Yea, that was as far as I got too... Someone else earlier had reference the filing on SOS, so I thought I'd ask.

Can someone post the reverse split docs (or screenshots) from the Nevada SOS, showing what happens to fractional shares? I couldn't find the filing over there, it didn't show up for me.

I was referring to the previous reverse split in May of 2020 that was 1 for 100. This is a new one, 1 for 30.

No clue what's going on... they scammed shareholders 4 years ago, going private via a 1/500 reverse split with fractionals cashed out and then they never paid the cash. Stole the shares and the SEC didn't do anything.
