints.
You buy TRGD at under 40 cents and no complaints.
Simple.
Either you believe in a stock or you do not.If all you have is sadness, you are in the wrong stock for you, personally.
http://www.321gold.com/editorials/davis/davis041310.html
Spott sees gold, and by implcation silver, going a lot higher.GORO will do far better in a boom, than most. Our first 2 mines will do our SP good, but all that other property?
Let the production numbers revalue us,then the gold/silver prices.
GORO is but young.
We have had a couple of very good Tara days recently, today especially.I recall that late last week,Hhappy who provides his technical advice on the yahoo message board, picked a run very soon, last week.
(Hhappy incidentally has a terrific TA track record.)
Here is to positive news coming, better soon than late, but I have been here a long time-I can wait.
Remember?
The warnings of currency controls coming in for the USA.
Remember-Doug Casey's warnings ? I certainly remember.But there were others,numerous others.
Well it is here. Its been voted for.Hidden within other legislation of course.
So now tyou can have $50,000 offshore, over that, prepare to be STUNG.
See tyranny and bad management in advance-and you see tomorrow coming.
Bury your PM.s deep.
Fortunately,at least in the USA and Canada, you have access to quality PM miners
TRGD is one good form of protection against the collapse of the USA $.Internationally needed assetts are protection against government incompetence and deceipt.Gold and silver ,zinc, lead are like oil-highly desirable.
That is why Obama is into opening up the USA to oil discoveries(Heck, there are gigantic proven resources in the Northface of Alaska.)Any device to try to hold the dollar up from its next collapse. That one is coming very soon.
I would be betting on my own action to protect my dollars:TRGD/TARM fit the bill,as do TKO,GORO,possible PZG.But money in the bank?Polititians decide the valueof a dollar.Kind of frightening.
Jay Taylor has not picked too many real winners, like the TRGD family have been through later 2009 -2010.
Will he recognise the value in the family?
There has been no change with Adit. For some reason, what happened many months ago,has been re stated.Namely, that a small placement @70 cents occured.
What is needed is a new placement, that raises exploration/drilling money. That has no yet been announced.
TARM is a mining stock. That tells you a lot.
One might add:Rich tends to be a busy man.And the major shareholder.
You can be tired and keep.
You can be tired and sell.
I am not selling.
Common sense says share tend to drift and probably down a bit after:
1.A major run up.
2.Lack of news.
We are having a quiet spell, not surprising,TRGD family is not here for a 6 month spell. This has the makings of a long term mining operation.
With my TARM ,I have done rather well and intend selling enough to re coup my outlay. That means selling a fairly small proportion of my holding, being in the initial placement.(Missed Adit.)
I will be stocking with TARM and TRGD for the long term,as with GORO and GGI.
PZG is building a know, second mineral resource.Bulk it may be but if sizable-there wil be buyers.
My concern remains our new property,Temorris and all the extra targets in San Miguel. We have the cash,at today's burn rate,3 year's funding apparently.
Our PZG requires patience of us,as it does our Seabridge major holders. They do NOT own PZG by accident but design.
Marking time seems our lot of late.I do not see fundamental change in our operation though assays have been sparse.
The latest financing, great for HOC,less so us;those shares went far too cheaply. Still, the cash will be developing our underground mine and providing for future earnings.Future earning is the real measure of forthcoming share value.
I would like more drill rigs working:assays give us reserves and production planning-in essence, our life blood.
Good safe technigue.
No stock goes up only.We went up as others fell.
The question remains,is there good reason to hold onto TRGD/TARM?
I believe "Yes."
It is hard to argue.I like cashflow but black rooms are best avoided.I too do hope that paper work apears.
Sun,no stock moves smoothly one way,or the other.
Either you have long term faith,or not.
It takes frequent reading and a lot ofuse of my calculator,to give me the confidence I have in my 5-7 miners/juniors.That is how I manage to roll with the rocks.
Lootie
Sorry, you clearly are challenged by reading.Your comments tellus of your investing success.I OWN TARM.That makes me happy.I OWN TRGD,that makes me happy.
Your only case is,where are the financials.Agreed.In perference,I do prefer though to know we are producing.
No 43 101 comliance. So,look to the top junior,GORO.There too is the choice TRGD made.Money making rather than waste.
You do not own TRGD,why post here.Leave, with all your wisdom,we will probably survive.
PZG has a lot on its hands.
They have 6-8 news areas to drill on San Miguel alone.
Then all of the large Temorris to explore.
We aof course arewaiting on assays from recent drilling, which may well direct future focus.
Yes,GGI has more property-losts more.Consider thoigh,GGI is drilling too.Whay would they want to sell part of the shop presently?
Bare in mind, some of the GGI property were sancrosanct a couple of years ago. They would NOT consider offers on at least 2 properties I recall.GGI since has acquired more geological information, however that information is limited.Limited as GGI waits on a lot more computer information to learn better, what maybe within our land. The wait could be 12-24 months.
Would you consider letting properry slip away, when new information is coming?
I would not.
GGI has selected its vast portfolio selectively.GGI may take time to guide our shareholders and the public, but it is time I am willing to give my shares in GGI.I am not after a double in this stock.
There are no known options et cetera.
Well we have had a great run.Goodness knows what is next.I hope consolidation over $2.50 for TARM.Financials would reassure.A new property is possibly though it would not be my priority. Now a deal for production on another property,or a JV involving exploration/drilling would suit me.I like the idea of progress with minimum cost to us.
Then again, would you want to share Centenario?
And what else have we at Don Ramon?
We have such an interesting stock.
I suspect the revenue for the San Felipe may be better than we have been told but have not the evidence.Could be we need to make a new road-that is our secret way of hitting new hot ore zones!!
Lootie
Thank you peeker.Your comments are fair.I see some saying financials could come soo and yes, that removes a concern.
My prime focus is of course cashflow but there is more to success than just production.Market acceptance of good health along with some real blue sky,are important to hopefully, our swelling back accounts-or selling portfoilio.Fincncial news is part of that good health.
Thank you.
Lootie
Feels to me like a bullion run is on the cards, soon. That move will move up all better mining/exploration stocks.Go PZG and soon.
PS Where are the assays for our drill results?
Silver, more drill rigs is ok.Just one now.The big thing is tomorrow's related decision.
The Reid's have said,1/3 of income to exploration, drilling, assaying et cetera.Once cahflow increases-it should be now,GORO will become well cashed up.Then say 4 rigs looks very affordable.4 rigs for example, can bring the desired 3.5 million gold ounce equivalents on a lot faster.
Bringing more resources to our table, allows the Reids to adjust the planned production targets.Increased production is increased
profits;increased share price.Suits me.As do dividends.
Then of course,we are examining,as it were ,one property for those ounce targets, currently. What is on offer on our other 4 properties? There is a lot of blue sky excitement behind our drive for both more resources and more producion.
Quite a combination.Blue sky and skyward cshflow.
Yes,the Reids could seek 43101 compliance-and set us back say 3 years from where we are now.
Give us production.Cashflow is hard to argue with.
,
Rich did lend money, but rated the shares he acquired at a high oprice. He overpaid as a sign of faith. That goes back about 4-5 years. That lending was the start of the mineral play we now enjoy.
I do not think your creepy 'information 'is justified-unless tyou have facts.
You do not have facts but malicious spectulation.
You have just been given facts going back to pre TRGD days.
Dan and TR,thanks for very helpful posts team.
What options?
What warrants?
I have not heard of such things in 5 years with the 'family.'
http://infowars.net/articles/february2010/250210Pound.htm
The latest and most frightening I have read, from the great Jim Rogers. The implications of this article are serious:own bullion(Real money)and real money stocks-like GORO,TARM,PZG maybe. But paper money?Hmm.
Are we really up to $2.80 in early morning trade?
I like s.p. rises but this looks like serious buying pressure.
Does someone know what we do not?
You are right but how often do you get such an arbitrage ?
In time the .4 must come.
Today has tried to again start positively.
Z we have a delicate problem when we mention numbers like $5.It can draw in novive investors and the TRGD family has burnt more than a few.
Of course, the great value of looking forward,we build confidence, more importantly,we build perspective on our shares.Time is our friend when you look forward, having used your calculator.
Short term profit taking is put in perspective, when you provide such a reminder. The real money is further out.
I am reminded, the most rewarding time to own a bullion stock,is in the first 18 months or so of production.TARM is pretty much into that bracket.
San Felipe.Re earnings potential,I have heard a much better profit than $240 ish per ton.The figure of $240 course good and I am sorry,I cannot recall my source.Anyone else hear a noticably better figure?
For me,a couple of tel calls to make.
I do not know about a fast trip to $1,such would be most enjoyable. But over 70 cents there does not seem to be a lot of resistance.
Production is King now,but Rich having other positive news is to be quietly looked for too.
Gosh, what a ride longer term tarist have had.
Great.Production to 600 t/p/d and a good gold component,a profitable gold component.
For the spreadprofit should be well over $30 million, depnending on base metal grades(ie using some of the super ore from our third base metal strike.,plus 120 ton of gold ore, with a much higher profit.Gold also modifies our profile.) Our sheet brigade, now you have something to get your teeth into..
All I know, much bigger profits, new PE maybe due to gold. The $5 some saw lining up,seems to have started to step out of the shadows.
Lootie.
The anlaysis gives a perspective on our income possibilities.Such a perspective, like my long term income/share price value for GORO,gives longer term confidence. The vacisitudes of the day are less significant.
Of course, additional production facilities,be they expansion or new facilities, will be needed. That is our medium term future-adding to our promising production.
How do we add to production?
Fund it all ourselves?
Consider a JV or two?
With a revenue stream slowly developing,I suggest some time will be involved, before we self fund additional existing DR facilities or putting up a new facility on that property.I assume we will not take on debt. While personally allergic to debt, for production, I would seriously consider a small share placement. The rationale, relatively quickly achieved additional income, would add far more to our SP,than a minimal placement or say 2-4 million shares placed.Writing that, new facilities, are not going to be producting at near capacity for some months after possible construction.
Production is a bottle neck situation all our speculations founder. For now.
