My friend your response to my last paragraph is emotional:you do not deal with the issue I raise.USA drug demand has caused huge problems in Mexico.

I do not blame the USA for all the world's problems-american citazens have little to do with governance in your country.One needs to look to the Fed ,the Council for Foreign Relation et
cetera to locate responsibility for many of the USA problem.That is however,clearly not the issue I raised but Maoners
insistence that Mexico is responsible.
