dooooble bottom intraday.
Bring on 29 cents! I'm ready!
It's always been my belief that "death spiral" financiers make ten times as much from shorting a stock than converting. I believe that they short through a third party somehow knowing they can convert at least at the terms of the agreement which typically is lower than the stock price. For instance with GSCR/SWVC why would Cornell want to start converting shares right after the symbol change knowing what was in the works and that the company was becoming cash flow positive.
It's all good Hans.
Value is placed on relativity, where one bought and received a decent return. It's hard for some to look outside the box and realize that this is worth three times the current market cap. Also, when cash flows overturn the need for VC funding then you have a true growth company and the proper escalation in value.

Keep that 50 Holyfield.
Maybe 2 punches in the 2nd round to go along with that double chart bottom?
One of those 25 million days are coming.
Still on the SHO list.

Should be no good reason why it is there I should think.
I seriously think that this is cool that we held the 50 today on decent volume. IMO, the 50 is about to reverse course.
Of course I like the double bottom too, along with the macd bullish divergence. I like the playboy drinks and Evander too. There's not a whole lot I don't like about CIRC except for maybe NITE on the ask which I think will change soon.

Also had a 731,300 form T print as well AH at 16:14:01. All is good in the world of grills and energy drinks and circuit boards I think.

Well, we've got a new look plus 4 million in volume today. I'm ready for .03. Harry, thanks for hosting the board, we're all ready to make some money.
I think the company is headed in the right direction and the time to buy is before the crowd. Anyone who has done their DD and planned accordingly I think is due for a nice return. We'll update the Ibox with the SHO list and a few other things of interest in the next few days. Anyone have any suggestions, shout them out.
Don't know why, I feel it too though. Awful strong close today and the "going to da moon" folks have taken a breather.
CYBL is a No-Brainer too at .029.
"The BrightEye System's successful evaluation by the U.S. Air Force is a significant milestone. In addition, the conclusion that all U.S. armed services -- including the Army, Navy and Marine Corps -- will benefit from our tactical lighting capability represents a substantial market expansion opportunity for our tactical lighting products," said Mark D. Schmidt, president and chief operating officer of Cyberlux. "As a leader in solid- state lighting, the Company's innovative BrightEye lighting technology has now met the rigorous U.S. Air Mobility Battlelab field evaluation requirements for tactical lighting including portability, versatility and economical operating costs," Schmidt continued."

Would have been an even better one back at .005 but I looks to me like it's still got plenty of room to grow.
45 minutes until HOD.
CIRC President just bought 10 million shares on 9-28.

I'm ready for a no-brainer!
I'll be glad to help. Never have been assistant mod but I'm pretty good with the old PC. Heck I found this!
Update the Ibox Harry! Mobs of people here in a few days, they need to see the links!
Gotta luv that chart too. Double bottoms are good things before a 10 million share insider purchase.
Do you really think folks and MM didn't already know that? That we closed at 4 with such bad news already out? This has been DD'd to the hilt and that little tidbit is well known already.
C'mon a rallying 50 on a long dead stock knows no bounds. Certainly not those you try to place on it.
This is going higher than you ever imagined.
Shame on you for posting such nonsense.
Anybody realize where this is going after .0006?
Nice little triple bottom with this lately plus a bullish macd divergence. Looking forward to the 20/50 cross. Think it will be a little different than last time since we've had the third bottom. Hope the accum/dist keeps on heading back up too.

Well, I'd have to say that corporations are formed in such a way to protect individuals and officers and that scenario is not one that I would forsee.
Does anyone know if the suit has any merit, what amount is at risk, or the reason behind it?
Look at the buy/sell ratio today. That will tell you a lot

The folks who bought at .0001/.0002 are being accumulated out of the picture. New folks are sucking up the float at .0003 for the next leg to .0005~.0006. IMO.
Ahh, so you were the one that got the 20k. I watched that for the longest time. Glad you got it, hard to be quick enough on the trigger sometimes.
I'm thinking about picking up a few.
Anybody called the TA here lately? Better yet, anybody know if the share structure has changed in the last two weeks?
I'm seeing the company's response there about the pps and wondering if the TA is gagged maybe. Anybody know?
Me too. Trying like crazy to get some this morning when the freakin ask was .01 but never would go through. After I called Ameritrade and complained I noticed the ask went to .10 and the bid was at .05.
200 Print!
Wrong.
The grandfather clause has nothing to do with the date SHO was enacted, it concerns the short position which got it to the SHO list IN THE FIRST PLACE. In other words, the grandfather clause exempted fails to cover that happened prior to a security being placed on the list, not prior to August 2004.
Gonna touch the 50 and run I think.
And for me, 5) buy back in.
They work with my firefox. Could be the users privacy settings or if the pictures reside on another server that keeps them from displaying. Although I just updated to version 2.0.0.7 so that may be why they display on mine.
Jimmy I think you are right on the structure, I couldn't find anything filed since 1999 that would indicate that the float is anything but what was last filed.
All of them weren't mine but I did sell it all today. Was at work and happened to call my broker just to see how CBAY was doing and found out my account was up by 4 digit numbers so I sold it all at .09. Geez 350 percent gain in one day was too much to pass up! Might try to buy back in once I find out more about the buzz. GLTA.
Instead of promises, I'll take facts instead. Don't really need the $500 after today. Post something substantial in the way of facts.
Well, we'll see Cargo. Not much more than a lotto ticket right now, but just wanted to bring it up. Lotto tickets are usually worth nothing or a lot!
Most stocks with a RS fall. Why would he buy into that?
If you're gonna tout that he's been shorting the stock then post some facts and quit with the chittychittybangbang basher stuff.
Bring it on...everyone in bagholder heaven is hoping this is shorted down to bankruptcy because it's a lotto ticket, nothing more at this point. If you're short here, you're just plain stupid, IMO.
Just wait until this is a penny stock....
Absolutely. Solid cash flow plus transparent CEO plus expansion plans. Retail emotion never had so much running for it in penny land.
Gapper tomorrow, close .005 and somewhere above. 7pm SEC filing after hours.
New CEO bought 700 million at .0003.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1142526/000114252607000026/0001142526-07-000026-index.htm
Joshing ya about listing it as a NO BRAINER right now. Only time will tell if I'm right.
It hit it today, HOD .0006. Open the can...
So he knew he was going to be the new CEO so he shorted a couple of billion in advance so he could buy at market to cover? Why not issue some more to himself with an option strike of sub .000000000001?
Come on folks, we're grasping at WANNAGETSOMEMOASS and SHOULDAWOULDACOULDA are late to the party. Think of something more logical.
