Very nice! Should be a solid day for MU tomorrow so long as the market doesnt' tank. Looking at the SPY I think we are at a double bottom and ready to head north again. Economy very strong. Just a matter of time.
What will the Company IR have to say after the Judge hands down his decision? Can you imagine being the Company IR? How do you defend the stock price tanking? Massive Dilution? Toxic Financing? Shareholder Value SHREDDED, Chronic late filings, Losing money for 10+ years, lack of transparency, failed execution of the business plan time and time again with hundreds of changes and iterations?
You Can't.
Digital Clarity is a small business. It really doesn't take that long to get filings done or even a 3 year audit when you have your ducks in order. They have historically been chronically late on filings and have more useless excuses than Hillary has for losing an election she had locked up. Even if DBMM isn't revoked, the judge ruled in favor of Asher. They are out of funds and have been losing money for 10 + years. They can't pay for a 3 year audit and filings and continue a legal fight. The charade is up. All they have demonstrated is that they don't know how to raise money properly or run a profitable business or build shareholder value. That's a fact that has been proven time and time again for the past 10 years. This stock has been a dismal disaster as the 5 and 20 year chart clearly demonstrates. 5 years ago a share was worth $30,000 and 20 years ago it was worth $100,000. But massive dilution was't enough, the company then resorted to Toxic Financing. So Sad. SMH

Click on the above link and then look at the 5 and 20 year tabs. SAD!
Great points / questions.
"Shareholders own the shares of DBMM". Sure sounds nice. The same shareholders that get massive dilution and Toxic Financing? Never affects Linda Perrys class of shares. Only the commons held by everyone who has taken it up the wazoo the past 10+ years.
Looking forward to Friday POTUS mentioned Apple adding 20,000 new jobs in the US while investing 350Billion in the US. Should be a good rest of the week Making Apple Great AGain.
Added today. Nice strong close... Bears know they are over playing their hand and will be getting nervous the next two days. Economy has been hot, jobless rate down, Apple credit was way up.... Look for strong earnings and guidance.
Linda Perry already told the honorable Judge they didn't have the money to Pay Asher OR do the filings, AND the Judge looked at the financials and said they haven't been profitable in 10 + Years. Skylar had minimal cash and much greater liabilities. How come Linda never mentioned Fitch Montagu Mclennan Digital Markets Limited in any press releases? That's where all the sales are? Have they transitioned all the Digital Clarity sales there? IS Fitch Montagu Mclennan Digital Markets Limited under the DBMM / SKYLAR LTD Umbrella? wonder if the Judge knows about Fitch Montagu Mclennan Digital Markets Limited?
Something doesn't pass the sniff test. Make millions and resort to toxic financing? And can't filings done but we're making money hands over fist. Yeah, I don't buy it.
Maybe Linda Perry with her "Harvard" edumacation is unwittingly going to:
Make
Asher
Great
Again
So Styalar / Digital Clarity & Reggie James being wholly owned by DBMM could just start over as a private company without Linda Perry assuming Revocation? If anyone looks at the links I provided last evening, it looks like all the sales are with DC Storm. Did they transitions all the Digital Clarity customers over to DC Storm / Fitch Montagu Mclennan Digital Markets Limited?

I've known (formerly invested) about RTGV / DBMM for 10 years or so and I say it ain't gonna happen.
Would be interesting to hear from others how long they've been on this message board and whether they think the Super 10K will ever happen.
ask Linda Perry what Digital Clarity & Styalar combined sales were for 2017 next time you talk to her.
Bingo. "Harvard" trained Linda Perry knew exactly what she was doing. Begging for mercy from the judge after crushing the shareholders with massive dilution and toxic financing is quite rich.
Otterman has been here longer than anyone. He's seen so many iterations of this scam I don't know how anyone could keep it all straight.
Not vague at all. So the judge likely knew even before he rendered judgment and DBMM was having a fit about it.
I read that. So why did the Judge award him DBMM?
Mr. Curt Kramer is the President and Founder of Asher Enterprises, Inc. He has experience as a financial professional. He is a successful private investor who understands the market.

Looks to me like they have 5 MAX employees. Even that is questionable.
They barely have reveneues according to the financials from their own website. Nothing smells right about this company.
Digital Clarity does not have 13 employees. And who cares what's on linkedIN (which I looked at last month). When was that set up? years ago. half the names have ZERO info. What does that tell you? Did you not look at the financials for 2016? Shows they have around $12,000 cash and substantially more in debt. Looks to me they are barely breaking even. yes of course Asher is a a seedy character. Folks, Linda Perry claims she is Harvard trained and still did a horrible deal for shareholders. She knew it was toxic financing. she could have given up some equity long time ago or instead of doing toxic financing. She doesn't give a flying rip about the shareholders. If that's not blatantly obvious, I don't know what is. I can guarantee you DC does not have 13 employees. maybe they have some folks that do contract work for them but you can't count them as employees. You guys need to actually do some DD. I did a little last night and came up with the link for Stylar after reading the Judgement against DBMM / Linda Perry.
PLEASE CLICK ON THIS LINK AND LOOK AT THE FINANCIALS OF DBMM
https://companycheck.co.uk/director/908129617/REGGIE--JAMES/financials
You can see Digital Clarity has been dissolved but a company called DC Storm is worth several million. What is DC STORM? Here's what I found:
Nature of business (SIC)
58290 Other software publishing - Digital marketing service through web and software development.
Accounts
Available to 31 Dec 2015. Next accounts due by 30 Sep 2017
Stylar Limited which I believe is a part of DBMM has little cash and much larger liability and a negative net worth.
excuse my typo's in my post. Meant to say the financials DO look shockingly embarrassing.
Click on the link and then click on Reggie James name and it's very interesting what comes up. Digital Clarity has been dissolved. But his a Director for Skylar Lmt and if you go to the second page he is a director of RTG Ventures of Europe. Regardless, when you look at the financials, they don't look shockingly embarrassing. Is Reggie the lone guy at Stylar / Digital Clarity?
https://companycheck.co.uk/company/07009951/STYLAR-LIMITED/companies-house-data
So check out this link of Stylar Limited and see Reggie is one of the Directors. Read the judgement and see where Linda's attorney & Linda argue to keep Stylar which I assume is Digital Clarity. And look at the financials of Stylar. They don't look that great to me. Does anyone else find it interesting she's willing to give up DBMM but wants to keep Stylar Limited aka Digital Clarity? Of course she wants to keep it all maybe she made a deal with Asher to cut him in with some equity.

Here's the Judgement aggainst DBMM and Linda Perry to give ownership of DBMM to Asher:
https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=JXkqvqZdm0923bvOei893g==&system=prod
Not necessarily. Maybe Asher is watching to see how things will play out to see if Linda will get the company current and then claim what the courts have already ruled in his favor. Why do anything now if the company is going to be revoked? Or Maybe Linda agreed to give him equity in exchange to fight to get filings completed and the company current and who knows what. The whole thing is a convoluted hot mess which has bilked shareholders like myself for tens of thousands of dollars. Who can predict what scam artists are capable of doing?
Judgement against DBMM and Linda Perry:
https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=JXkqvqZdm0923bvOei893g==&system=prod
That's what I thought. Thank you.
So didn't the judge rule in favor of Asher? Is Asher still in the picture? Does anyone know?
Analysts are looking for earnings to have risen by about 14 percent in the fiscal first quarter to $3.82, expectations are for revenue to have increased by 11 percent to $87 billion. Maybe more importantly will be guidance, which is expected at $2.89, on revenue of $67.20 billion. APPL reporting Thursday AH.
CHIP Makers Reporting Strong Positive Results, good sign for AAPL.
Plenty of bullish bets being placed in the options market.
Interesting perspective from MS a month ago...
https://9to5mac.com/2017/12/22/iphone-x-upgrade-rates-switching-rates/
"There's too much noise around the number of iphone X sales. My 50c to this controversy, Localytics data points out to a healthy number.
outnumbering the sales of iphone 8 Plus! Surprisingly the loser of the 3 new iphones is the cheapest model. Even if apple sells less iphones, the fact that it sold a bunch of 8Plus and Xs should more than compensate. Also lets not forget Apple Services business. Add to that the fact that the USD has become cheaper since last year, international revenue will be higher!!
Better margins, weaker USD,tax cut, repatriation with probably higher dividend and stock buyback. That is where our attention should be.
The above was a thread I found on another message board that I think makes the most sense."
BULLISH ON APPL
Very interesting.... Doesn't anyone else think to themselves, "huh, after all these years of dumping billions of shares and then a toilet bowl round of toxic financing, She's going to do non equity financing? what gives?"
It took nearly 20 years for someone who claims to be Harvard edumacated to figure out that non equity financing may be the smart way to move forward.
anyone think the Judge will buy this line of crap?
By the way, what's the deal with Asher? I thought they won their judgement against DBMM? Is LP referring to Asher as the non equity financing?
DBMM will be fortunate if they are not revoked let along ever see a penny again. 745,000,000 shares is not a small share structure. This company is not AMZN. This is another website SEO company and they are a dime a dozen. They have no disruptive technologies and no special way of monetizing anything. There's a company in the US called ProSites and they are far larger than DBMM with roughly 8,000 customers. How many customers does DBMM have? You don't know? No one except Reggie and Linda know? Well that's quite odd for a PUBLICLY traded company don't ya think? What was the Revenues for 2017? What was the net profit for any of the past 15 years since Linda Perry's been the Managing Director? The numbers don't lie folks. The Judge looked over the numbers and said DBMM has never been Profitable. What's the growth rate been for DBMM over the past 6 years? If they had been growing, they would be CROWING about how many new employees they have added. So very likely they haven't been growing. Reggie knows what he's doing but so does 1,000,000 other IT guys with website companies. This all going to be mute most likely after the Judge renders his final verdict.
Agree. MUCH to do about nothing just like the past 15 years. Judge smart enough to see through it.
Thank you for serving our country.
I want to be clear that I have great empathy for everyone who invested in DBMM. It saddens me greatly that most everyone has lost money here. I really don't hold any bitterness toward the company as I blame mostly myself for my loss. My greatest regret besides the substantial financial loss is believing and defending the company on this message board for far too long a period of time. I played the part of a fool quite well and it's incredibly embarrassing. The sting of pain has resided but the lesson has been learned and for that I can be thankful.
The part that makes me angry is all the people who lost money and in the manner it happened. Massive Dilution, Toxic Financing, and Forward looking statements. This was never a proven business model. It was a cover for only God knows what. First class travel and expense write off's? Surely the managing partner who has HARVARD business school on her resume is smart enough to know what she was doing. If she didn't have to do this, then why did she? One thing should be rather obvious to everyone by now, it certainly was not for the shareholders!
Can't imagine how much money DBMM has burned through in 15 years. For WHAT? For late filings and toxic financing and massive dilution?
But But we have Revs, offices in NYC and London and Reggie tweets smart stuff... and and
no bid no ask?
Lots of business's don't expect to be profitable on day 1. However a tiny business with a handful of employees better damn well be profitable after a few years let along 10+!
They are one of a hundred + thousand Internet Marketing companies throughout the world. They don't have a huge staff. I'll bet less than 6 employees after 15 years? ? It's quite sad really. AFter 10+ years it's a model they've proved isn't working.
They aren't really doing much different than thousands of other Internet Companies are doing with Web hosting, SEO, Social media, PPC, etc etc.
Why do they try to compare themselves to Amazon? Why not another internet marketing company that's publicly traded? Start asking the right questions and you'll come to the right conclusion about DBMM
Very true. My education here was quite expensive. Thankfully I've made good use of it. Hope others will as well.
Barchart.com is the only one I could find that goes back 10+ years
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/DBMM
A Cesspool it is. Too bad I had to find out the hard way. But thankful I learned my lesson.
Everybody knows.
