much more than 50 mil...that's only 5k. it traded over 600M on the first day. i think it's front loading before news...i hope :)
I think you guys might be right about this RM MMJ and promo rumor. somethings coming for sure. can't see why there was all this buying for no reason.
yes yes, we all know every sell has a buy, and vice versa. it was a sell at bid which is certainly not as good as if it were a 40m buy at ask. we would be jumping for joy if it were.
it was a sell
nice but no ask slaps...
whats your current position?
how many shares you got now?
so, nothing happening here? anyone reach out to the company?
3 close EOD? looking strong here.
if that's the case this will be huge. thanks for sharing.
this has been dormant for a loooooong time. look like its our time. what's the speculation?
reverse merger? any ideas?

DDD Pinch separating now.

Pincher play too.

options adjust to reflect the split. I just sold 1000 puts at 50 march 1 exp for 2.10 a piece.
I'm with you. Found this as a pincher to0. see bold below. my point is that when they refi, the impact on eps and pps will be huge.
Additionally the Company announced that it has received the formal portfolio conditional credit approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for up to an aggregate of $460 million in HUD insured loans secured by up to 78 facilities under HUD's Section 232 loan program, which provides loans for nursing homes, assisted living and related facilities. The Company has not yet determined the amount of borrowings it will ultimately seek under the HUD insured loan program, and all loan applications will be subject to further review and approval by HUD.
"We are excited about the opportunity to secure long-term fixed-rate loans under the HUD 232 program. Our ability to secure loans of this type with the real property assets we own exemplifies a significant advantage of owning rather than leasing the real property of over 77% of the skilled nursing and assisted living facilities operated by our subsidiaries. Our senior secured credit facility allows us to borrow up to $250 million in HUD insured loans if we use the net proceeds to pay down existing term debt under the senior secured credit facility. HUD insured borrowings beyond $250 million will necessitate either refinancing the senior secured credit facility in full or otherwise seeking a waiver or amendment from the senior secured lenders. We anticipate savings of approximately $10 million annually in interest expense from the first $250 million in HUD insured loans that we are able to close. Due to the lengthy processing time required for HUD loans, we would not expect that the loan applications we submit would begin to close until at least the first quarter of 2013
minor correction, Q3 was not impacted by the HUD loans. They were only approved in Q3. They anticipate the impact to effect Q1 EPS.
SKH - profitable company btw

yep - looking real good. nice volume this morning confirming the breakout.
broke 3.72 - break of 3.74 and we begin the gap fill. particularly good day given it's a friday. oh, did i mention that Roche has been shopping around for a life sciences company? AFFX is a potential target according to some articles out there.
NTDOY. i look for bottom plays first then dd from there. I think NTDOY has about $11 cash per share trading mid $12's now. new product release WiiU hasn't gained much ground in the US yet, but it will come. 3DS is growing at rates similar to its predecessor.
AFFX - if you haven't had a chance to review that presentation, it outlines how they are accelerating growth and return to profitability this year. Also mentions a device submission for FDA approval in Q1.
AFFX looking for the 3.62 break. long term downtrend has been broken. looking forward to clearing 3.72.
Q4 earnings and conference call on 1/31. If you are interested, they just did a presentation at the JPMorgan healthcare conference which can be heard here.

Affymetrix
One under-$10 name that's trending very close to triggering a near-term breakout trade is Affymetrix (AFFX), which is engaged in developing, manufacturing and selling products and services for genetic analysis to the life science research and clinical healthcare markets. This stock has been trending lower for the last six months, with shares off by 19.8%.
If you take a look at the chart for Affymetrix, you'll notice that this stock has been trending sideways for the last three months, with shares moving between $3.72 on the upside and $2.96 on the downside. That sideways trading pattern came after the stock gapped down with big volume last October from around $4.50 a share. Shares of AFFX have recently started to trend back above its 50-day moving average of $3.26 a share and it's quickly moving within range of triggering a near-term breakout trade.
Traders should now look for long-biased trades in AFFX if it manages to break out above some near-term overhead resistance levels at $3.62 to $3.72 a share with high volume. Look for a sustained move or close above those levels with volume that registers near or above its three-month average action of 681,000 shares. If that breakout hits soon, then AFFX will set up to re-fill its previous gap down zone from last October that started near $4.50 a share. Any high-volume move above $4.50 to $4.61 would then put $4.80 to $5.20 within range for shares of AFFX.
Traders can look to buy AFFX off any weakness to anticipate that breakout and then simply use a stop that sits just below its 50-day moving average of $3.26 a share. One could also buy AFFX off strength once it clears those breakout levels with volume and then simply use a stop that sits just below $3.40 a share.
nice, thanks. bought some although I should have waited after the last bid whack.
so, what news is expected here?
my tda does - so does yahoo and ihub.
hey we got a buy...4.5M but it's something...
it's about time this moved.
umm, what are you talking about. It's on level two.
wonder what's up with the 3M at .03 from UBSS. Someone know something we don't? It's an awful lot of shares at a much high pps.
yeah, we don't get many opportunities like this. Fundamentals, news and chart play all at the same time. Really doesn't get better.
Was hoping for the finance news...guess that comes tomorrow according to their timeline. Can't believe this hasn't popped yet.
I was just kidding. I realize no one here knows for sure. I figured since the financing announcement was dependent on becoming current, it may come tomorrow. I don't see why they would hold off news. Seems like they want to move quickly.
i wasn't asking you.
turned into a circus around here. fun fun fun.
