Look at it this way fellow LightWave Logic longs. After reading all of todays posts, some of them are actually such an incredible compliment and testament to the value and quality of the posts that many here contribute to providing information and thoughts based on solid DD and facts regarding LWLG.
It absolutely illustrates that you amazing group of DD’ers need/ should continue to post here about LightWave Logic, and often, to fight the fear, uncertainty, doubt via the influx of misinformation/ disinformation.
This board is obviously seen as a significant threat to those with disingenuous motives. It shows the impact of your knowledge, DD and opinions reaches much farther than you may have thought or imagined.
So my hat goes off to the many here who make a difference and who stoke fear and loathing in the shorts :)
Long LWLG and the future is near and oh so very bright :)
Cheers all,
tcubed
When this is page 3 of your Investor presentation and you are traditionally a VERY conservative CEO and company and always cautious/careful with your wording...and then the rest of the presentation puts into context those 3 beautiful words...What more need be said???
"We are excited..."

100% agree. This board has been one of the best I've read over the years with many valuable, knowledgeable contributors.
Now is just as important a time for longs to graciously share due diligence and help fight the FUD to calm the seas for any new or potential investors (as well as some longs prone to nervousness or in need of reassurance, lol). And for some, like me, it's also fun to share the journey with you all.
We're close and the anticipation is oddly both exhilarating and intense :)
Cheers,
tcubed
Another strong posting day here which is the norm. Thanks to all of you who continue to fight the good fight against misinformation and disinformation by those with hidden or not so hidden agendas. Many of you have been doing it selflessly for years. It's very much appreciated and I believe It definitely makes a difference in helping many not fall victim to the fear, uncertainty or doubt some try to sow with LightWave Logic and it's soon to be ubiquitous and disruptive Perkinamine technology for years/decades to come.
The end is nigh...and it's going to be epic :)
Cheers,
tcubed
Thanks Walter. Sure would appear all that is remaining is educating and assisting the Foundries in developing and manufacturing the PDK's using Perkinamine and inking the deals. Which for all we know is hours, days or weeks away! All the while LightWave will continue enhancing the technology to reach new milestones potentially further distancing themselves from any competition for, shall we say decades :)
In Lebby and all at LightWave Logic we trust!
tcubed
Thanks Walter...
I used Google Translate for the English version and included the images. I did my best to replicate the original article but in English.
If this is inappropriate or unwanted then please have it deleted but it is nicely written and I believe important for all to see.

MACROTRENDS
Update LWLG:
don't get caught!
Dear Mr/Mrs xxxx
Right now I'm putting the finishing touches on the MT coming out tomorrow. In it we come up with a new tip in the raw materials sector, and I also introduce my new podcast. But I am already sending you this update because of what is going on at LWLG.
We are once again the victim of a cowardly short attack. I say cowardly, because it is again the typical game of market makers to punish good news. That confuses the small retail investors like you, who are sacrificing their golden futures to Mammon.
Don't get caught!
At the GA of Thursday, May 26, 2022 (OLH Ascension), the presentation literally showed how it is predicted that commercial contracts will be won with at least two foundries in the second half of this year, and how there is collaboration with a total of seven different ones. :
So excellent news. Not the news we had hoped for - the effective conclusion of such a contract - but at least some "forward guidance" about a period in which that contract is expected. And that is certainly progress. This is all new.
On the slide above we see that commitment clearly shown, but also that they are not just working with one foundry, but with seven, five of which are already testing photonics in their "Process Development Kit", two of which are in Europe. .
Because what do the latter want, especially on good news? Simple: MORE shares, preferably by paying LESS for them. And that market maker is going to take care of that: their goal is to get these fantastic stocks from unsuspecting retailers: us.
How do they do that? When they expect good news to come, they pay some financial newsletter to write bad about them. In this case, it was Kerrisdale Capital, a research firm in Miami.
They managed to write a 22-page report full of nonsense. For example, they argue that one of the biggest problems of LWLG starts at the technical level, namely being able to produce perkinamine consistently. Pay close attention to the sentence I put in highlight:
'But the most damning detail we discovered about Lightwave's commercialization efforts is that no one knows how to consistently produce its proprietary polymer. The process of engineering an electro-optic polymer requires the electrical poling of the material in order to freeze its molecular orientation. Based on discussions with engineers formerly at Lightwave, the poling process has been plagued by unpredictable electrical shorts, which decimate manufacturing yields; inconsistent and heterogeneous outcomes within and among the fabricated polymer sheets, which prevent any product standardization; and an unstable final product whose molecular orientation decays over time, dissipating its unique properties. The implication is that even the mediocre devices Lightwave says it has built and tested are one-off productions that can't be replicated systematically.'
"Based on discussions with engineers formerly at Lightwave". Well, that should fit. I know who that is. Out of respect for this person I will not mention his name here, but all one needs to know is that he was fired by LWLG at the time.
Why, you will ask? Very funny actually: because he couldn't solve exactly that problem (electrical polarity)! To be clear, since the arrival of Dr. Lebby, that has now been solved.
So these guys know how to blow the whistle, and can hide it well behind 22 pages of bullshit. Pardon my French, but that's it. What about the intertitle below, for example? That EO polymers "will never be more than an obscure niche".Normally, the price on such news should therefore rise, but that is not counting the dirty games of the market makers. I explained that once, in July of last year, just before we got to NASDAQ, but I'll gladly do it again.
Those market makers are parties that are not interested in whether the price is rising or falling. All they want to do is create trade, and take a percent on that. When a large institutional investor comes to visit them, they make a deal with it.
Hence Dr. Lebby succeeded in putting EO polymers at the center of the photonics roadmap? That's why he already won the PIC prize of the photonics sector three times? That is why they know him as far as the Netherlands, through the over-subsidized Photon-Delta?
Do not make me laugh. These are a gang of shlemieltjes who earn quick money by first going massively short themselves, and on top of that they may also be paid fat by the market makers to do their dirty business for them.
"The Hitmen of Wall Street". @ subscriber Julien Kerknawi: is there no film in it?
Because how do the institutions earn money from this? Well, first of all, SOMEONE has to lend the stocks that are being shorted. Today 17 million of the 112 million shares are short. Who has it? Not me, and neither do you: the institutionals.
First of all: the Institutionals lend those shares to the Market Makers and the first ones already earn a nice premium. You can do that too: if you tell your broker that you want to lend your shares for shorting, you will receive money for that.
I never do that, but it's possible. Then those Market Makers pay stealth writers like Kerrisdale Capital to produce the most negative article possible, which terrifies everyone. This report, for example, is neatly prepared to be published after the 26th.
Then the stock falls. Who earns? The Market Makers, because they are short. The Kerrisdales of this world, because they are also short, AND are once again paid by the Market Makers to spread their misinformation.
But who wins the most? The institutions of course! They can now buy at a discount, and will soon get their lent short shares back. Their position is increasing, and while the retail investor thinks: "It's done here, it's going to the sharks" they laugh in their fists.
And then I get panic emails like from the above subscriber. Well, I tell you, and listen carefully: whoever panics has too many shares. I have loads of them, but do you really think I'm intimidated by such idiots?
More and more people are getting it by the way. For example, in no time there was a petition asking the SEC (the American stock market watchdog) to investigate the practices of Kerrisdale Capital. Sign that petition here.
Not that it will matter much, because before they sit on their lazy bums by the beach, Miami mafias like Kerrisdale Cap have already struck a deal with the Market Maker to cover any legal costs. Money was enough.
Just to say: keep your head cool and your feet warm. In my view, this is an ideal time to strengthen your position. And in this way we also limit these types of short attacks. It's a jungle out there, and we have to be TARZAN.
Kind regards,
Brecht
PS1: I'm thinking of writing calls at $20 before the December expiration at these deliciously low prices. That's giving me 66 cents per contract today, and worst-case scenario I'll ever have to let those stocks go at $20 while they're higher. There are worse things.
PS2: No one knows how low the stock can fall before the shorts start to cover. Therefore, place orders at different heights. Certainly not in one go.So please: no more nagging in my mailbox. If you have too much fear about LWLG: reduce your position (and yes: sometimes take a loss). And if you have a little bit of understanding of how the world really works: a golden opportunity to strengthen your position.
Especially for new subscribers without LWLG: the time is now!
Always the same non committal wording. ‘Investigating claims on behalf of’ by this ‘law firm’. I’m sure this has all been discussed but too busy to read other messages today.
Cheers
Tcubed
That law firm does this on a regular basis to OTC penny stocks. The wording is almost exactly the same with the only exception being the name of the company. They usually do the same release over multiple days or weeks. It appears to me the effect is usually minimal based on their reputation.
Sure there are those that will buy into the fear but with the solid base of longs, institutions, funds and insiders, this impact I would think would be minimal. And if anything will lead to hopefully more shares in the smart peoples portfolio.
It's a shame in 2022 this stuff still goes on but there's no want on anyone's part to put a stop to it from what I can see.
Knowledge is power, know the game and use it to your advantage is all the smart investors can do.
Less than 7 months in 2002 and it's going to be a very exciting year according to Dr. Lebby. I think we can all agree, Michael Lebby has more integrity and honour in his little pinky than any of these companies as a whole being discussed today.
Hold the line as some like to say here :) Great times are ahead.
tcubed
Lol, and then the inevitable spy for spy exchange :) Steve we got your back!
That's awesome Steve and a well deserved experience for you.
Thanks for sharing with us and for posting the ASM presentation. Full credit to you for all your postings and youtube videos throughout the years. You've been more than gracious with your time and efforts to increase LightWave Logic exposure and DD to longs and newbies alike.
Incredible times ahead!
tcubed
Posts lately have knocked my socks off, BUT...
What I will say and it was referenced by a few on here already, If you weren't in attendance, you absolutely must listen to the ASM presentation. I believe you'll come away with a more organic feeling of what we have invested in, where the company is currently at, where it's going and in my opinion, you will be blown away! I picked up on some things said that I don't recall being mentioned in posts and you can literally feel the confidence exuded by Dr. Lebby when he is speaking as well as being able to pick up on the little nuances.
Due to lack of free time and being super happy with all the posts and the ASM slides, I was almost not going to bother listening to the presentation. I now know that would have been a huge loss on my part.
The posts and slide presentation are great but they are no substitute to actually listening to the full presentation, Put them all together and I don't know how you come away with any other thought than WOW, we are part of something truly special :)
Just my PSA to back up what others have said. I can only imagine what it would have been like to have been there in the flesh, well worth the trip I'm sure no matter where you call home.

Cheers all,

Thanks, this answered something I always wondered / worried about.
Love that they are confident it can't be reversed engineered. Always a big concern in the world today with something so revolutionary, so that is really comforting to hear. Patents are great but they certainly aren't always respected as some companies / countries are happy to infringe and just fight it out in court for years. Patent moat plus little risk of reverse engineering with such incredible technology equals exciting times ahead :)
Thanks very much for this write up KCC07913 and also to Photonics Guy for his earlier post. These posts just top off an already great few days of posts here on iHub.
Cheers,
tcubed
It's been beyond awesome reading all the posts these past 2 days.
I can't thank everyone enough for posting your thoughts and DD, especially those who were at the ASM for providing a first hand account of their observations and who were exposed to all those wonderful and very meaningful extra nuggets!
If anyone is short or truly negative about LightWave and it's trajectory to changing the world after reading all these posts, then it's a 'shake my head' moment and they are accountable only to themselves for what they are about to miss out on.
This more and more looks like being one of those 'once in a lifetime' opportunities for many and this is still just on the launchpad but the countdown has definitely begun :)
Regards and wowsa,
tcubed
Thanks F2, this will be my late night listening this evening with a bevy or two. Looking forward to it after all the posts today.
Cheers,
tcubed
Wow, I thought after the the ASM last year, the info and vibes were good. This year has topped all of that, and then some, based on what all you wonderful people are reporting and detailing. We are in for quite a ride in the months ahead.
Thanks for all the great and positive info posts today and for the longs putting the shorts in their place. The shame corner :)
Cheers,
tcubed
Awesome posts today prototype, (as per usual) ...
Lots of good reading and oh so very exciting!
Envious of all those at the ASM and the pre / after drinking get togethers that go with it :)
Thanks
tcubed
Currently LightWave is the worlds 4492th most valuable company by market cap according to this website.
https://companiesmarketcap.com/lightwave-logic/marketcap/
It will be exciting to see the rise in rank for LightWave Logic in its market cap value over the next year and beyond.
Hopefully those attending the ASM will find some time to post their observations and thoughts before going for drinks :)
Cheers,
tcubed
Very well said x. Mike drop:) EOM

Lol, or look at it this way walterc, just maybe you are responsible for shifting a few neurons around in Dr Lebbys already amazing brain and that was just the catalyst he needed to bring LightWave Logic to where it is today!
Cheers

Dr Lebby: "Our timing is perfect — the industry knows we have the technological solution for the next decade. Our positioning is very good also — we have a unique technology platform to service customers’ needs."
Say no more :)
tcubed
Thanks for posting this. A nice and timely interview.
Dr Lebby just exudes confidence now and is obviously excited about what's to come and the impact LightWave will have on the world. This is going to be fun to watch unfold and I think anyone who knows of LightWave Logic and doesn't own shares is going to be full of regret and sorrow in the not too distant future.

Thanks to all the knowledgeable, sincere, level headed and passionate share holders who continue to post their due diligence, thoughts, perspectives and fight the fight in regards to misinformation and disingenuous motives.
This board has been invaluable to me and I'm sure many others over the years and I hope the true long term shareholders, as well as the sincere newbies, will continue to post as we move forward to this very very very exciting time in LightWave's history. We are truly on the cusp now of something I believe will be very special and rewarding, and this board is certainly part of that journey!
Cheers,

Nice to see you back with a post Khaled_shatila,
Now if Two Cents Worth pops back up and posts this week, on top of all the other things happening with LightWave lately, then I know the most exciting chapter in this story is about to begin :)
Cheers all,

Nicely stated Proto!
Thanks for all your positivity and DD over the years. Truly feels like the moment has arrived and we'll be hearing something forthwith.
Tuesday would be great but if you're a Star Wars fan then Wednesday 'May the Fourth Be With You' would be most appropriate for some great news :)

Interesting post jeunke22 and I know x's thoughts on a potential buyout based on his previous postings.
I'm sure I'm not alone in saying I would now be extremely disappointed if that was the path taken given how the company has progressed and developed under Lebby et al. to this point.
It becomes mind boggling when I think of what value the company can achieve over time with all the potential markets available for the Perkinamine.
I get the theory that the big players will play games and try whatever it takes to control this truly disruptive and ubiquitous technology but I'm hoping the talent brought together at LightWave can weave it's way through the Labyrinth that lies ahead to bring the company to maturity.
Now if a potential buyout was equivalent to anything over $500 a share then I'm sure that would help ease the pain of any lost potential :)
Will be an interesting 2022 for sure and no matter what happens from here on out, I'm sure it will be life changing for most LightWave shareholders!
All that said, I have no issue with the cash bonuses or share compensation distributed up till now based on what has been achieved and definitely on what can and most likely will be achieved in the days, months and years to come.
Good luck to us all!
tcubed
Very nicely said and absolutely spot on in my opinion!
We're soooo close I can smell the perkinamine cooking :)
Cheers,

Thanks Schuller, yes I jumped in last May with my first purchase of RGBP. Happy with what I have accumulated and my cost average but always looking to add when I'm able to.
I'm excited for the possibilities to come :)

LightWave Online - Stephen Hardy re Latest Stability Demonstration
Mostly a regurgitation but more exposure nonetheless :)
https://www.lightwaveonline.com/optical-tech/components/article/14266216/lightwave-logic-touts-stability-of-its-polymer-material-in-polaritons-plasmonics-platform
Stephen Hardy
Lightwave Logic touts stability of its polymer material in Polariton's plasmonics platform
March 24, 2022
An OFC 2022 paper describes testing performed on Polariton's silicon-photonics-based plasmonic-organic-hybrid (POH) racetrack modulator, which leveraged Lightwave Logic’s Perkinamine polymer chromophores.
Lightwave Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: LWLG) says it optical polymer material has demonstrated what the company called “world-class results” in an enhanced stability and high-speed measurement by Polariton Technologies and that company’s parent, ETH Zurich. The results were presented in a paper earlier this month at OFC 2022 in San Diego, CA.
The paper, “Th3C.3: Enhanced Stability of Resonant Racetrack Plasmonic-Organic-Hybrid Modulators,” describes testing performed on Polariton's silicon-photonics-based plasmonic-organic-hybrid (POH) racetrack modulator, which leveraged Lightwave Logic’s Perkinamine polymer chromophores (see "Lightwave Logic, Polariton Technologies claim record modulator performance at ECOC 2021"). The results were compared to that derived from identical tests on two pn-junction based microring modulators (MRMs).
The tests showed the POH racetrack modulator exhibited 250X less normalized wavelength shift under changing optical powers and up to 3000X less under changing driving RF power than the MRMs. The plasmonic modulator was tested for more than 70 minutes at 100-Gbps NRZ at 80C with no decrease in performance as well, the paper's authors reported.
"This result showing third party review and verification of stability and high-temperature operation illustrates once again that our electro-optic polymer materials platform is truly world-class," said Dr. Michael Lebby, CEO of Lightwave Logic. "Our polymer materials are clearly poised to not only change internet optical networking, but to become ubiquitous in their use across the internet.
"Through our collaboration with Polariton, we have again achieved world-class results using our material for high-speed, low-power polymer modulators, and now that the industry has publicly indicated that these types of modulators are key for lowering power consumption in data center/telecommunications systems, 2022 is shaping up to be an extremely exciting year for Lightwave Logic," Lebby concluded.
"Polariton has continued to enhance the performance of plasmonic modulators using polymer technology. This is another step towards our goal for faster optical communications with a scalable platform that is perfect for photonics integration and low power consumption,” added Dr. Wolfgang Heni, co-CTO at Polariton. “Our recent performance enhancement of a plasmonic racetrack modulator demonstrates the simplicity of integrating plasmonics, silicon photonics, and organic polymer electro-optics for high-speed and energy-efficient components. We are again pleased to have worked with Lightwave Logic, providing us with high-performance and reliable Perkinamine chromophores for these world-class results. Together, we plan to revolutionize the future of the internet through adoption of electro-optic polymer materials."
Richard, I now stay up nightly waiting for your posts, lol :)
Thanks for all your time, knowledge and effort with LightWave due diligence.
Exciting times for us all.

Thanks Richard, awesome information and dot connecting as usual!
This year has really felt like the trail is methodically being lit up and the bread crumbs strategically dropped with everything building up shortly to a big reveal that will positively impact all of our lives forever, both financially and technology wise :)
I think finally we are talking hours, days or weeks at most, but no more, until we get the EO Polymer technology validation from pen to paper that we have all been anxiously awaiting...a news release that may surprise a lot of people but certainly and impressively no surprise to the majority of contributors to this Board who have followed, believed and invested hard earned time and money in this little company, called LightWave Logic, for many years.
Cheers all,
