Crypto is the future, my friend. An inevitability. Billions aren’t going into it for nothing. You’re like the guy who said everything had been invented...in 1899.
GLOOM TIME! .0003 Holy trinity of disaster.
He’s a scammer. A fraud. A charlatan. These people will get theirs on judgment day. Horrible human beings.
Dying board. Dead stock.
It’s all about whether or not they stop printing shares. Will this be a legitimate company or just a cash cow for the officers. ??
Haha! Must have missed your post. Nothing we can fix with a shady CEO who doesn’t value shareholder value at all.
Time to roll...right back down the hill. ??
Always appreciated your objectivity as well, Zomby.
Yep. I know some say this is part of the biz. Not at the rate they’re going. No responsibility or fiscal conservatism. You have a golden goose with this product and the guy looks more at the short-term and what he can get out of it rather than the long-term value. The death of many great ideas, creations and businesses and ultimately people’s investments.
The question is, when will they stop diluting? Revenues coming in. No need to dilute anymore.
If they’re honest, they need to get their crap together, get some money in the bank and begin to buy back shares on the open market. Simple as that. If their product is as good as they claim and they’re not shady like most of us get the inkling they are, then this should have no problem making millions next year. Or being bought out for a premium.
Of course, if truly successful and cash flow positive with increasing revenues and elimination of O/S increases, I see the likelihood of an R/S - 50 million shares at 12-15 cents per share. If they can get to a penny or two EPS, then you will see legitimate eyes on this. Perhaps a buyout from Big Pharma.
Big problem is there is a trust issue. And who knows if they decide to pay themselves handsomely, leaving little-to-nothing left for shareholders and a future. Often times, you’ll see an amazing product from a small OTC company. But greed and lawsuits upend the potential. Mostly greed at the hands of the CEO and other officers. They think short-term and only about themselves.
We’ll ultimately see if Otiko thinks beyond himself, gets more honest, and thinks of the long-run, which would ultimately yield him so much more in profits than now. Plus, he would make a real name for himself. The stuff of legends. We’re talking famous and respected in the Community. Up to him. The rest (minus the officers) are along for the ride, for better or for worse.
Typo. 10 billion increase.
Yeah, but there's a difference between a few billion and 1 billion.
None of his will matter if he maxes the OS and a reverse split happens. He hasn't said a thing about ensuring value for the shareholders via no r/s.
This isn't about negativity in the world, so quit smoking your peace pipe. It's about failure after failure and a stock price that has declined 90%. IRS the dilution and their inability to address it. So, looking at their production, progress, numbers/results and dilution, would you say it's a positive? No. It's not positive. And being 0 for 4 an all those fronts, it's the complete opposite of positive. It is negative. And it's a reality.
If Burke were to explain to shareholders that there will be no RS, and that there would be buybacks down the road, it might make people feel better. Of course, a statement like that would have to be coupled with substantial progress and growth in numbers and sign ups. But nothing is said. Not a word.
It comes down to whether or not Burke does a reverse split. If he came it and said "We are not going to do an RS....share dilution in near term but will end and look to do buy-backs once revenue is rockin'.
Thought about that myself. Great plan for evil-minded people. No one would ever know.
Haven't found it yet.
In Denver right now. Went to Native Roots and they said they don't have a relationship with CT. Thought I'd check. Who knows though. They don't seem to really care about their job.
I will say I thought the same thing...and I have shares.
6 million
Did Burke say anything about making sure he will avoid an R/S?
Love it! Corny-ass pun
Did anyone talking with the CEO address whether they look to do major dilution/RS or not?
Any talk of dilution or R/S discussed?
Reread.
Agreed. What a piece of crap PR. Nothing explained. No context. Embarrassing. Ugh.
Yeah, you deserve it, dude. You have intentionally misled people on here with your so-called visits revolving around MJTK. It was absolute BS, so you definitely deserve anything and everything people throw at you. If you were simply someone shorting it, fine. Do what you do and people should respect that. But what you did and the human being you are isn't good. On a spectrum, you're leaning more towards sociopath than anything.
Yeah, Sleek usually answers. Nothing here (as of yet anyway). Doesn't sound good. It's a shame.
Tightly wound. You'll see it where it was prior to earnings very soon. Once the buyout PR comes out, say goodnight. Sedor, IMO, will be having all his ducks in a row to address the debt and maximizing shareholder value. I'm happy with $15 per share. But with Sedor, I could totally see something unprecedented. Something out of left field that could pleasantly surprise all of us. He wants his moment to shine brighter than any other accomplishment before droppin' the mic and walking away.
Go to StockTwits for the reason why. Looking great. Buyout seems on the brink. Shorts need to cover and get as many shares as possible in the $3 range. It will be higher.
You could never answer his questions, Greaseball, because you are likely a clear liar about your DD trip. Why not answer simple questions and prove your integrity? Wouldn't take much at all. You lie about accumulating and holding, only to sell. Your character is sorely lacking, which is sad because there are some that put faith into connecting the dots and feeling that some of what you have said confirms the legitimacy of MJTK and their investment. Everyone's ultimately to blame for their own decisions and losses. But for you to be a part of the BS makes you an ultimate bag of dick...more specifically, a sociopathic dick.
Yeah, I don't get it either. Between this and Greasy Liar, you can't take the word of anyone.
The issue though seems to revolve around two things. First, the beta testing. Where's it at? Did they discontinue it? Did they lie? Secondly, all the reverse splits and increase in shares to take care of the mess and overall debt; are they going to increase the O/S again by billion? These are serious issues surrounding MJTK and more specifically Mr. Tew. People don't mind losing if things are honest/on the up-and-up. If not, then you've quite simply got a scam. I'm iffy on which one it is. After all, why didn't this get pumped like it should have?
I wouldn't let up on this. Make sure he answers. This is the same guy who said he sold after it initially crashed. Who knows what to believe from him. Great questions though on your end. There should be receipts or a part of a cc statement he can post on here showing the places he went to (without showing any personal information of course).
Everyone knows it's been a billion for some time. Nice try.
Taking Teddy Pendergrass' classic slow jam into new context:
"Takin' the bumps and the bruises
Of all the things of a Tew-time loser
Tryin' to hold on, faith is gone
It's just another sad song
I think I'd better let it go,
Looks like it's an MJT.K.O."
What can I say, I amuse myself. Lawdy, Lawdy.
Ugh! So sorry. Blast dem bastadz! Glad you're on the mend. ??
I must have missed something along the way. Hope you're doing well, whatever ordeal you had to go through, and prayers on a continued recovery/success.
