Well, we'll just have to wait this one out to see what happens. Remember folks, it is summer time and historically this stock has done well during the summer months. After all, no better time exists to pitch a healthy energy drink than the summer and it is already getting extremely hot here in Florida. It has already been in the lower to mid 90's this week and August/September are the two hottest months of the year here. I'm not happy about the authorized shares being increased but I've waited this one out for this long, so what's a few more years. After venting I had time to think and I remembered that it takes on average about 10rs for a new business to establish itself and that is even during good economic times, which we are not currently experiencing.
I emailed him a few minutes ago.
I hope you are right, but we need to have some questions answered. Because it is our money that has funded a portion of what they have been doing and they need to come clean with precise detailed explanations as to why there was a need to dilute again. Are they not making any profits off of their product to date? If so, how much. We should all band together as investors, stockholders, etc. and demand an audit to find out where our money went.
Of course you don't. You haven't been here that long. I have had shares since the time that BP was only 4-6 months old. I have seen this happen repeatedly over and over again, so those who express their frustration, have a valid reason to do so. Instead of coming up with new products, they simply need to expand the ones they already have so that profits can be generated in order to acquire real assets in order to make the company have a base worth, at least in property, buildings, etc for equity. Once they have that the company will be worth at a minimum whatever their holdings and assets are. We have absolutely no information on this, don't get any when we ask for it, just more hype and more increases in the number of authorized shares. Investing, could you please ask JD why they needed to dilute again for the 3rd time in less than a year and a half? They are not looking out for their stock holders and they are not being transparent when it comes to how much money they have made from the product that has been produced so far as well as their profits.
Here's one. The reason you don't see us going crazy is that it has already done this "multiple" times in the past 3 years. It goes up into the 00's and then right back down within a week or two to trips. That's why I say that I don't care about new distributorships or Mir's fight. When they have a pr which shows some strong financials, then the stock will move into the 00's and stay there permanently. Until then, it's a traders game. Not longs imo.
Agreed.. I don't like tha fact that you have a 100mil + day without any news. That usually speaks of insiders loading up. It may not be the case, but if there is no news, why would you load up like that? There isn't a good explanation for it to happen. We'll see though. I'm in long anyway so I'll ride the highs and lows just as I have for the past 3 years.
Looks like someone on the inside loaded up imo because there is still no news today and some of the traders are taking some profits. This company will do better when we get some solid financials. Until then, it will simply be a hype-driven stock and that is no good for anyone other than day traders.
It would be nice to see a pr that was susbstantive. Such as: Good financial pr showing great profits. That would be the ideal pr to see at this point rather than something about Mir imo.
I'm not getting too excited until it passes over 002 and finally stays above that point finally. I have been in the stock for over 3 years now, nearly 4. This could be in advance of a good pr. The problem with that is that only insiders know when and if that will be coming out. Which means they are the ones buying. Not intending to be negative but I've already seen this stock do this more times than I can count.
Why is this thing running right now? Been watching it, but no pr's that were worthy enough to make it run this way. Any ideas? I like the fact that it is moving up, but how do you have a 117m plus volume day on no news at all. Something is fishy in my opinion.
I can't reply privately drproteus, but I am in complete agreement with your statement in that message. And yes those were some helpful, insightful, and imo timely comments and information. Many would do well if they got a chance to read it before it was deleted. I apologize that I haven't been around as much, I am working a ton of hours right now so I can only pop in on my days off, but I know investing is here regularly to manage the crowd.. lol.
Not sure Dave but the Admin Moderators have done the majority of deleting posts here. You should probably discuss it with them. I haven't deleted any posts in well over a month. Sorry, but the Admin moderators are pretty strict about adherence to their rules. If your comment was a personal attack or simply off-topic they can and sometimes do delete posts. If you join a board you have to adhere to the rules, although I think you have an argument constitutionally regarding free speech. The constitution doesn't say you have the right to free speech "if" certain conditions are met. It is a carte blanc right that our government, and that includes businesses as well, are not allowed to impede or restrict. But those are just my thoughts.
Additional info edit: I looked and neither myself or investing deleted anyone's posts. The deleted posts from my end show who deleted your message and they say "The Mod Squad", which means that it is the Admin Mods from this site, not the mods from this board if that helps out. And be careful next time to accuse someone of doing something that they are not guilty of, I'm sure that you don't like being called guilty when you know that you are innocent. Happy investing everyone. GLTA.
They have had enough time now that I want to see the profits they took in from their first production run of BT. There's no reason or excuse that they shouldn't have that by now. They can find that out instantaneously with a program as simple as Quickbooks. Wouldn't you agree folks?
Yeah Dale? How about the reason why they just increased the a/s again which will drive the price of the stock down? How is that helpful and beneficial to we investors? I am hopping mad right now, because that does prove dilution. AGAIN! without being informed by the co that they would be doing this. I want an answer to that question NOW!
Good evening BNPD longs. sorry I haven't been here much. I've been working 7 days a week. Hopefully I'll have a couple of days off this week so I can converse with the rest of you and catch up on all that's been happening in the green and pink world that is BNPD.. lol. Have a great evening and good day tomorrow.
And look at the locations from their own web site:
Arizona
California
Nevada
Idaho
Oregon
Utah
Washington
Lurker.. stop bringing up dilution because it's not happening. If the company was to dilute the figure that you used, if I remember correctly 155mil shares, that is only a little over $250k if they sold at 0027. Sorry but they wouldn't be able to buy much..
That interview was encouraging. I certainly like to know also more specifically how JD will benefit the shareholders. Even if they haven't decided on one course of action, we certainly would like to know the ideas that they are throwing around if that is possible for you to get for us Dale. Give me a B, give me a N, give me a P, Give me a D. what does that spell? Oh, nice consolidation day today as well. Should make our next run very good imo.
Don't forget the Tampa, Gainesville, and Miami areas as well. Since they already have a warehouse in FL that would make sense to me. I live in Naples which is about 2 hours south of Tampa and 2 1/2 hours west of Miami

Charts are also not 100 percent accurate. Only a few sciences in this world are absolute sciences. Mathematics is one. Reading the charts is not becuase the charts can be affected contrary to what they show with other circumstances. However, they are reliable "most" of the time, but not "all" of the time. If they were 100 percent accurate 100 percent of the time, everyone who learned to read them correctly would be millionares in less than 10 yrs. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Only reading charts is one part of the analysis of a stock. How would you like a carpenter to come to your house to put up crown molding and the only tool he had was a chisel. Sorry you have to have more than a chisel.. you have to have hammers, nail guns, backing wood, spackle, etc. News regarding this stock is a good example, when the charts said that this stock should have been retracing, last week I believe it was mentioned. Three days after that were were still climbing. It is retracing now and I agree that it does need to consolidate before we move up again, but the charts were wrong for at least 3 days.
And you have been permitted to express your views. My point was that you keep rehashing them over and over again. Your repeating it every 10 posts isn't going to make the situation change. I do appreciate your analysis of the technicals regarding the charts and I've gained some insight from those posts. However, this is not a place for you to simply rephrase posts that you have mentioned multiple times daily every single day. We understand your concerns and the whole board is getting tired of it. I respectfully ask you to stop, unless you gain more information that supports your claims. Thanks.
Well his charts are telling him that this should have been falling for the past three days and instead it has been going green instead. lol. see one of my previous posts with regard to where he might be now. I'm really liking what we are seeing transpire with this company. We should be all sitting pretty by Feb or March imho.
Looks like 0027 is our resistance point for the day. Nice to see it break it even if it was short lived. But, then again we are still in newbie hour right now. It will be interesting to see how this pans out over the day and through Friday. imho
yeah and if I counted correctly, there are 30 retailers now.. Are you showing a gap? I'm seeing 0025 x 0027
Good day all. What's been happening so far this morning?
Usually the casinos are the ones who host the biggest ppv fights would be my guess. Perhaps that is what they are referring to?
I don't have L2 but my realtime is showing me 002 x 003. That's a pretty big spread.. what's going on with that?
All of my shares are in my Roth IRA, so I won't pay captital gains at all on mine, unless I take an early distribution..
Looks like we have a nice intraday head and shoulders almost formed from what I see. You may be right investing, that we see this test 003 by eod. I hope you are right. We're going to need some more volume in order to see it. Been pretty quiet for the past half hour or so. imho
Yeah.. I don't have L2 access but I will starting next month. How are they lined up right now, now that the little shake out has taken place? Are we set up for a higher run past 0027 before the eod?
.0027.. wow.. very nice comeback.. looks like there aren't as many flippers as I suspected. That's what happens when the majority of the shareholders are longs.. once the flippers take their profits, it bounces back almost immediately. Very nice surprise today.. imho
By advertising something that people can not get their hands on, you create a greater demand for it so that when it finally is available in the area.. the product sales skyrocket in a very short time span.. Kind of like when google announced that they would go public in advance. They were already big, and as soon as the first day of trading took off.. there were millions of people ready to get a piece of the action. This is the reason why companies advertise a new product coming out 2, 3, 5 months in advance of when it will become available on the market, i.e. playstation3, or the XBox. They let you know about it in the summer so that the demand for it at Christmas time is high. A well proven strategy for creating demand, and great profits. imho.
You seem to forget that the average business takes 10yrs to establish itself.. that's the average some businesses take longer, some shorter. How many years was Microsoft in business before it finally went big time? over 7 years of existence. This is not a fast food restaurant where you order at the speaker and 60sec to 3 min later you have your meal. They are operating completely off of their earnings now, i.e. no debt. A company who grows itself slowly like this will be stronger in the end. They would be stupid to get a credit line that put them in the negative just in order to distribute quicker. A company that's in the red is worth nothing! Chill out folks and quit looking to become a millionaire over night. imho
I agree with all of you guys on that issue. I saw a picture of Jesse Ventura out at Willie Nelson's house.. He was wearing a t-shirt with three check boxes, the candidates were Mcain, Obama, and "anyone else".. with the anyone else box checked. I voted for Chuck Baldwin from the Constitution party
It did consolidate in the middle of the day yesterday unless that was shorting by the mm's. That kind of small consolidation in little chunks is the kind I like to see. It's better than having a large retrace all at once on a single day imho.
GM all. Yes, go exercise your right to vote regardless of you your candidate is. There are many people in countries around the world who have never had this right. There is no such thing as a wasted vote. Vote your conscience. It's what makes us Americans and different from most other nations in the world. Happy Election Day! I'm voting BNPD for president.. lol.
Thanks. With regard to dilution, I don't think we'll be seeing that out of the company now. They diluted initially in order to fund the first run of product. I can't remember where, possibly here, that the company will be using existing profits in order for second run. Therefore there is no need for dilution. I am hoping that there is no r/s in the future at all. What I would like to see, if it is necessary, is for the company to simply retire those shares, rather than performing a r/s. That would signal to the shareholders that the company was truly looking after the interest of the shareholder. No one likes to have shares taken away from them, even if the value is the same. I'd rather keep all of my shares, than to have the number of shares reduced. imho
I added the Transfer Agent info to the Ibox located directly under the Share Structure info for those who are interested.
Today looks like a really good day of consolidation. Setting up nicely for another run on good news imho.
What time frame of chart are you looking at Lurker? I'm viewing a one month daily chart currently and the RSI is over 80 or at 80, but that could mean a retrace or a new lower point from which we'll go out, if I remember my chart school correclty. The parabolic sar is still showing movement up both on one month daily and intraday, and MACD is still moving upward as well. I would be interested in looking at what you have been researching chartwise and how you have been backtesting this stock. thanks in advance.
