§Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong + KEYO = NANT!!!§
Billionaire-owned shell about to be biggest RM in history!
§KEYO
§World's Richest Doctor + KEYO = NANT!!!§
Biggest RM in history. 2 weeks and counting!
§KEYO
This re-hash, but from 4-traders.com...
I wonder what they're planning on trading?
No HMB, it's too much for me to get my head around, also. I don't think anything from back then will matter as the new company will have a whole new Articles of Incorporation. It may work out that our shares are worth less than cost (highly doubtful) but we have warrant rights to purchase shares at a discount, and perhaps in more than one unit, ie; 1 warrant NantHealth & .5 share NantWorks for each share KEYO. From my research Reverse Mergers are far more likely to occur with a shell company that has a large OS, liabilities, and a price discount to match, and a privco with banked revenue and financing capital in lieu of public trading status.
The case of a clean shell RM-ing with a multi-million (much less billion!) dollar privco is about as rare as Steak Tartar!
This will be LEGACY shit, if it happens. Your great-grandchildren will have shares in the trust you form. And, they won't have to worry about dying of Cancer
§NANT!
§KEYO So, this is how I see it...
Keyon Comm did a RTM to go public. I tried to find out who the legal team was for that, but came up empty. So, I have to go on TW and Jonathan Snyder with TW being the M&A brains?
Then he meets PSS and his guys, CK & CZ. They get together on the Nant thing and decide to start from the ground and have a clean shell to do an easy RTM later...hey, it's a great vehicle. PSS already knows that! So PSS buys-up the controlling interest and leaves the shell for later. Now...it's later.
Too bad their are silent voices! Vindication is near, my friends!
KEYO
§KEYO was not only a RM, but also a RTM!!!§
§KEYO Put 2&2 Together. PSS+KEYO = NANT!!!§

I think everything indicates it will happen SOON!
I noticed NantBioscience is the only Inc. division? PSS invested $25M in May.
I see he put in $25M to NantHealth in Jan.
The offering for NantMobile in July was $100M total! $30M sold.
It's been quiet on the company filings for 4 months. Only his 13D for Neomedia exit in August.
heidi: Don't forget "The Portal"..Nant.net and NantPharma.com
Notice the NantSound is gone from the Nant Tree?
Nantsound, Inc is a company in Il. Their (subsidiary?)
Sound World Solutions owns the Nantsound.com domain, so I think NantSound was scrapped because of this.
http://www.nantsound.com
I'm continually amazed when I look at all the stuff he's into that he owns this clean shell that trades under 10¢. Blown-away is probably a better term! But I'm sure some of the people who looked into that young Microsoft said, "I can't believe..."

Trademarks: My reasoning behind calling the Nant-Blackberry device the "Passport NantOid":
http://www.trademarkia.com/nantoid-86201967.html
Notice on this Trademark for Genomics World. The only difference is the class:
LIVE: http://www.trademarkia.com/genomics-world-86189023.html
DEAD: http://www.trademarkia.com/genomics-world-86189046.html
Genomics World...Genomics England...Hmmmm?

I call that seller "Pockets". It's a retail (ATDF) seller. IMO, the same one who had the .04s and then the 1MM .06s that got chipped away at. He seemed to get caught when the volume spiked and withdrew his orders and came back at .08-.09. Then, last Wed he got undercut sitting at .08 and NITE picked up the .07s. He's been sitting at .07 ever since...waiting to get burned again!
And now back to NEWS!
NantOmics gets to the next step in UK...whateverthehellthatmeans!:
No, heidi. It's registered to Nant Holdings IP, as are all the other ones. Nant Holdings is for the Intellectual Property..Patents & Trademarks. Keeps the IP protected after the RTM WITH KEYO!!!!! OH YEA! PARTY-ON!!! YACHT CLUB!!!
Ahem...To the Moon Soon!
KEYO
Unless they plan on changing the name as they...
GO PUBLIC VIA RTM WITH KEYO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OH YEA! BOO-YA! WOO-HOO!
Ahhem...excuse me. Does seem strange, rufio. But if you compare it to ALL those NANT trademarks registered this year, wow! Can you find what goods & services were attached. I cannot. It may offer a clue, as do the G&S descriptions for the NANT ones...wow! They may just re-register it under a different class. Trademarks are expensive, so they get dumped if not used as specified.
Nice score, Mr. 6¢! Way to clip the ax!

TARKA2: Nice find on the portal! Looks like "Members Only"!

My sentiments exactly lns! Love the teamwork! My family thinks I'm nuts, too I think TW is doing just what PSS (or any smart person) has done. He's a network genius and interested in providing his expertise to more than Nant. I'm sure he has licensed his IP to Nant like he would anyone else. This "fabric" stuff looks like his baby. Who knows, maybe a RM will happen with KEYO and his company? I'm kind of lost on the posts. I, too, think the .net site is a provider portal. No registration link, so it's not public.
Sorry, just pokin'ya! Hope you're right.
Never mind. Go back to your football.
You sound desperate. Bought in too high, huh?
BBRY is choosing to focus on the secure data needs of military, government, healthcare, etc in it's new direction. A smart move, IMO. And I find it interesting how Nant___ chooses to stick to the technologies and systems, and not delve into manufacturing end-user products. They leave that to the licensees and partners, and just reap the rewards of the technology. Brilliant business model, I'm in!

I'll be leaving a few freebies as a watcher, but cashing-out of most investments due to the opportunities presenting themselves at §KEYO.

Merger Timelines: Alcatel-Lucent>NantWorks

thatwhatchawantforasticky?
Sorry, I was being facetious..like, "Yea, I got some comments for ya!" The quote contained the entirety of the email. My question was:
Any plans to come back to life here, before the SEC delists? I'll just keep waiting for a catalyst so I can get my holdings here down to a more appropriate level...say, <1MM! Yea, took a real bath on this one!
§NLEF
Got an email back:
Once this reaches the level of social-data-reposition it becomes clear that such a large-scale endeavor would require the integration with government health care policy. Now if Hillary is going to be the next President, and Bill the first First Gentleman, and his domestic mission health care, where is that going to leave the Good Doctor?
It's obvious. Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong is never going to "practice" medicine again. He is going to raise a certain cabinet position to heights it has never before attained. Can you guess what that position is?
HINT: I've said it before, and it's coming!
Kill Cancer and we evolve. Want to live 200 years?
Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Aw just release some fluffy financial news so I can sell this puppy!
Yes...what was I thinking! He owns it. He shut it down. Of course...silly me! (NOT being sarcastic)
From Wiki:
I think what's going on is he has invested to steer the NLR toward the health data direction. It's been a mainstay of the academic and scientific infohighway but the support from that is languishing. If PSS holds to his history, he will keep his hand in it until he takes control for pennies on the dollar if he sees the value, or let it go and move on, if not. I think technology is always advancing beyond current plans and wireless speeds and security may make the NLR obsolete. It's not "cloud-friendly".
What kind of clues may we get from examining the VivoRx > APP > ABI > Abraxis history? There was a merger, IPO, reverse-merger back to private, then division split and sale, right? Can't quite get my head around it all! I think it gives good insight into how PSS feels about the financial dealings and why KEYO is the vehicle-in-waiting. Some good links, especially the Shawn Baldwin one:

So PSS will just acquire a controlling stake in Level3? ;)
I think any Shiong-Jobs type comparison is appropriate. I honestly feel this could be a bigger-than-Microsoft in 1982 type of thing. He's going to figure out how to, at least, manage cancer so it's mortality rate declines. That's pretty big!
Yea, Shawn. I was thinking 5-6 months from May. If nothing happens by next Spring, I'll still hold the shares. Even a shell sale would bring a decent return.
You wanna talk contemporaries? Sanjay Gupta. CNN Chief Medical Correspondent, Seinor Executive at Abraxis Health. Intel, Dossia Consortium...the guy is COLLOSAL! Eats lunch with PSS "like it ain't no ting!".

— Dr. Pat Soon-Shiong (@DrPatSoonShiong) August 23, 2014
Now that's a post worth reading! I agree, MH's comments point, perhaps, to his inability to get the information he was looking for out of PSS. " but the audience still doesn't understand what the hell Soon-Shiong's company is supposed to be doing" I get the feeling MH asked more questions regarding the companies and market and financial issues and less about PSS's vision and ideas; the things he wants to talk about. Forbes = $$ PSS = Nant!
KEYO
What is this even supposed to mean?
"He said go public, but we used IPO when we double-checked in the fact-checking process. "
I'm expected to base my investment decisions on these quips instead of the extensive DD that has been done? Guess I better move on out to the Colorado coast!
