Jtech here's the situation. Alverez Associates reported a difficult time getting Army contracting to consider SFOR a small, unproven cybersecurity co. Our Advisory board member Lt/Gen Teddy Allen, due to legal reasons, cannot directly intervene on our behalf. When I approached a poster on this board who self identified as a briefer for Lt/Gen Hodges he (rightfully) slam-dunked me for being over the line. If an Army contract is going to happen "We The People" (read SFOR investors) must make it happen. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would become an activist investor but I have for several reasons you know like my recently deployed son-in-law having a newly issued UNENCRYPTED I-Pone 6. This kind of thing scares this old vet down to the bottom of his combat boots. To have all our troops texting on those new
I-Phone 6s without key logger protection and encryption of some sort is giving me nightmares and hostile intelligence services sweet dreams! Please help me, the troops and yourself as an investor in this company. You know what to do, make the calls.
Our representatives have to listen to us, it's their job to at least listen as the US Constitution says "for a redress of grievances". I done so on behalf of SFOR you can to!
Sorry bald eagle 1 I had bigger fish to fry. Time is running out to contact our Representatives and Senators about the solution to USAREUR's big potential COMSEC problem with those soon to be issued I-Phone 6s. Of course IMHO the solution to that is Strike Force Technologies Mobile Trust! I was on the road and will be again Thursday.
You're a boxer I believe. Have you thrown a punch recently in defense of Democracy? Have you contacted your Representatives or Senators to solve General Hodges Command's COMSEC problem with our SFOR's military grade, patented technological solution? I hope so. Our troops need a fighter like you swinging on their behalf.
The only thing red tomorrow volcano is you! I know what you are and why you are here. You don't want Strike Force Technologies Mobile Trust on the I-Phone 6s of our soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines. Yeah, that would make it harder for the Communist Chinese or Russian military to gather and exploit COMINT wouldn't it comrade?
Thursday I hope to complete my Congressional field office visits.
I have one more Representative's staff to brief and am currently making arrangements. Then I will have seen the entire State' delegation and will report mission accomplished to our CEO Mr. Mark Kay who has approved these visitations. But I've encountered a strange challenge. Before I could drive the other day I discovered a problem. I had a tire as flat as a pancake! I went inside, changed into work clothes, removed & replaced the tire with the spare, (luckily a full size one) showered again since I had worked up a sweat & stunk then changed into office attire again. This convinced me that Putin is in league with the devil!
I left singing "Onward Christian soldiers marching ass to war" since I have done just that on a couple occasions. I now am on a mission and have steely resolve to do all I can to get Strike Force Technologies Mobile Trust on all those I-Phone 6s to be issued to our troops. But I need your help! You know what to do.
Make those calls, write those texts or letters or visit your Representative's and Senator's field offices. Our troops and our company are counting on you. Do your part, don't let them and yourself down. Go ARMY! Go SFOR!
I was finally able to connect with my Senator's policy advisor in DC. You'll recall this particular Senator sits on the Senate Select Sub-Committee for Intelligence. He said he couldn't talk long right then (deadlines end of business day) and asked me to call back at 4:30. He promised to have read General Hodges interview and the Army I-phone PR by then. I told him I looked forward to continuing the conversation at 4:30. I will report details of that conversation to this board within the next couple days. Wish me and Strike Force Technologies luck. Know I will do my best to inform this individual of the COMSEC threat and possible solutions.
IMHO Putin's GRU (military intelligence) may be giving him the COMINT (Communications Intelligence) derived from Lt/Gen Ben Hodges's Black Berry. You'll recall the Commander of US Army Europe stated "I assume everything on my Black Berry is being monitored". You'll also recall he made that statement to the Armed Forces Network (AFN) reporter while in Poland during NATO Field Exercise Anaconda. Take a map of Europe and look East of Poland, past Ukraine and bingo Russia! I don't want that to happen anymore! Do you? If you don't please call, write, text or best yet do as I'm doing, visit your Representative's and Senator's field offices in your state. Bring the articles about General Hodge's concern and the PR that the "US Army is switching from Android to I-Phone 6s". Also bring of course the solution to General Hodge's COMSEC (communication security) problem. That is your box of Mobile Trust by Strike Force Technologies.
Ask any combat vet. They'll tell you COMSEC saves lives in battle.
Help save a soldier's life in the next conflict. Do your part to have Guarded ID preloaded on all those ARMY I-Phone 6s to be issued in FY '17. Thank you for supporting the troops!
Dear Mister President (White House Opinion Line 202-456-1111 call
8/2/16 9:30 AM) As a retired intelligence officer I was in shock & disbelief when I read Lt/Gen Ben Hodges AFN interview during June's NATO Anaconda Exercise. In it he stated "Neither (unclassified) radio communications nor e-mail are secure" and I assume everything I write on my Black Berry is being monitored".
Please consider proposing Congress authorize the purchase of zero day attack key logger protection and keyboard encryption for thr Army's soon to be purchased I-Phone 6s. I use Strike Force Technologies Mobile Trust purchased on-line for $30 now available in Target stores. I've found it works well and does not slow up my mobile device. (End of that message) I used the (202) area code not the 1-800 one to reduce wait time getting through to an operator who was courteous but reminded me to be concise. I urge any investor to call now! For SFOR to be included in the FY '17 budget we have to get a line item in the DOD part of it by mid-September at the latest. The document must be submitted for Congressional review on 1 October. White House operators are standing by, support our troops. Make that call and help SFOR keep them ARMY STRONG by plugging the COMSEC hole in their armor.
Met with 1 US Senator staffer & 1 Congresswoman's field rep 8/1/16
Day started at O dark thirty. This old 607th AIS tiger got into blazer & tie. I then left my log home lair in the woods, down the dirt road, two lane country roads and finally highway. Traveled to first city in my rural state to meet with Joseph Shagoury, staff assistant to Senator on Senate select sub-committee on intelligence. My briefing was so well received he requested I have a telephone conference with Washington DC policy staffer!
Ate lunch. Traveled many more miles in my old Volvo to another city (why can't they be co-located?) to meet with Pamela J. Trinward field representative for my Congresswoman. Briefing on General Hodges COMSEC problem and key logger/encryption solutions such as SFOR's again well received. Informed copies of articles I brought, photo copies of Mobile Trust box I brought would be forwarded to DC office ASAP.
All for now. Old tiger tired and hungry for dinner. Going home.
Will write more in the next couple of days after speaking to policy wonk in D.C. and hopefully connecting with last Congressman's staff. Then I will have contacted the whole State Congressional delegation. I hope all AMCIT longs are doing the same as me with their respective members of Congress.
Mark Kay has publically stated "No RS". If this concerns you so sell your shares (they will be readily bought) and leave this message board.
Yeah, and what SFOR has done like a buzzing fly is to awaken a sleeping dragon! IMHO the dragon will attempt to either swat or incinerate that pesky fly with a buyout. As you have pointed out it would be chump change to them.
Good Afternoon Volcano or should I say Volcanoes since more than one PLA junior officer is posting due to shift change. Regarding that SFOR toxic debt please go back to what happened after the settlement. Mark paid some of it off, paid Blank Rome and prudently kept enough for operations. I went to church this AM. How was your time of Tibetan Buddhist mediation? I know from your many postings elsewhere you revere His Holiness the Dali Lama and write so passionately about the freedom of Tibet from Communist repression.
Like you I consider the Dali Lama a holy man and legitimate leader of Tibet.
Tell me how were you able to get in the PLA officer training program? Your grandfather fought for the Nationalists and you have family in free China, Taiwan. To be honest I am still shocked by the brave statements you posted elsewhere against the Chinese Communist Party and Premier Xi.
Is your sister and mother still maintaining their practice of Fulong Dong secretly in the forest?
Inquiring minds want to know.
What's sweet is that Mr. Wolfe, the head of SFOR's Blank Rome legal team is doing the next three lawsuits on a contingency basis!
Think of this as a repeat of what happened when Phone Factor was purchased by Microsoft. MSFT bought a can of worms (on going lawsuit) which worked out in SFORs favor with a $9.9 million settlement.
Mister Frog, I need your your help. I want you to get up out of your seat, open the window and shout. SFOR's Mobile Trust can help save soldiers lives! Then tomorrow you'll know what you have to do about those visits to your Senator and Representative's offices.
Now is the time for you to go to your senator's and representatives office. If ever we the shareholders could make a difference in the future growth of SFOR it is August. By September it will be too late for Mobile Trust to be included in the US Army budget. Please consider calling and making your office meeting appointments tomorrow. Support Our Troops! Get America's best military grade Mobile Trust keystroke encryption.
Please make it your effort also. I urge you in the strongest possible terms to contact your Senator & Representative. When you go to their office bring General Hodges Anaconda NATO exercise interview where he expresses his concern about his mobile device being monitored and e-mails insecure. Also bring the PR about the US Army switching from Androids to I-Phone 6s. COMSEC helps saves soldiers lives in battle. Mobile Trust is what IMHO they need preloaded on all those soon to be issued I-Phone 6s. Do this now as the DOD FY 17 budget is being drawn up soon. I want at least 30,000 units of Mobile Trust in that appropriation. This will give all General Hodges troops in Europe the protection they need from a certain former KGB colonel who now sits in the Kremlin. Thank you for considering supporting our troops. Go Army! Go SFOR!
I have reread your message requested. To be more precise I should have I should have questioned your doubt about SFOR being proven to be a "real" company. I still don't understand how a company whose products I have purchase and use is not a real company. Please explain to this confused investor. Thanks!
Perhaps sooner if we snag a Department of the Army contract!
Make this reality happen. Contact your Representative and Senator this month. Bring General Hodges Anaconda Black Berry statement and the article regarding US Army switching from Androids to I-Phone 6s with you when you visit their office. Then inform their field office staff (like I have) just how it meets the Generals need. Time is running out for FY 17 submissions. Please don't delay. Remember, COMSEC saves lives in war. Now, get up out of your chair, open the window and shout. "SFOR's Mobile Trust can help save soldiers lives!" Help our troops be ARMY Strong help get them Mobile Trust. Go Army! Go SFOR!
I guess I'm slow on the uptake here. How is it some sort of scam when I've purchased and use its products? The products not only are real but work well. Your point eludes me. Please explain in the detail that this benighted investor can comprehend. Thank you.
August 11 will be an important date regarding this issue. Circle your calendars! The possibility of a settlement from one of the 3 defendants exists. Time will tell who is right, you or me. All will be revealed when those Del court documents are released to the public after August 11th. I can wait and am holding my SFOR shares long & strong!
Thanks! I just we knew when in August. Once that hits sales should pick up nicely.
Once again maronti1 I must stress I cannot do this alone! Right now mine and Mark's are the only voices being listened to in our respective Senate field offices. SFOR (and our troops!) need your help. You don't have to be a retired military officer like me to get a meeting. It's their job to meet with citizens and at least hear them out about their various concerns. However, I must stress our window of opportunity is closing. Having served one year as a finance officer (before ops for 19) I saw how the Federal budget process works. Right now the proposals from US Army Europe are being coordinated with their major command (EUCOM). Next month they arrive at the Dept. of the Army then the DOD in the Pentagon (I did 1 tour there). After their chop/revisions it is included in the Federal Budget Proposal for FY 17 and released publically on 1 October. After that forget it. All those Army I-phones will be issued to soldiers with their pre-loaded software NOT including Mobile Trust. End of story.
Now is the time Congressional Representatives and US Senators are taking input from the public on the next FY. If we stock holders let this opportunity for what would be a game changer for our company slip through our fingers without trying to grab it we have only ourselves to blame IMHO.
Part 2 Senate Staff Meeting 7/29/16 Details
I then launched into the nature of the key logger threat and an explanation of how, without encryption potential adversaries would be able to read all those Army I-Phone e-mails leading to an OPSEC problem. In all fairness I mentioned the several vendors of encryption & key logger protection. However, I said I personally was only intimately familiar with the one I use, Mobile Trust. Yes, I did state that IMHO it's the best and (most importantly) the IP is protected by 3 US patents which were/are being infringed and were/are being defended in court. Yes, I mentioned the MSFT settlement. I then produced my package of Mobile Trust. The senior ordered the junior to photocopy all print of the box. I took out the installation/activation sheet explaining how simple it was and extolled the virtues of Strike Force's customer service. Hands were shaken and I was assured my statements (written down) the photo copied material and the intern's internet articles would be packaged and sent to my Senator in Washington DC. I was also told emphatically that they could promise nothing but understood my concern for the troops.
Please be aware my Senator is a senior Republican member of the Armed Services Committee. Also, her dad was a decorated WW2 combat vet. Next week I will try to arrange a meeting with my other Senator who sits on the Senate select subcommittee for intelligence (great IMHO since this is a COMSEC issue!) Wish me luck and please strongly consider contacting then visiting your 2 US Senator's offices. Thanks!
Part 1 With Mark's Kay's encouragement Thursday PM Friday AM I called and made an appointment with the senior staff member of my US Senator. The enthusiastic college intern answered the phone. I identified myself by retired rank and military specialty and said I had a National Security concern. She was all ears! I requested she do an internet search about the concerns expressed by Lt/Gen Hodges during NATO exercise Anaconda in Poland in June and the article about the US Army switching from Androids to I Phones. I asked her to print and read the articles before our meeting (she did so). I then traveled from my remote log home down a dirt road all the way to the state capital. Please be aware of the security scans now in place at Federal Office buildings. I had to take my small pocket knife back to my car & go through an airport gate access like process. I showed my ID at the secure office door camera and was admitted. I was introduced to 3 staffers including the most senior. Since they are civilian I had to orientate them to COMSEC and stress that it saves military lives in battle. I mentioned how we use an enemy's bad COMSEC to help us find out about them and kill them. I underscored the vulnerability to the same thing by potential enemies if those Army I-phones are insecure. The General's statement reinforced this quite nicely!
Please cite the source of the August release date. Thanks!
Maronti1 LCJR posted today at 3:48 PM Message # 6617. I would prefer that PM come directly from you. That way he will be assured I did not put any spin on it. This would be important to him. Then he will have no doubt as to it's credibility. It will also pave the way for my e-mail to him. Thanks a lot!
Where did you get August as the release month?
Please call Mr. Kay (who retired as a senior executive for Morgan/Chase) about just who in the financial district is already using our product. Then kindly report your surprise findings to us all. Thanks!
I don't know where people are getting August as the release month!
I did not write August at any time. Another poster has so you might want to ask them. Better yet call Mr. Kay yourself and get the release date from him directly. If you do, please inform the rest of us. Thanks!
Thank you for your permission! Will do.
Maronti1,yes, he is an investor/poster here but has recently gone radio silent. I think he could have been ordered to stop posting
Please appreciate the fact he is an AD officer (one of General Hodges' briefers, I don't know if it's weather, intel or what) Because of this he cannot openly advocate for SFOR (conflict of interest), I also believe him to be a West Point Grad so there his high sense of personal honor and compulsion to not do anything that even appears inappropriate. He did PM his private e-mail to me. Do I have your permission to forward your PM to me to him. I ask this out of respect. I do not want to violate your trust.
Mark Kay returned my call this AM. We had a great conversation. But, there is a problem. Although he could not go into detail he stated that because we are a small, (Unknown to Army contracting) company & kind of the new kid on the block, It's hard for Alverez Associates to even get an opportunity for our product promotion. He sounded frustrated and a bit depressed about this. I suggested something I have seen work. Let's go to the big bunny! Who is that you may ask? I don't know your big bunny but I know where the offices of mine are. I'm writing of course about your US Representative and Senator. I have been to their offices several times over the years and spoken to their FT staff (NOT the college kid there for a summer job or internship!). I always get a response from their Washington office and have been fortunate enough to actually have things I wanted done a couple times. Mark agreed this was a good idea. He stated he as CEO would be contacting his big bunnies on the company's behalf. I told him to bring two things to the offices with him. A copy of Mobile Trust and a copy of the June AFN article where Lt/Gen Ben Hodges is complaining about his mobile device being monitored & insecure e-mails during Operation Anaconda in Poland. Mark again agreed with me. He then asked me to report back to him how my government visits went. I promised I would. If all of do this we might get lucky. Some of our Reps are members of the Select Committee on Intelligence. Others sit on the on the Armed Services Committee.
They know COMSEC saves lives. By our efforts they will also know SFOR can plug the chink in the armor articulated by General Hodges. At this point the General doesn't even know SFOR exists!
When you do this call Mark & tell him which state you are from. That way he can check them off in hopes we get all 50. Time is of the essence. 1 July fallout monies have already been clawed back by Washington. We are now going for a one line in the FY 17 DOD appropriation that says "SFOR, Mobile Trust encryption 30,000 units" that's the number of troops under General Hodges' command who are getting the new I-Phone 6s. You have to ask yourself a question. "Who wants to be a millionaire?" I know I do and am willing to do a little work to make that happen. Are you? Now get up out of your seats. Open the window and shout. Mobile Trust can help save our soldiers lives in the next conflict! Now, you know what to do. First of course verify that this conversation took place this AM with Mark if you have any doubt it did. Then go as I am going to both your Representative's and Senator's offices and help our company out.
Maronti1 you sent me a PM on Tuesday 7/26/16 at 12:34:20 I need you to forward it to LCJR as a PM. You will recall LCJR self identified to us as "briefing General Hodges tomorrow" in a previous post. I doubted he was legit until I read something nobody on this board would know. He used the right alpha designation for where he was briefing General Hodges. Few, who had not been in Wiesbaden would know that. IMHO he's real and believe me, trustworthy. However, he personally may not be able to act on the info in your message due to conflict of interest. The best he could legally do is pass on the info to someone who might be able to help arrange a sales presentation of Mobile Trust either at HQ or CONUS. Please trust me on this Maronti1. I urge you to do this in the strongest possible terms. Your PM to me forwarded to him might make the difference for SFOR. Thanks!
I'm not a lawyer. Perhaps there is one on this message board who can answer that question.
No, it was Singapore Telecom's offer to buy out Trustwave.
Please refer to message 59533 by Stargazer 1945. In 2015 a definitive agreement was signed by both parties. Isn't this a done deal?
I had the pleasure of working with you guys when I was with SOCEUR. You are some of the most elite warriors in the world!
Thank you for your (at times dangerous) service. Do you think SFOR has a chance of snagging an ARMY wide contract for FY 17?
Sorry, my bad. I just saw your correction.
Dis you mean Singapore Telecom, Asia's leading communications, group, who bought out Trustwave?
