Hello, I got some info from the company, looks like things are moving the good way.


1. The enSonix@home device has been undergoing QC testing for efficacy, overall performance and durability over the past 3 months and has now been cleared on the main functions for production. Engineering had suggested additional, minor improvements in some of the features and these have been incorporated. Finished production units are expected in February 2008.

2. The infomercial for the enSonix@home unit is essentially complete: the product beauty shots will be completed upon receipt of the finished enSonix@home device.

3. Marketing has recommended that the launch of the infomercial be delayed until February 2008 as the television clutter at this time of year would make it more challenging.

4. Management has scheduled additional meetings in Dubai to address the high level of interest in our products for distribution in the Middle East.

5. The IR meetings in New York have been progressing and 3rd round meetings have been scheduled for next week. HealthSonix expects to announce the selection of one or two institutions to work with the company on its financial planning and application to move to a more senior exchange within the next 2 weeks.

6. The ZingiberRx sampling program has yielded excellent results and several retail listing test markets are underway. A dedicated web site for the cream is almost complete and will go live within 10 days.

7. We are currently concentrating on the ZingiberRx cream and the take home unit as they offer the most immediate sales and profits; however, the AquaSonix and Treatment Centers are still very much part of our long range planning.

Is their anybody on this board who has intentions to visit their operations? I think Ibreken who is convinced it is a scam assumes that nobody will follow trough on this invitation and it is just another trick from Macaroni and Valentino.

Additionaly who would issue 10 000 000$ in bonds to Aurc if they would have no solid assets? Only being able to get 10 mil in bonds is a proof they have assets. For the moment it is only PRed that they could raise 10 mil in bonds.
Would be nice if Aurc could show us proof of the bonds.

If we will ever see a proxy, never assume anything in pink world before you see it. When is the proxy suposed to come out?

I received an e-mail from her where she implied that there will be a PR concerning the meeting early this week.

Buddy, it's quit unusual to have a volume of 235 000 shares pre-market, it's smells like their is a proxy in the air. Do you smell it as well

I believe that the LONGS will be thankful to the shorters, manipulators, MM's or whoever is bringing the PPS down.
The actual PPS is a great buy oportunity on the long run.
My average is 0.29$ and I did not add to my position since the downfall. I am not anxtious about my current loss because I really believe in the potential of the company. It's all about timing and patience. Tomorrow I will buy some more to avg my position and if it drops to 0.08$ which I believe can happen then I will buy much more. It's nice to see some new posters on board. Good luck to all.

"Who" is not going to give me my money back? Personally I don't know from who I bought my shares, maybe from a flipper or from an MM or from a LONG that lost interest in AURC but whoever it was I don't believe they will pay me anything back so you are probably correct Emily.
However, I am sure that someone in a short future will buy my shares for a much higher price than my buying price.

I hope you are right but don't forget the T/A confirmed the meeting(on 11/09) is off to a poster on this board. It would not be very professional from the T/A to give unconfirmed information to shareholder.

I hope for you that the story will be there in a month but just keep in mind that such buyouts can take much longer and patience is the key to play those games.

Of course it matters, as long as you don't have the proxy in hand and the deal is not signed. The fundamentals and financials of the company are much more important than an implied buyout deal. Only and only when the deal will be finalized then you should not care about the rest.

I am LONG in AURC and the scenario is a look a like. PPS is 0.05 and a buyout deal at 0.55 is implied since February(a real 11 bagger from here!!!). When the deal was announced the PPS was around 0.12 if I remember well.
In meantime the MM continue their games. Just would like to share my AURC experience with you guys, as long as the deal is not signed and the MM are controling the PPS, anyhting can happen, buyout or no buyout you are still in pinkland. I wish you luck and hope the PPS will fly up but be ready to accept a dip as well. On the other hand if the buyout will happen you will probably have more buy oportunities if the price will be lower. Don't buy too fast because if you are going deep down you will regret to be all in too soon.

It does not make sense that they don't PR a postponed meeting. It is not fair for shareholders that don't follow this board and bought flight tickets and booked hotel rooms. That's how Aurc take care of his shareholders? Maybe they think they can still catch November 9th meeting. Did someone check with the hotel if the meeting was cancelled?

I assume they are working hard behind the scenes because Dieter told my friend on the phone last week that they are currently meeting many institutional investors and that many interests for the company seems to be raised. In any case I will not sell any of my shares at the actual PPS range but will buy more shares anytime soon, depending on my other positions. I see the current price as a buy oportunity...

you are right about the fact that the company needs to trigger the run up and shut the mounth of the MM's but I believe they need more time to come out with something solid.
I believe that they are working hard behind the scenes to promote the stock.
Another thing is that the management has much more at stake than the shareholders as they have more shares than shareholders can buy in the public.
Keep your faith longs patience will pay big time, fundamentals are great but it will take some months before we will see a 4 bagger from here.

BTW Do you know a Pink where the company deals with MM's? What should they to work with MM's? Don't understand your point about working with MM. Please clarify but I completely agree that the company must come out with reasons for masses to buy the stock and I believe they will do it soon.

The last runup to .08 hapenned before the Divy was distributed. If it is true that many brokers are short because of the divy, I think the runup might take more time to happen but will go way over .08 . The brokers need to cover their short position. If I understood well, the new SEC rule says that they have maximum 13 trading days to cover.
Divy was oficially distributed on 10/15 + 13 days = 10/31.
Will we see a short squeeze on 10/31 or will the brokers cover their position by then?

If there is no buyout @0.55 the gold production does not matter so much as long as the PPS is manipulated, even with high revenues they can continue their game as there is no control on the MM's actions... It seems that the buyout is the only way out for the stockholders and the management IMHO. Therefore I think we must vote for the buyout even if you believe this company might be worth much more than 0.55.

I am in HSXI.pk as well and the same manipulation is going on. Good news, interesting products, deals with top 10 pharma companies like Abbot Lab, great feedback from customers... And the PPS goes only south.
The investor relation person(Dieter Doederlein) suggested to all stockholders that the stock is naked shorted and he told me "that we have to ask the issuance of a certificate of ownership at your broker, the reason is that they can not short a stock out of the float", maybe it can be applied to AURC as well in order to avoid naked shorting of your shares without even knowing it.

Who are those MM's? Who pay them? Where are they working? Are they hired by brokers and banks or are they independent? Can investors communicate with MM's?
Is there any way to ask a "market autority" to investigate their actions?
How can that be that such obvious manipulation can go on without anyone complaining?
I just try to understand how things work here... Do someone have more knowledge about it..

Who is the buyer will impact the PPS before the meeting.
If the Proxy mentions Goldcorp is the buyer then many new investors will come in faster than you know it and the PPS will fly on the otherhand if the proxy mention Star Gold investor will stay suspicious about AURC and the buyout.
But at the end if the buyout will happen it does not matter who the buyers is for us AURC investors.

The PPS is at his current level because some people might manipulate this stock on a dailly basis in the hope that investors who are suspicous like you will sell their shares at this cheap price. Frankly speaking if you don't believe in this company then sell your shares. I don't care if the PPS is 0.062 or 0.054 today what I care about is that the fundamentals are positive and interesting developments are comming up which will drive the PPS up anyway at the certain moment, it is all a question of timing.
If you ask me, now is the perfect timing to buy but you are welcome to sell if you think otherwise.
Checking the PPS every minute and being contanstly suspicious will not help you in pinkland. If you accept the fact that stock is manipulated then don't watch the PPS but watch the new developments and a possible bright future.
IMHO you are a perfect target for manipulators, if they decide to shake the three and bring the PPS down to 0.03 again I am not sure we will you again on this board

If it is true it means the buyout will be a done deal.
But why would they refuse the initial $0.38 offer? If they planned to buy it for them.
