So far the " StreetSweeperBLOG ".
Thanks for the link.
Thank you for your reply TZOR.
It just seems so UNlogical to buy put $15,- options in this situation.
All the best.
Thanks for your reply mewards.
Yes i see, you wrote sort of the same. Sorry for that.
Your credit.
Greetings.
Sorry about my writing. Not so good English.
I understood the pps was about $8,25 that day.
In that case the writer of the option gets (when the pps is $15 or higher,
he/she also gets a premium of 45 cents (the expectation value that is still in the option).
So with a rise of the shareprice of $6,75 he gets $7,20 !
In my eyes it must have been a seller of the options.
All the best.
TZOR, are you sure it was a put $15,- buying order ?
In this message you write 'selling at $7,20'.
The seller of the put, can be everyone, gets the premium of $7,20 now
Needs a litle money for margin maybe but RECEIVES THE $7,20 now.
When the pps reaches $15,the premium is earned.
So this WRITING, put strikeprice $15, acts almost as a buy
future at this level.
Just an idea.
Greetings.
Hi RRR,
Also sorry for the late reaction.
We have the time difference and also i was away for the whole day.
Well, the price of the option is made by the ( option) Marketmaker.
The most important parameters for the option price are: the pps, the volatillity of the pps ( in our case between $5 and $8 the last 6 months), the experation time left for the option and also the expectations for the company.
Ofcourse we have a volatillity between $5 and $8 but you have to understand that it is almost impossible to ask for a call $5 option much, much more than some normal premium, compared with the shareprice. F.I. for a call $8 the M.M. can never ask large premiums. Only a percentage of the shareprice.
And about the expectations, which is a big part of the premium, well let's say that is pure speculations.
Look what happens when the shareprice rises to f.i. $20 because of good news what happens with the premium. Bang!
So for now, we are still under the radar, so in my opinion, fantastic possibillities in the options strategies.
Greetings to you.
P.S. forgot to mention you as one of the good posters overhere. Thanks for that.
My pleasure mapman and greetings to you.
Hi austin,
Sorry for the late reaction.
We have the time difference and also i was away for the whole day.
You are right. Options are not for everyone.
Thats why i wrote : " Ofcourse the remaining time till expiration is always an important factor. But you have 1 ½ year to play with that".
You can always change positions for longer options and pay some more premium for time. But on the other side with the option strategie and the pps rises a few dollars its a quick dubble of your money.
My experience says these are fenomenal prices for the options of this stock looking at the chances of succes and things to come in the near future.
Good luck to you.
I wrote : " 1 option is the same as 100 shares of about $8,-".
Ofcourse i had to write : 100 shares of $5,-
Sorry about that.
Hi everyone,
I am from Holland, since about 6 months, long in NWBO.
Since my English is not that good and I also am not an expert in the pharma content of NWBO
i seldom post here. I have nothing to contribute in that way.
Ofcourse I did my D.D. and read the main treads on the upperside of the Ihub NWBO message board. All about the product and ofcourse about Linda. I’m really impressed in both. And not to forget the great posts overhere from flipper, Rkmatters, sentiment_stocks , DoGood_DoWell and many others.
Thanks for that. You will hopefully understand why I am a lurker overhere. I really read ALL the postings exept from the, well known, bashers. I have experience with these people on former stocks I had in the States. I hate them.
Overhere in Holland I’m an option trader. Have been doing that for about 30 years. So on that subject I hope I can contribute overhere.
I have been looking today at the outstanding options of NWBO and especially the 2017 series. I saw some interesting things. F.I. the januari 2017 strike price $7 and strike price $10.
Someone obviously, made a spread : buy 9992 options strikeprice7 and write 9992 options strikeprice 10. All this for the price of $1,- This means you make 3xtimes your investment when we are above $10. If we are still on $8 it’s a break even, on $9 you double your money. If in the meantime the stock drops you will loose less then when you own the shares since you always keep some time and expectatios value in the options. So this looks interesting. Ofcourse the remaining time till expiration is always an important factor. But you have 1 ½ year to play with that.
For myselve, I’m thinking of buying an amount of call options jan. 2017 strike price $5,- for $3,70.
If you are long in the stock and you are as confident as I am, 1 option is the same as 100 shares of about $8,-. So you only pay 3,70 for the stockprice. And if the shareprice is above $8,70 the option will act like 100 shares. Same profit but cheaper buying price. And ofcourse, meanwhile the downside risk is less ( not looking at the timeline which you have to watch !) since you still keep the time and expectation value.
In my case it means I can buy 100 shares for $370,- (strikeprice $5,-), so for the normal $8,- I can now buy 2.16 shares of nwbo.
Hope this helps for the people not knowing about the option strategies.
Greetings to all.
It could be a good idea to protect the NWBO portfolio with put options at the end of may. You only pay a small amount for total protection.Take the nearest put option (probably the june options), which are the cheapest, at the nearest price ( of the stock).
And IF we go stratospheric you lose the premium but this will be a penny on the dollar.
Gives a safe feeling, don't you think so ?
Greetings.
And the person who bought the puts can be someone who just wanted insurance for his/her shares at $7,-
If you write put contracts you need cash margin for that. Not shares.
If you believe a stock won't go down f.i. under $7,- you write the puts 7 to collect the premium.
So it depends on who wrote the puts. For instance Woodford coould be the writer of the puts.
Greetings.
Thank you Whalatane.
Greetings.
Don't forget to buy some NBS. PFFFFFT
Hi,
I'm a newbie here and are investor in Amarin again.
I had the luck a few years ago (2011) with the pps rocketing in a few days from $7/8 to $17,- and went out.
Just stepped in at $2,50
I have one question to the board Someone wrote : " And then sometime in the not to distant future will begin the true Reduce-It run-up. This could potentially start as early as Cherry Results come out. More evidence of the likely success of Reduce-It may help get more investors to pour in" .
Any idea in how many months or weeks this can happen ?
Thanks in advance.
Not so strange shortie can't find shares.
All the best.

Hi everyone,
I'm a shareholder from Holland. Did my D.D. and invested a lot of money (relatively)in this company. Lots of confidence.
I just wanted to share that today i got a mail from my broker ( Interactive brokers) that they want to borrow my shares of NWBO. They were willing to pay me 9.8% interest per year.
I refused. To me this shows how desperate the shorts are. Even here in Holland they try to borrow shares for their dark purpose.
Greetings to the longs.
Newbie overhere from Holland.
A few weeks ago i read about this company. I did some D.D.
After that i started reading this board. I also read the Yahoo msg board, mmm.
Overhere, i have seen and read so many great posts/ references, things that might happen with this method (immune therapie). OFCOURSE the most important is the VIEW and HOPE for the future for all the patients with one of these terrible diseases ( all sorts of cancer) involved.
Iread Linda's presentation and also the examples she mentioned, i read the stories about patients who survived etc etc.
I am really impressed about this company.
So i decided to invest and bought a bunch of shares with an average of about $6,-
I will be a long and positive holder of these shares and will be a proud shareholder whenever this method (DCVax-l and DCVax -Direct) proves to be a cure against this horrible disease.
Greetings to all the longs overhere and thanks in advance for all the great posts.
p.s. i was a shareholder of AVNR with great succes. Bought at $5. company got bought out at $17,-
I expect much, much more with NWBO.
