"Unless that's their agenda" I don't mean to get all conspiracy theory but I think you nailed it! Let's review. Mr. Wolfe our lead attorney just put the bite on: Trustwave Holdings, Duo Security and Centrify for patent infringment. Bear in mind Trustwave is now owned by Singapore Telecom which has deep pockets. If you look at Blank Rome's Delaware court filings they are going for the whole ball of wax regarding lost income etc.
Let's say you're on the BOD of one of the three listed companies. Your legal team has already briefed you MSFT settled. Your choice is to either commit the resources to what IMHO increasingly appears to be a loosing legal battle with increasing cost or settle out of court OR buying out SFOR as cheaply as possible.
All I'm saying is watch the accumulation level here. If it continues to increase up to 11 August (next court appearance for the 3) green mail by one of the three may be a possibility. Particularly because SFOR does not have the poison pill of toxic debt anymore! I know some readers may think I've gone around the bend here. All I'm saying is that it is a possibility. What do you think?
You're absolutely right about those higher highs and higher lows!
I'd say somewhere in penny land is a given with the run up to the 3rd Q release. Then a minor pull back (great time to reload) and it'll be off to the races to those silver coins you mention. IMHO it will be a very Happy New Years for all SFOR longs and sad one for any shorts.
Thank you for your precision! You have been doing technical analysis a lot longer than I have and consequently have a greater depth and breath of experience. I appreciate you sharing your charting expertise with us and hope to some day attain your knowledge level.
This may mean fallout money coming our way! Let me explain. I started my military career as a finance officer. I venture to say everyone here knows of the 1 October FY date. However, there is another one used in the budgeting process for appropriated (authorized by Congress) funding cycle. That is 1 July. I was on the other side of the house, non-appropriated funds (NAF) generated on-base. Anyway, if the appropriated basket was not completely empty near 1 July the word would go out that if organizations needed something (one year we bought athletic equipment and gear to replace broken/worn out stuff before the start of the next FY 1Oct.) put in a request for Command approval.
Alverez knows this. The updated info you just posted tells me they were getting the word out about our products in hopes of selling some to their Federal clients. They know that fallout money is perishable. What I mean is that it's a use or lose situation. Because if unspent in short order it has to be turned back to the Federal Treasury for reallocation. Thanks for sharing their most recent posting with us! The bottom line is that Alverez Associates is up at bat and swinging on our behalf. Let's hope they hit a home-run!
Brilliant technical analytical review of past pps movement!
Please correct me if I'm wrong but I thought we had gapped down from .0015 not .0014. That's why I wrote previously the gap back to .0015 must be filled and become support (in accordance with classical T/A concepts).
It does not surprise me that "It's not even in my Target store"
Please bear in mind that our initial product rollout was only to 896 of the 1700 total Target stores nationwide. Target's marketing Department decided to get the most bang for the buck by placing our software in those Target stores based on two criteria.
First and foremost a computer/electronics department with knowledgeable clerks. Second around major population areas. I am not alarmed our product is not yet on the shelf in the entirety of: ME, VT or NH. Northern New England is sparsely populated when compared to Southern New England or other areas of the country.
Thank you for sharing that precise information with us. I am encouraged that the number of short shares has diminished since Mark first brought the issue to our attention.
IMHO that is a positive sign. Do you concur?
Spoke to Mark Kay about Anaconda problems. I told him, as you'll recall NATO conducted Anaconda, a military exercise in Poland in June. Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, Commander US Army Europe is concerned that there in Eastern Europe "neither radio communication nor e-mail are secure" and "I assume everything I write on my BlackBerry is being monitored"
Now you'll also recall that Lt. Gen. Teddy Allen is on the SFOR advisory board. He was the Director of the Defense Security Assistance Agency for 70 countries (several in Eastern Europe).
I suggested that Mark ask one General to call another and inform him that SFOR has part of the solution to his communication security problem.
I referred him to my old stomping ground, Headquarters European Command in Stuttgart Germany and encouraged him to call General Hodges exec officer to schedule the phone call. Mark thanked me for this information. However, be aware that even if the proverbial ice is broken it is our Government distributor, Alverez Associates that would have to cut the contract with the US Army (one of it's clients).
As you are aware Alverez Associates is a "proud distributor" of SFOR cybersecurity products. I don't know if anything will come of my call but I wanted to at least give Mark a heads up. All of us bring something to the SFOR table and have something to contribute for the good and potential growth of the company.
I encourage you all to do so. Together we can help our company succeed.
"Quite a bit"? It closed the day at .0013 WRONG!
Yeah, the same for all of Northern New England! When I asked Mark about why ME, VT and NH didn't have any he told me it was a matter of prioritization. It was decided to have the initial product rollout in the 896 Target stores with computer departments in larger population areas. I talked to my daughter who worked as a Target manager and she assured me that a new product rollout in 896 out of all 1700 stores nationwide was a good one. Now we have to prove ourselves with in store sales for any increase in the number of Target stores carrying our software on their shelves. I believe we can and will!
Yeah, I would love to wake up to the smell of shorts frying in the morning. Wouldn't you?
I'll take steady, incremental pps progress North over spikes and crashes any time! Ascending triangles are nice to have. GLTA to all longs!
I'm in perfect agreement with you.
Please don't confuse some people with the facts. They might burst their bubble of alternative reality.
It's the 3rd Q report I'm looking forward to! That will capture summer sales figures. So, I patiently wait until the 3rd week of Nov. confidently adding to my position every payday. Go SFOR!
That's a big IF IMHO! We'll see just whose right in the near future.
I believe that Mr. Wolfe of Blank Rome will at the very least be able to give SFOR management definitive legal guidance as to our company's next step sometime after 8/11.
Yes and no. You and I are longer term investors. Based on our DD we have confidence in what lies ahead in the near term future. The flippers who trade the channel we are presently in have little patience but are modestly successful. IMHO they will regret having to chase the pps when the next run occurs. However, that's their choice & I've got to respect that.
Really? What was that spike I saw to .0014 earlier today all about?
When I asked about the repackaging he alluded to that and some sort of in-store assistance. Perhaps a Target computer department clerk will be helping impulse buyers install the mobile product right there. I know Staples offers a software installation service already. Many people carrying their mobile devices might consider paying a small fee to have our software installed while they shop. One stop shopping, makes sense to me!
Thank you for your preciseness. SFOR has filed for those 5 day extensions in the past on a fairly regular basis. So, I'll circle August 22 on my calendar.
I apologize. I was thinking my near-term .0015 level placed me in the low bidder group in your eyes.
As usual it's a flippers paradise for now. I don't blame them for making some dinner money. I hope they enjoy it while they can and are not caught chasing the pps when good news hits. I'm not taking that chance. I'm a buy & hold kind of guy until a much higher price goal is met. Long & strong SFOR! GLTA other longs.
Sorry to read of your impending demise. I hope you have your affairs in order and have made all the necessary funeral arrangements. Among them consider designating the beneficiary of your SFOR shares. I believe they will appreciate your generosity in time.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I read around the end of the third week of August.
Please refer to message # 62210 by cashstrapped dated 7/13/16. He cites August 11 as the expiration date. Another poster wrote the same date applies to all three lawsuits. You'll have to dig that message up yourself.
I guess you consider me a low baller. Right now it's based on technical analysis/charting. From what I've learned the gap down from where we were recently .0015 must not only be filled but must become the new level of support before further pps appreciation. However, long term, I agree with you silver is definitely in our future IMHO. How much silver depends upon how successful Mark Kay's 4 Point company growth plan turns out to be.
I agree, we'll be in this channel until the lawsuit extensions expire, & court case info/details get out. I hope that will be released in conjunction with 2Q results. Which may be modest IMHO.
Yeah, same here. I agree summer is slow. I don't mean to rain on the parade but IMHO .0015 must become a level of support before further progress. The gap down that happened has to fill first. How fast is a matter of speculation. I'm going to decide what to do after the release of the 3Q results. If our products are selling poorly I'm out. Why are you holding until December at least? Thanks for sharing your logic!
Not without Singapore Telecom's approval at this point. Check out messages # 59533 and # 61750 regarding the acquisition of Trustwave Holdings by Asia's leading communications group.
I agree, in fact could it be turned into a sticky note for new potential investors to read as they do their DD? How can we request a board monitor do this? Thanks for your reply.
Yep, volume will proceed price appreciation. Looking at the chart I see us filling the gap back up from where we fell from .0015 Then I see that becoming support. I also believe we may see that run up in anticipation of the 2Q release. That's what I see in my crystal ball which admit ably is a it cloudy. What does your technical analysis reveal?
I'm not a lawyer. But have you looked at Singapore Telecom? This 130 year old company is the largest Telecom provider in Asia! They have deep pockets! I did three tours of duty stationed in Asia. One thing I learned about how business is done over there is
how important saving face is to them. There is a sense of tradition and honor among the nationals I had dealings with. IMHO that cultural trait would be found among the senior executives of Singapore Telecom. They were perhaps recently presented with something they would view as dishonorable, the theft of IP by a company they recently acquired, Trustwave Holdings. To uphold the honor of their venerable company and their own personal reputations I believe they will want to do the right thing and resolve things as fairly and quickly as their legal team advises even if it costs them dearly. Now I know people are going to be citing Chinese IP infringment & theft & other cases of ignoring US patent law. IMHO a possibility but not a probability for such a huge Telecom company that operates on the Western (read British) free enterprise, capitalist model.
By cheap I did not mean sub penny or even sub silver. Thank you for making me clarify my statement. However, if we hit silver Mark will be under increasing pressure to consider a buyout IMHO.
SEC. You and I are singing off the same sheet of music here. However, I understand why some people cast a critical eye here. SFOR is a pink sheet stock. A lot of shady stuff has gone on in the pinks and people have got burned. I know I have in the past. Consequently I shied away from them for years. That was until I discovered SFOR during the MSFT settlement awhile back. Like you I did my DD, found their filings to be up to date then called the company. That call was motivated by the interview video of Mark Kay where he stated he put 2 million dollars of his own money in the company to keep it afloat. That and talking to the man directly gave me the confidence to dip my toe back in the pink pool. I also had to ask myself why people on the advisory board like a sitting Asst. Sec.of Commerce and retired Army General would be putting their reputations on line if this were a scam. Then once I saw Alveraz Associates and ACS were involved that sealed the deal for me. I continue to add to my position every payday. But, in the back of my mind is the questinon will our stuff sell well enough to grow the company? The jury is still out on that one until the Q3 report with summer sales figures is released. I know this is high risk. I also know it may be high payoff. If you don't risk it you won't get the biscuit! But, I have only invested what I could stand to lose a couple thousand dollars and IMHO that is a prudent thing to do in pinky land.
I really appreciate one thing you mentioned about the company! No
"Fluff PRs and paid promoters to get people to buy". SFOR has ben truthful in all its communications to date with us. I have yet to catch Mark Kay in a lie, have you? If anything the man under promises and over delivers. I know some might be frustrated with a lack of news. I have patient capital invested here. I can wait on the good news I believe is forthcoming in the not too distant future. IMHO Mark Kay is a man of his word and we are fortunate to have such a CEO at the helm of our company. SFOR long & strong!
That's right! Our wolf is our lead attorney Mr. Wolfe of Blank Rome. Under his leadership we got a real nice settlement from MSFT. Now he's filed 3 more patent infringement lawsuits. IMHO: Trustwave Holdings, Duo Security and Centrify Corp. are the next sheep to be led to the slaughter. What can I say except tear 'em up Mr. Wolfe! and I'm glad you're on our side. I saw a bumper sticker our West it said "Eat more mutton 1,000 wolves can't be wrong! Just look at the client list of these three new legal targets. Count the number of "sheep" Mr. Wolfe is going after! Why do you think I hear a cash register ringing in our future?
I agree and will do the same. But until then I will believe that Mark Kay has been a straight shooter with us in all communications written and verbal. Time will tell.
I agree look at the accumulation that's been going on.
I would not be premature in my judgement. Let's just see what the 3rd Q results reveal regarding summer sales figures and possible contracts. We will see which of eats crow for Thanksgiving dinner.
For meal planning purposes I must ask you how you like your crow medium or well done?
