Well, they better get busier.
Johnson Engineering. Anybody know anything about it?
http://www.cidr-report.org/cgi-bin/as-report?as=AS31928
I'm calling some serious MOA$$ here in the next few weeks. Way I read it UWRL still owns Skyline, Richard is taking back over, they are changing the name to CaviAir, and revenues are going to grow like they did before Sutioc came to town.
Has anyone googled on what Sutioc means spelled backwards?
I think we've already been there and done that the last several months. This could rip a penny to shreds before you know it.
Charlatan, do you have any idea what is going on with UWRL lately. Briefly, they dissolved Sutioc at the Nevada SOS on 10-9 and it looks like the preferred Sutioc shares may be out of the picture and IELM as well. Richard has some new information at www.slbb.com regarding his resuming some sort of control over skyline broadband and a name change to CaviAir. The whois record indicates some changes at the domain effective 10-3 if I remember right. All the details are posted over there, but since you are a MOD there thought I would ask your thoughts.
Well, first...what makes you say that? and second, how much more rear end could we lose?
Personally, I think Richard gave the IELM shares back and IELM agreed to dissolve Sutioc and go their separate ways. Probably had something to do with the 2.8 million volume in IELM two days ago. I freakin LUV LUV LUV IT!!! Better than a good movie!
I am thinking that this is extremely fantastic news no? Anybody with a clearer picture of who has the Sutioc shares?
Sutioc Enterprises dissolved effective on 10-9 per the Nevada SOS.

So did the 50.1 percent go back to Richard?
Can anybody tell me if we own anything and if it is worth anything? I can see the carrot out there on the stick, but I just can't get a hold of it.
Bring on the 4 decimals, lol. Post some good stuff and the toilet bowl flushes. Hell, can't get much worse than it is so why not buy some more!!!!!!!
Just getting started here.
That would be quite the corner, but I'd sure like to turn it.
Aren't they the parent of NXNO?

"As of October 1st, Skyline Broadband and IM1 Web Hosting were re-acquired by the former owners. "
Was this on the website a few days ago?
http://www.caviair.com/
I thought it said they were COMING back. Or did it say they WERE back?
"During the fourth quarter, the company recorded a $3.18 million, or $0.50 per share, loss from discontinued operations, connected with the sale of Jaco's former contract manufacturing subsidiary Nexus Custom Electronics."
If Jaco thought they had a freakin chance at winning the lawsuit they wouldn't have written off the note from Nexus. Put two and two together folks and look at some of the other lawsuits Jaco has been in.

About to kick some shorts A$$ hard, and it's not going to be for chump change either.

Nobody defies gravity forever. Not even Cornell or the A-team. Even though I liked ole Mr. T and those chains. lol.
Updated OS.
Adding todays whopping 70,000 to yesterday's previous "worst case" OS estimate to arrive at a new "worst case" OS estimate of 45,612,750 which includes all shares traded since the TA was ungagged on 7-2-07 per the Ibox.
Still sticking with my previous guess of about 25 million "real" OS (or less) or market cap of $300,000 as of today's close. Don't think anyway it could be more than that personally.
Still think punitive damages from the lawsuit could easily be 3 times my current estimated market cap.
Let's see ya cover that up shorts.
Just shows you how small the float really is.
Updated OS.
Adding today's 542,750 to the previous OS "worst case" estimate of 45 million to come up with a current "worst case" OS of 45,542,750. That figure includes all shares traded since the TA was ungagged on 7-2-07 per the Ibox.
Still stick with my previous guess of about 25 million "real" OS or market cap of $300,000 as of today's close. Punitive damages from the lawsuit could be 3 times that easy, IMO.
I did call them. The receptionist put me through to the accounts receivable department.
Whoahhh what? The AR department? I'm slam up tickled that they have an AR department. Someone there is opening the mail with good reason.
LMFAO!
I called the company because I wanted to know why the TA was gagged. I figure they've got time to either talk to shareholders or either every one of them should be out in the shop making circuit boards.
We don't need a report. We know what's happening already.
Well if you figure that as of 7-2 there were 16 million and change OS and since that date there has been 29,280,600 shares traded I guess a devil's advocate might say there might be as much as 45 million OS. That would give NXNO a market cap of about $414,000 as of today. Gonna guess that number is about half of that, maybe 25 million OS max or about $225,000.
I'm no lawyer or legal expert, but my un-professional opinion is that the lawsuit has merit and the Jaco response is typical pre-courtroom sparring back and forth. I think Jaco is unsure of the level of which Nexus' alleges that they impugned their ability to grow and secure contracts based on their CoAmerica line of credit, so for Jaco to admit at this point that Jaco did something wrong would not be in their best interst.
If you bought a restaurant then went in and found that it had inventory that was 3 years old then you'd be pissed too. I'd be pissed too if I ate there, lol.
So Nexus paid 9.25 million in cash (5.25 million from Series A preferred, a 2.75 million note to Jaco), which leaves 1.25 million funded through CoAmerica. The 1.25 million is the reason for the additional funding I think mentioned in the AWJ pr around the end of August.
So where do we go from here? Maybe a little more dilution? The accum/dist with the chart still rocks. Amazing that this closed below sub-penny today.
On the other hand, it really pisses me off that the TA is gagged. If NXNO has got the backlog and 5 year DOD contracts then lets f*ing see them or some proof that the company is worth more than a couple hundred thousand bucks. UnGAG the damn TA and get all the crap out of the dryer and lets sort it all out and see what's left. These little games with the TA being gagged are bullsh*t.
Somethings up, biggest volume day for IELM since March 06. IELM was down 42 percent, but reading between the lines I am thinking what is bad for IELM would be good for UWRL. Could be I'm wrong.
WTF was that come through there? 3 million at 2?
Well I microsoft live searched it in 3d and there's a lot of cars and trucks in the parking lot of the Worden facility. Not sure how long ago the pics were taken though.
I'd say that the Oct 3 domain revision signals that something (at least) is up. Lots of google results on "richard [at] slbb.com"
Sure wish I had just a tad clearer picture of the Sutioc and Moran objectives?? (for lack of a better word).
From what I understand Richard was the one who built the company and now is coming back?
There can't be that many shares available. For cryin out loud we've only traded 141000 today! Damn CEO best be out there with his sleeves rolled up helping em make the circuit boards.
Yeah, I just called the company and the receptionist forwarded me to the freakin accounts payable department.
F*ing TA is gagged. I just called them. That really pisses me off.
Well, the website is down, however it looks like the registrant information was changed on Oct 3 to Skyline Broadband with an iccinternet email contact.
Here is the full copy and paste from whois.
Well, that might be a violation of their TOU so here's the link instead.
http://www.whois.net/whois_new.cgi?d=uswo&tld=net
Even if there 200 million outstanding it would only make the market cap 2 million dollars. I believe there are 200 million authorized although I haven't checked the SOS website to see if any recent filings have changed that.
This is about to blow slap up. Amazing what a little buying at the ask does.
Well Sogeti USA has the same address as the filing for Sutioc on the Nevada SOS website.

Anybody find out anything about Joseph Moran and Sutioc?
