Thanks, Sleek! Maybe pot will be legal in IL by the time the wedding rolls around and I can have a legal post-wedding toke.
Thanks, Bears! Much appreciated. :) Is the congrats still in tact, even if I confessed I'm a former Bears fan turned Packer fan? :P Happened when I was a kid and before Favre began. Blame it on a neighbor who moved from WI and gave me a bunch of books on the history of the Pack. Still root for the Bears though so we can have real meaningful games like we did in 2011...you know, a real rivalry. May the best team win is what I say. Payton, Favre & Rodgers are my all-time three faves. Of course, Payton is No. 1 on my list for best of all-time PERIOD. Plus, it was Halas who saved the Pack...and he liked the Pack too...just hated their guts for two days out of the year. My kinda guy. If you're in Chicago, did you ever go to Payton's Roundhouse before it changed to Two Brothers?
Looking forward to the news! Just got engaged yesterday, so paying off a wedding with a little extra cash on the side would be a beautiful thing with MJTK and/or another Salami pick! Thanks, Sleek, for all you do on here. Good luck to all!
If they are profitable as they claim they will be almost immediately, there should be two issues on their mind going forward. With over a billion shares outstanding, they should not have to issue any more shares going forward. As evidenced by the ungagged TA, the OS hasn't changed in weeks. So issue number one is so far, so good. Now, for issue number two, that would be to have the intention to retire/buy back shares as they should recognize 1 billion shares is too high. It creates a lot of shenanigans by shorters. Therefore, because of its value, profitability and to make this a respectable stock, they need to bring down the O/S. This would cause the share price to bust out to unstoppable highs that shorters will not be able to recover from. Just my thoughts on what should be a no-brainer stock if all they are saying is legitimate. We shall see.
Save for a bogus freak trade, I don't think that will happen. I would bet you on this one.
I will give him the respect when he quits beating around the bush like I feel he's doing at times. Things should be clarified quickly and succinctly in a PR, which puts his credibility on the line. I do not feel he has done that. Failing to do so gives me the impression that he's not saying what he wants us to assume through convoluted responses. Instead, he can push the envelope to the very edge, thereby creating false impressions/assumptions. It prevents him from any legal repercussions stemming from these statements of truthiness.
Sounds more like Dr. Otiko is doing a presentation at a fair than it does a conference. Lawdy, Lawdy.
I think largely due to the assumption that the patents are owned by ViaDerma. OWCP's patents, I gather, are held by the company. I think as more people have done some digging into the patent issue which has not been formally addressed, the fact that he hired a tax fraudster to a brand new company AND the fluff PRs are wearing out, it has all combined to create a reality check to the company and the stock price. It's sad.
The only question is this: Why hasn't Dr. Oitko released a PR specifically addressing THE important issue regarding the patent(s)? The PR should have read: "ViaDerma CEO clarifies Patent claim of ownership by ViaDerma; Hires product roll-out expert for Product Launch." The PR would have had major declarations and implications. It would have put to rest any issues/controversy regarding the patent while updating us on the roll-out. Instead, it was a crappy PR not addressing the 800 gorilla in the room. It's really a shame actually. Until he officially puts it out in a PR, this thing is going to languish...especially if he releases the crappy PRs he has been the last few times. The more he avoids it and refuses to address it in a PR, the shadier he will be perceived to be.
I thought it was over a billion.
MJTK deserves the volatile action that's happening to it right now. No Tews News whatsoever. Until then, why should there be any so-called Boom Time? It is what it is. Either Tew comes through and it's a legitimate company with that will have no dilution and be profitable sooner than later; or it's a scam, and they're making money off of a great scam of a story. There should be ZERO incredulousness at MMs, the CEO or anyone for that matter. You're gambling on something that is legit. And if it is, everyone's in the money. If not, 95% of the people will get burned, which is all too common in pinkie-land.
Hopefully news comes out, but people need to frickin' give it a break with this boom time crap. I get the hope and enthusiasm, but after a while, it's getting more and more moronic as time goes on.
How does anyone invested in this NOT see an issue with this? I know I do. Holding my shares but not going to blindly dismiss this. It happens in pinkie land all the time. And it's happening a lot with MJ-related companies.
Now e need to hear from him about these supposed partnership companies and the shady folks who front them. Doesn't look good. We need that clarification as well. Tax fraudsters aren't cool if in fact they're affiliated with VDRM.
Yeah. The worst years in American history were 2009-2016. Your analysis and perspective of the last 240 years is unsurpassed. ????
Last month. Updated O/S.
There was dilution. 20 million.
Most ridiculously traded stock I've seen in a long time. Hundredths of pennies on a stock that's 37-38 cents. I've seen more action on a sub-penny stock than this one. It's insane.
Level 2 not looking very good at all. Hopefully it holds at .036. If that breaks, you'll get bargains galore for a limited time.
RSII has half the authorized shares and the float is lower as well. Still surprised there's been such a barrier here holding at a respectable level north of .015.
If they're smart - pump or legit...or both - they'll release a marijuana-related PR. This baby jumps 5x minimum.
Well, I finally sold out of my position. Done with this joke. Put it in a marijuana stock and already doubled my money in a week. BSTO is where money goes to die.
Hey, OTC & Trader! Hope all is well with both of you. Great to see you posting again on here, OTC. :) What are your respective thoughts at where BSTG currently sits?
20 minutes later, and it's a continuation of 100 share chunks. Eventually, this baby will take off as the larger chunks are at higher levels. This is gonna get fun.
Loving these 100 share trades that are keeping this baby from breaking out. Glad I'm in at .374, 75K strong. This baby has the potential to do a ridiculous breakout like many of these other Biotech stocks are doing. Could easiy reach $2 within a month or two. Look at this past week alone. They're beginning to go nuts. People will be looking for bargain basement biotech stocks. This is easily one of them when you take a look at the fundamentals, the favorable public offering and their business. Enjoy the ride.
BSTG is looking primed for a takeoff. In at .384 for 75K shares. RSI looking to turn corners here, currently in low 30s. This baby should head north of .50 within the next few weeks.
Haha! Sounds like a deal. Last time I was in Vegas was the weekend of the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight. Obviously the dilution concerns me...it all comes down to what they're doing with the money and whether revenues will come in or not. If they're a legit company looking out for shareholder value, they'll control the issuance of new shares as well as create revenues. If they're not, they sure as heck better go on an MJ PR blitz. That will make them ungodly amounts of money.
Imagine the bitcoin angle. Imagine the Marijuana payment angle as well. All it takes is a PR stating marijuana industry partnership and this thing flies to well over a penny. I'm more than happy that they take their time. Just picked up 2.5 million shares, thank you very much.
Again, they have no problem with the medicinal side of marijuana. Therefore, these three companies have avenues available to them if literally every recreational company and shop closed down tomorrow.
Is this the difference between IFAN and EXCC? Just curious.
Do they hold any patents or have any pending? Anything proprietary about their products?
All good. Just wondering what the new CEO will say to address that. It's either putting up or revealing oneself as all hype like most other MJ stocks out there.
Ever watch Shark Tank??
Of course you have to sell products, but you need cash to be able to buy into the goods needed to sell them. For instance, purchasing the coffee beans, the packaging, other products...it costs money to make money. They need capital to be able to do so. If they claim they don't plan on diluting any shares, my question is what kind of favorable financing or other step(s) will they take to reconcile that reality?
Whatever the Trunp administration does or doesn't do, MJTK and Citizen Toke won't be as affected by it. They might have less revenues, however, it would simply turn into a medical related site until the gov't gets off everyone's back. Stocks like MJTK, OWCP and VDRM will be just fine.
I saw one of the articles posted about WDRP and they mentioned having only a couple thousand in revenues and no assets. Did they say how they can increase revenues without more dilution? Just curious as this seems like a great potential MJ company, but they have to be able to reconcile the two.
Medical-related MJ stocks like OWCP, VDRM and even platforms like MJTK, which could use it as a medical-related platform, will succeed. Actually, they will be on the forefront of any potential disasters stemming from a crackdown on recreational use.
There is definitely something wrong when nearly double the O/S is traded in one day.
When did they do a reverse split? And what was the ratio?
How many shares are outstanding? Float?
The entire OS has been traded. Am I wrong in that?
Between MJTK and VDRM, I don't know which one will do better. I have a lot in both companies. They're both gonna fly.
