Hey, thanks for the update---looks like the ball is rolling in the right direction, the "milestones" are being checked off in order---one of these days there could be a business with a steady income-----
Well---that's cool---tho I have a long way to go to get even partially healed---have you seen anywhere that they will qualify for federal subsidies? It seems like that would boost the price too-----
Ragmuff----I'm not clear on the 1st of the three posts---there were 335 shares traded at what price?
So assuming they get the green investment funds ($300,000,000?) I would hope that would push the "bid" toward the "ask"---or possibly a split to help level out the horrendous reverse split we had before----or both
There was a sale about the 25th of 500 I think at a buck---you can see it on the 1 month chart---does anyone know about this out fit and how you would invest? They are making the pcells for Solargen and others and Blue-Ray discs and I believe equipment http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anwell_Technologies_Limited (I hope that lights up when I post it)
Hey ragmuf---thanks for the update---haven't checked in for awhile--is this stock actively trading now, and at what price? I don't see any volume numbers---do you know if Solargen is being followed or discussed anywhere else? thanks
How long have they been "non reporting"? Is Transfer Online still the transfer agent?
Am I reading this right? 600 shares x 0.005= $3 -----100% gain----I've seen this before with ridiculously low buy or sell amounts---are these real transactions? Or some kind of program correction?
You're right Ken---the info I found had a current date, but the address was from 2000---under different management---so-----never mind--btw, I noticed on the site you referenced an "Annual List" was filed on July 17 this year---so thy're taking care of the paperwork anyway---thanks
So is this a new address? (listed at the bottom) http://www.pinkinvesting.com/companies/tmex-usa-inc-TMXU.html
and can anyone figure out if it's part of someone else's address (lawyer or venture capitalist) ?
Me too----
Well, not much to talk about---just didn't want to go through June with no posts---but seriously, what's up with 26,666? Another $240 and we'd have a jackpot ---of sorts---anyway I wish some news would leak out---it really doesn't matter untill something really happens, but the imagination (obviously) can get a little strange
26,666 shares? could it be ------ S-t-n ? At least somebody's buying----
Thanks---
And since I haven't seen anything lately----how about TMEX???----almost afraid to ask----
You scenario sounds a bit more logical to me about RS all the stock, but if they did, they wouldn't have 10 mil to give to direct investors---100/1 would put them at 1/2 mil total outstanding and only 350,000 in their control----but going the other way for instance, if they didn't RS their own, it doesn't seem right that the share price would go up proportionate to the RS if less than 1/3 of the stock was affected------
So, at today's numbers for example after a 100/1 RS we'd be looking at 60 cents instead of 0.006 cents, but we'd have 1/100 of the shares we started with----basically at this point break even. The company still has all it's shares, but they have gained 100 times in value (is that 10,000% ?) Or roughly $210,000 to $21,000,000-------starting with 0.006x35 million shares--------if these figures are in the ballpark I am humiliated by any scorn I might have ever directed in the direction of the pencil pushers----and humbled----and jealous
What is the benefit to a company to do a reverse split? Some talk about a possible 100/1 split bringing OS shares from 50 million to 1/2 million------I think I read here that the company controls 35 million---so they would have 350 k and us with 150 k? Seems that gains would be restricted in that you'd need a 100 time bump to equal percentage gains at the level we're at now ie: you would need $1.00 to equal $0.01 gain----
No apologies required---I for one, am happy to see any signs of life while waiting for the pot to boil---I posted a link to info about Innotelco, but I'm not sure it was the same outfit you referred to---some of these info sites have old or random info---I found references to mining in Europe and telecom in Latin America and Africa----and since there's not much direct info present, it's up to the interpreter's of the "butterfly effect"---and there are some pretty good one's on this board---actually this seems to be the only place I can find that has noticed something might be happening with TMEX---
Not sure where we're going with this ---(ILCI)--- other than Krueger---but does this add anything to the trip? http://ilci.realpennies.com/
A simple--- "lull before the storm"---- would probably have held me over for awhile, but MY pulse feels a lot better after that post---along with the Chemist I'm watching with "frustrated optimism" and trying to exercise the outlook my (and many other's) mom taught us about the "Gift of patience"----
Lull before the storm-----or no pulse?
Do you know the max, min, average time Sherer and co are involved before a solid product emerges? Thanks---
Thanks for the site, I think that's what I was looking for---and it also seems logical to me that if those with the means and experience are interested, it bodes well for us----it does feel a little like trying to forecast the weather based on the sunset and barometric pressure----which might be as accurate as any other indicators before there are sales and profits to go on-----
Looks like Tmex and Network Technologies have had a long relationship
In December, 1996, we acquired approximately 24,500 shares of common stock (approximately 49%) of Network Technologies S.A. de C.V., a Mexican corporation ("NetTech") valued at $15,000. NetTech is headquartered in Loma de Chapultepec, Mexico City and received a concession for Internet services from the Mexican Federal Commission of Telecommunications, which will allow NetTech to transmit Internet and data traffic from the United States throughout Mexico.

Thanks for the reply Sugar---and all the info---my main question is more generic than the info in the box---
"What is the difference between a stock with no operations, employees, products, or sales, and a shell, and why is it better to be one than the other? --For shareholders"
I got the impression from the posts that the news that TMEX was NOT a shell was good news for us, but I don't understand what the advatages are----Thanks---
Do we know if TMEX has any business activity?
What is the difference between a stock with no operations, employees, products, or sales, and a shell, and why is it better to be one than the other? --For shareholders----
Am I right to figure a 100% gain on a .03 cent start price would be a sales price of .06 cents, and a 1000% gain on the same .03 cents would be .33 cents sale price---
Thanks
Actually, the TMXU Quote at the top of the page said there were 125,000 shares traded after 4:00 putting us over 500,000 today and over 6 for the week---3 days----if I'm reading that right--said the final price was .025-----
How do I find TMXU transfer agent? Thanks.
