If there is no buyout @0.55 the gold production does not matter so much as long as the PPS is manipulated, even with high revenues they can continue their game as there is no control on the MM's actions... It seems that the buyout is the only way out for the stockholders and the management IMHO. Therefore I think we must vote for the buyout even if you believe this company might be worth much more than 0.55.

I am in HSXI.pk as well and the same manipulation is going on. Good news, interesting products, deals with top 10 pharma companies like Abbot Lab, great feedback from customers... And the PPS goes only south.
The investor relation person(Dieter Doederlein) suggested to all stockholders that the stock is naked shorted and he told me "that we have to ask the issuance of a certificate of ownership at your broker, the reason is that they can not short a stock out of the float", maybe it can be applied to AURC as well in order to avoid naked shorting of your shares without even knowing it.
