"During the fourth quarter, the company recorded a $3.18 million, or $0.50 per share, loss from discontinued operations, connected with the sale of Jaco's former contract manufacturing subsidiary Nexus Custom Electronics."

If Jaco thought they had a freakin chance at winning the lawsuit they wouldn't have written off the note from Nexus. Put two and two together folks and look at some of the other lawsuits Jaco has been in.
