MAGA, Thats an interesting idea. It is not easy to clear restriction from shares right now. It can be done, but takes months and can be costly using second and third party “brokers”, attorney’s” that can facilitate the opinion letters, going back through the transfer agent and then having to work with a broker to allow deposit into an account. Many, like ETrade, will not accept them now because its OTC, period. They do have a dept that will, on a case by case basis, consider the shares and can waiver their own rule, but usually only works if it goes through an Attorney who personally acts as ambassador for the shareholder. And they charge a bunch for it.

There are the “sharks” out there that can sell off shares once restriction lifted with new Cert and Opinion Letter, but they’ll charge 12%-25%. For Dimitars shares, that would be A LOT to give up. Even if he wins, he is many many months away, perhaps a year from being able to sell them…. if there is an easier way in EU to dump them, I don’t know it….. buts thats pretty much how it works here.

If they go QB its easier, Nasdaq makes it automatic generally. A buyout should it happen, would prob turn the restricted shares into a check to the shareholder, for the cash part of the deal… the rest would be in shares from the buyer issued for the balance.

Charles wont have to “buy” anything. In the unlikely event that the court should rule in Dumbitars favor, they would simply have to allow him to unrestrict the shares that have already been assigned to him. If the company wins, and prob will if they have legit criminal charges they can drop on him, then the shares simply go back to the treasury, a $10M asset.

Think about it, mRNA is only partially effective and limited in scope as to what it can do. ENZO says they they can sequence basically ANY virus and the implications are staggering…. Lonza knows that too and wont want to lose that possibility to another company, which is what will happen.

Mutat, Correct. Maderna’s PE is almost 48 right now. Bio ave is about 28 I think. So if ENZC clears the hurdles and gets approval by next summer for ITV1, and 20% of that market = $100B+ as stated by Charles, Imagine share price at even Ave PE tagged to that potential….

Abner, I sent Dumbitar a list of questions about company over a year ago as I was considering buying a lot of shares and he answered me back pages of rants and slanderous remarks about Harry etc. He even followed up with another warning me not to believe anything Harry says and that he’s simply stealing everyones money etc…. As soon as Charles stepped onto the scene, I made sure he had copies of all emails AND the slanderous postings made by some here too…..He knows how to handle it! We’re golden!
