One more thing. You never used to have to get a yearly business license. This is a relatively new cash grab by the NV Sec of State, hence why WY and DE incorporations are on the rise.
Being in default doesn't mean expired. In any case, without bringing it up to date they can't increase the authorized.
I would guess that the ex-CFO didn't keep it up to date.
It's just not that big a deal for the time being. At about the 12 month mark, then it becomes a concern.
Interesting allegation in a lawsuit that was posted on the MYEC website https://www.pacermonitor.com/view/XDCZSYI/Maciora_v_PMB_Helin_Donovan_LLP_et_al__wawdce-16-00295__0013.2.pdf
They had a snowball's chance in hell with that one.
LOL. So why is Snoop on board?
I am very bullish on the LP's being a part of the legalized process, but there are some like Tweed that are really being branded as evil by many Canadians now. The reason is that they and some other LP's are being accused (correctly) of lobbying the government to shut down the dispensaries.
Collaboration, not confrontation is the path to success. So far all Tweed has done is tarnish their image.
Dispensaries aren't going anywhere. What needs to happen is for LP's to be the only ones supplying them.
On Feb. 24, 2016, Justice Phelan of the Supreme Court of Canada in B.C released his decision on the Charter challenge commonly referred to as "The Allard Decision." Justice Phelan concluded as follows:
"The Plaintiffs' liberty and security interest are engaged by the access restrictions imposed by the MMPR and that the access restrictions have not been proven to be in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice."
About dispensaries, the Court says the following;
"Although dispensaries were not a focus of the parties' submissions, I find Ms. Shaw's evidence to be extremely important as dispensaries are at the heart of cannabis access."

Been reading that article about that other hailing app in Thailand.
Yes and the others are not done in Thailand. Yes is open/operating and the others could continue as long as they follow all the rules as WM does already.
This includes hiring official government registered motorcycle taxi drivers with registered motorcycles (yellow taxi plates), wearing official licensed vests (no branded jackets, etc.), and follow the mandated fares for motorcycle taxis (no undercutting fare structures to buy users and create demand) and respect the existing queue system by dispatching a motorcycle taxi from the queue nearest to the person hailing a motorcycle taxi.
BTW - Hailing rides in Bangkok from taxi queues is the norm. Not calling a company to come to your house.
That's laughable. Jim was canned. He brought zero value and probably set the company back months.
My understanding is that the CFO's resignation threw a major wrench into things. Given that the Q's have been almost always late, my opinion is that she was over her head. Combine that with their small operational team and limited resources, the pivoting to manage things went slowly.
Micro caps aren't Apple and they don't have the same redundancy. What is clear is that they want to remain a reporting company. That is key.
From the article:
GoBike was created by the Motorcycle Taxi Thailand Association and received funding from the private sector. The association is seeking approval from the Ministry of Transport, Chalerm Changthongmadan, Director of Motorcycle Taxi Thailand Association, told Coconuts.
“Now we’re only testing the app with a few motorcycle-taxi drivers. We’re seeking a talk with Ministry of Transport to make sure the service is abided by the law,” Chalerm said.
There are 100,000 motorcycle-taxi drivers who are members of the association that support the GoBike application.
---------
The Motorcycle Taxi Thailand Association has approx. 4500 members which is about 2% or 3% of all motorcycle taxis in Bangkok. It has taken them 10 years to get to that total and they are not really growing much as most drivers and queues don't want to be a part of the association. The article is incorrect on that point.
I will reiterate that I don't work for WM. My understanding is that they have paid their auditors in Thailand and USA, and lawyers in USA who are working on it now. I would assume given that the material and the derivatives section, that it will be about 4 weeks. That is my best guess.
Matt Yantis, you shouldn't speak for anyone but yourself.

As you know from other company filings, patents are very difficult to value unless there is some sort of offer to buy them. (That might justify a valuation as would a patent infringement or licensing.)
When you look at the underlying technology and the potential sales, its fair to say that the IP has value.
Good PPT on valuation here.

From the filings:
We have three U.S. patent applications pending. All three patents are titled “Universal Vehicle Management System” and are identified as follows: (i) U.S. provisional patent application 61/401,337, filed August 10, 2010, (ii) U.S. utility patent application 13/137,345 filed on August 8, 2011, which claims priority to August 10, 2010 using PPA 61/401,337 and (iii) PCT patent application PCT/US2011/001401 filed on August 8, 2011 with receiving office USPTO, which claims priority to August 10, 2010 using PPA 61/401,337. These are patent applications, and there is no assurance that we will be awarded patents after review by the USPTO. The lack of patent protection may make us vulnerable to product copying and undercutting pricing, making our market entry and maintenance more difficult or impossible.
Legally if an officer leaves a company because of a disagreement with policies etc., it must be filed. Read SOX.
Please provide proof that he has lied. Post the emails. I am pretty sure he lives and breathes compliance, and would never make a false statement. That in itself would be fraudulent.
Really? I try a glass of wine at a restaurant and if I like it, then I go to the corner store and buy a bottle. Same with weed.
So you stick to one form of cannabis for all your needs? I use one for sleep, and one for inflammation.
When recreational, people will want a variety of brands and flavors.
Dave from Lift?
It will be sold in sealed containers. But people want to see what they are buying. Take that to the bank.
Go to a dispensary. You touch samples. Smell Samples. People don't like the mail system. That's why the dispensary model is doing so well.
FACT
Explain to me how it gets delisted. It doesn't. It becomes a non-reporting pick.
Remote areas are great for mail, but people like to see and hold it. When was the last time you got your prescription online and didn't go to the pharmacy?
People prefer to buy in person. Seems backward but that the industry.
I highly doubt in any email that he said "stock is going to go up". He is a stickler for Reg FD and Forward looking statements.
Consumers of cannabis hate mail order. They want to see it and smell it.
That is my understanding of the OTC Markets.
Total bs.
Anything?
Vincent Mehdizadeh got caught pumping?
Pineapple Express (OTC: PNPL) was suspended by the SEC this morning. The company, which is a member of the 420 Investor Cannabis Stock Index (as of 3/31/16), is a recent reverse merger involving the former principals of Medbox, now known as Notis Global (OTC: NGBL), including Vincent Mehdizadeh, who serves as an advisor and owns the majority of the company, and CEO Matt Feinstein.
Good news is that no conversions from debt financing's may occur right now.
Not even close. They'll move to pinks Limited Information
Interesting business model. This recent low might make it a good buy
Another Cheryl Shuman p and d
