The majority of the Luntz focus group---most of whom voted O in 08---are switching to @MittRomney.
Rooster will be letting out a big ol "cock a doodle doo" the morning of Nov 7th when America wakes up to President Romney. Mark this post.
Admittedly, President 0 was expectedly better tonight (which isn't saying much) but Romney scored huge on substance.
In regards to the fair wage question for women, Romney missed a great opportunity to ask the President why women in his administration are paid less.

Happy New Year everyone. Very exciting PR out this morning IMHO.
Looking forward to a solid year for RTGV.
Thanks for posting Reggie's blog David. As you know I am extremely busy but remain an optimistic and large investor in RTG Ventures. I'm excited with Reggie pushing things forward and meeting with Aderra and potential large investors / partners. I think Reggie gets it and I think he'll do and is doing a great job interfacing with our partners to help them see the exciting potential partner with RTGV. Sounds like it was a very productive trip which will bear fruit and it's what investors need to hear. Looking forward to see what exciting things will be unveiled / announced in the coming weeks and months.
Thanks for the Clarity. I have full confidence in Reggie and his ability to communicate the technology to Clients and what the technology can do for the customers bottom line. Linda has the contacts and I expect great things to happen in the coming months.
Thanks for all you do as well. I know you don't get paid much especially for all the time you put in. It does seem like we've found a bottom here and I like our chances with Reggie.

I'll bet she doesn't get a lot of family visit'in during the Holerdays. Comments at the end of the story are worth reading.
It would be a really nice feature to have.
Is there a way to receive an email notification when a certain person posts on a board on IHUB? If so, how do I set that up?
many thanks
Politicians kiss and make up all the time. It's one of the things they do best besides spend all our children's children's money.
I didn't watch all the debate last night, but one thing I saw that I was dissapointed with is when they talked about cutting spending and asked if the defense budget would be on the table, I thought Santorum's answer wasn't good (I actually like Santorum). He said he wouldn't cut 1 penny. I'm pretty conservative but c'mon. we're 15 Trillion in debt and you can't cut a little? I thought Ron Paul had a pretty good answer for that question.
Still here and still holding and still not watching the day to day price action. When it happens it happens. This stock can get to a penny and then some very quickly as well all know. One thing I know for sure and that is Reggie James is the real deal. With Linda Perry's and Neil Gray's contacts, they can take Reggie much farther and faster than he could have ever gotten on his own and he's done very well for himself with Digital Clarity prior to RTGV acquiring DC. I remain quite hopeful and confident the Principals of the company are committed to making this a great success for everyone involved.
All the best to all the shareholders and to my thanks to DavidAM for his unwaivering support.
In last nights debte, did Cain allude to the fact that under his 9-9-9 plan there are an estimated 20 million immigrants in the US that don't pay any taxes and atleast under his plan they'd pay 9%? I watched a little of the debate and seems to me he could have scored some points talking about the postives of his plan versus repeating the apples to oranges argument.
How about this scenario: Romney gets less than 50% of the total number of delegates needed to win. Cain comes in second and Perry comes in 3rd. Cain and Perry unite and Cain gets the nomination...
I think at this juncture Romney is sitting pretty good IMO.
Here is a bunch of info from www.republicansource.com
A Candidate needs to have a majority of the delegates to win. The race is over if any one candiate gets 1245 delegates, for that means they have slightly over 50% of the delegates and therefor a guarenteed majority.
Total Number of Delegates: 2488
The allocation of delegates to the 2008 Republican National Convention, which will be held September 1-4, 2008 in a city to be announced in early 2007, is determined as follows:
BASE DELEGATES Each state selects six at-large delegates. American Samoa, Virgin Islands & Guam have four at-large delegates each; Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia have fourteen at-large delegates.
DISTRICT DELEGATES Each state also selects three delegates for each member it has in the U.S. House of Representatives
BONUS DELEGATES Each state can earn additional delegates by meeting one or more of the following requirements: the state cast a majority of its votes for the Republican presidential candidate in the previous presidential election, the state elected Republicans to the U.S. House or Senate, selected a Republican Governor or state legislative majorities, and / or the state holds its presidential primary election after March 15th (this is to discourage states from holding early primaries).
Bonus delegates are awarded based on the number of party members elected as Presidential Electors (2004), Governors (2004-2007), House members (2004-2007), Senators (2002-2007), and state legislatures (2004-2007).
Republican delegate counts are based on the number of Republicans elected to the State Legislatures, Governors chairs, U.S. House seats, and U.S. Senators seats through 31 December 2007. Republican unpledged delegate counts are determined by state (or equivalent) party rules and assume that the policies of 2004 will apply in 2008.
When an individual formally releases delegates already pledged to him or her - a withdrawing candidate must specifically free his/her own delegates to vote for whomever they might choose during the Convention - it is not a requirement for those delegates to vote for another candidate who is endorsed by the withdrawing candidate.
However, history has demonstrated that most, if not all, delegates pledged to a candidate who has released them will follow that candidate's lead and vote for the candidate he/she has endorsed. Nevertheless, a withdrawing candidate may not release delegates pledged to him/her so long as the presidential nomination is still undetermined (after all, these delegates can be a valuable bargaining chip for future considerations). Even where a nomination is already determined, a presidential candidate who represents the Party fringe might hold onto his delegates as long as possible in order to get concessions

I'm not but my friend is.
Friend of mine sent me an email about the OWS protests:
These hippies and anarchists have all these signs proclaiming their desire for a bailout "because that's what wall street and the big banks got!"
When these guys are done smoking all their hemp-related cigarettes, here's a few facts:
1) The US government dramatically increased bank's capital requirements against our wishes
2) After #1, the US govt. basically forced banks to accept TARP money...which was only needed because of the new, higher capital requirements
3) Key, and nearly all banks, have paid back 100% of the TARP money AND PAID 5% INTEREST
You see hippy people, we didn't want TARP in the first place but had to take it and we've paid it all back at a HUGE profit to the US taxpayer. That isn't exactly a "bailout" now is it?
not surprised. A friend of mine sent me an email:

BAC - "In other words, Bank of America had $0.00 EPS excluding for the accounting BS that is provisioning for buying "CDS on yourself." And since both of these adjustments flow through the P&L, the reported revenue of $28.45 billion (much better than the expected $25.92 billion) had to be adjusted $6.2 billion lower, and confirms that absent this most blatant accounting gimmick, the revenue was a huge miss."
Excellent article with insightful comment thread.
Thanks for posting.
We already spend more money per capita than the vast majority of industrialized countries and we have one of the poorest scores in math and science. Why do you think spending more money is the answer? I send my youngest to a private school and he's getting a far better education than what our local school provides and it's considered "exellent" by the state of Ohio. The teachers at my sons Private school make FAR less than the ones in our local school district. The heart of the problem is a system that does not reward excellence. And when you don't reward excellence you get less of it. My wife received her degree in elementary education, has taught in public schools, and has served on a shcool board as a parent. She understands that the problem is the teachers union. They will always want more money and they will always say more money is the answer. And they will always have a bias towards self preservation and power. They give 90% of their fedaral campaign contributions to the democratic party. It's time to quit renewing teachers contracts, let them strike, and then hire the good teachers that truly care about excellence in education.
Herman Cain's unedited response to Ron Paul's question about his views on the Federal Reserve
http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/herman-cain-i-did-not-call-you-ignorant/2011/10/11/gIQAaUsndL_video.html
video is only 2 and ahalf minutes long and it takes Ron Paul a minute and twenty seconds to ask his question. Ron Paul accuses Herman Cain of using strong language, belittling and calling those critical of Herman Cain "Ignorant" and said that he would produce the strong language by Herman Cain. I haven't seen it yet and if any of Ron Paul's supporters would be kind enough to post it, I'd be interested in seeing it.
Dennis Miller endorses Herman Cain. Old news but I just leaned of it. I guess I need to get out more.
http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2011/09/dennis-miller-endorses-herman-cain/
He seems like a genuinely nice guy and a gentleman. But we have very significant economic problems in this country and we need someone with a reslove who doesn't waiver from strong conservative principals, who has excellent character, a proven track record, someone who is pursuasive and can win in the public arena with his ideas, someone who will get the country headed on the right track again. I would LOOOOOOVE to see Hermain Cain and BHO in a series of Debates. Cain would eat him alive.
I'm amazed that Rick Perry has faltered so much but his debate performances really hurt him. And I'm surprised Romney didn't pull away after Perry falterd. Almost out of no where comes a guy most folks never heard of without a ton of money and the big Republican machine behind him. Yet, here Hermain Cain is surging in the poles.
I think it's ironic that Hermain Cain is where he is in large part due to the support of the Tea Party and the Tea party is often labeled racist. Just an observation.
Have a great weekend.
Real Clear Politics: Romney is no Conservative

Good blog by Reggie. thanks for posting.
At the end of his short blog...
"This is why Digital Clarity is currently seeking offices, talking to partners and slowly raising its profile in both the East and West coasts of the US.
Digital Clarity’s DNA runs deep in the interactive arena and after reading numerous reports about the growth in the digital economy in the US, it made sense to ramp-up activity in New York first and support the work that has being going on in the background with Fiona Bloom.
This exciting development will be kicked off by a forthcoming visit to NYC and then followed to pursue interest that has also been expressed by a number of parties in LA and San Francisco."
At the end of the day, Dom was given the reigns on Cloud Channel and the company can no longer afford to accept long delays without results that produce revenues, and profits. It wasn't like Dominic was raising money for the company and doing a host of other time consuming projects to the best of my knowledge. Priority number #1 was Cloud Channel and he didn't get it done and he was given adequate time to produce results. Maybe he was in over his head or maybe there were other distractions in his life. I wish him well and I'm confident Reggie can take what progress has been made and make the most of it.
If the company is going to appoint anyone other than Linda Perry, Neil Gray, or Reggie James as CEO, then they need to be someone of significant consequence who already has a company and entertainment industry connections who needs a Reggie James (and Linda Perry's connections) to be highly successful.
We are very lean now and moving forward, I think we are in a pretty good position. JMHO.
Congratulations to Reggie James on his expanded role within RTGV! I can't think of anyone I'd rather have meeting with our Strategic Partners and clients when talking about technology, social media, web based marketing, etc. Reggie understands technology and marketing and what it takes to make something work that is appealing and simple. Seems to me someone at Apple had that ability and ended up doing pretty well for himself. As head of Digital Clarity he's already proven he can deliver results and profits. We need Reggie to meet with folks like Steve from Aderra and let Reggie show Steve how RTGV and put more money in Aderra's bank account. I'm feeling much better after today's announcement. I wish Dominic Hawes well in his new endeavor and thank him for his hard work.

I'm confident and very hopeful of the potential that exists with RTGV with our current Principals, Reggie James of Digital Clarity, and our strategic partnership with Steve from Aderra. I believe the company will have a major endorsement in place at the opportune time which will be a major catalyst for the share price.
I do know that ANHL couldn't complete a GAAP audit over a 3 year period and after 3 amendments to the Definitive Agreement, ANHL still couldn't meet the minimum obligations to close with RTGV. What a mess. Thank God that chapter is closed and behind us.
9.7+ Mil and unfortunately like everyone else, at a much higher PPS.
DaveDTS and his family have quite a few shares as well.
Hope you got some free trades for the inconvenience.
Sold my Slv Puts for break even. Green on the day and not trading until ATurd is back up. GL!
May have spoke too soon... grrrrrrr
I can see my balance but not my trade confirmations which means I still can't place trades.
They reduced my trades to $6 per trade plus 75cents per contract. I was paying $7 per trade plus 75cents per Options contract.
Final time on hold was a few seconds short of 60 minutes
Good advice... a little late but good advice. LOL
Ameritrade back up finally!!! Weeeeeeeee
Still on hold. may end up being a good thing for me
Thanks for the encouragement :P~
I got through finally with a broker... He put a trade in for me for my SLV Puts. I'm asking for a negotiated price on Options when trading. On hold again while he checks with his supervisor.... 51 minutes now and counting.
lol, I hate reading the fine print. finally got through after 36 mins and they transferred me to a broker. Now at 38 mins and holding again. I will ask for max value on my puts and free trades.
