Any thoughts on CRGO today?
what's the deal here this was on my watch list but i missed the buy in ,, how high can it go?
CRGO news From RB board
We now have 54 18wheelers running. Shipping supplies from neighboring sates (houston, oklahoma, alabama, tennesee, florida, and a few other northern states as far as NJ). Roughly 10K dollars expected per trip. That totals $540,000 per trip. Note, more than one route is needed. Therefore, this is just only the beginging. Remember FEMA now have $20 Billion dollars in aid. So this is only chump change for CARGO but, a heck of a lot revenues for us. PPS going to far north.
Scottrade showing CRGO @ .147 up 935% woo hoo!! I wish it were true..
what's with this stock .. why the run up ?
CRGO ready GO!!
Hi folks I don't usually chime in on these discussions ,however living here in Miami Beach and being an investor in CRGO I had the opportunity to drive over to there bonded warehouse facilities here in MIami.
I can only say WOW!! They have a huge operation, very organized and impressive.
I took the opportunity to talk with a couple of employees and one of the upper level mgmt. guys that came down here to handle the additional operations they have as a result of hurricane Katrina, I was told that they are hiring additional warehouse people and as many local truckers as they can get there hands on, to handle all the business coming in and they he said that they were told that they are going to the New Orleans area to work with the dissaster releief efforts.
I then asked if they were donating there services and he just about laughed his head off. He said they were actually paying bonuses to their existing drivers and sign up bonuses for new hires.. This does not sound like they won't be making $$ off this to me. How about you??

Basher Techniques
Top 40 Most Common NFI Basher Tactics and Rules of Bashing
1-Be anonymous.
2-Use 10% fact. 90% suggestion. The facts will lend credibility to your suggestions.
3-Let others help you learn about the stock. Build rapport and a support base before initiating your Bashing routine.
4-Enter w/ humor and reply to all who reply to you.
5-Use multiple ISP's, handles and aliases.
6-Use two (2) or more aliases to simulate a discussion.
7-Do not start with an all out slam of the stock. Build softly.
8-Identify your foes (Longs) and the boards "guru" Use them to your advantage. Lead them do not follow their lead.
9-Only bash until the tide/momentum turns. Let doubt carry it the rest of the way.
10-Give the appearance of being open minded.
11-Be bold in your statements. People follow strength.
12-Write headlines in caps with catchy statements.
13-Pour it on as your position gains momentum. Not your personality.
14-Don't worry about being labeled a "Basher". Newbies won't know your history.
15-When identified put up a brief fight, then back off. Return in an hour unless your foe is weak in reasoning powers.
16-Your goal is to limit the momentum of the run. Not to tank the company or create a plunge in the stock; be subtle and consistent.
17-Kill the dreams of profits, not the company or the stock. Establish reduced expectations for the stock. Mock anyone who dissents.
18-Use questions to create negative/critical thinking. Statements to reinforce pseudo-facts.
19-DO NOT LIE, NAME CALL or USE PROFANITY, unless your ID is designed to disrupt the board using those tactics.
20-Encourage people to call the company. 99% won't. Discourage people from believing Press Releases. Again, encourage them to call the company. They won't out of laziness — they'll take your word for claims made. If they do call you can always find something that is inaccurate in how they report their findings.
21-If the company’s history/PR's are negative constantly point to that. Compile a list of these data prior to beginning your efforts.
22-If the price rises blame it on the hype or the PR, temporary mass reaction, the market, etc. Anything but the stock itself.
23-If other posters share your concerns, play on that and share theirs too.
24-Always cite low volume, even when it's not.
25-Three or four aliases can dominate a board and wear down the longs.
26-Bait the Longs into personal debates putting their focus/efforts on you and not the stock or facts. Introduce non-relevant issues for debate: e.g., political personalities, nuclear developments, etc. Divert their attention from facts.
27-Promote other stocks that would-be investors can turn to instead of the one you’re Bashing.
28-Do not fall for challenges on the "values" of what you are doing, it's a game and you are playing it with your own rules.
29-When in doubt, clog the board with meaningless posts, making it hard for anyone to read and get anything of value.
30-Use technical analysis as a predictor of “weakness” or a tool to sow doubt. TA can be interpreted any number of ways, so you will never be proven wrong and could gain a following of like-minded souls.
31-Always bash board regulars whenever they make a mistake. When no mistakes are present, create a straw man argument and attack that.
32-Bash and ridicule any analysis based on facts or fundamentals. Facts are not your friend.
33-Bash any attempts to post positives. Refer to company defenders or board gurus as pumpers or dreamers or liars.
34-Imply that anyone with anything positive to say is “pumping and dumping.”
35-If possible, create one persona that is a long who is trying to get more info. Always frame questions from that persona in a “when did you stop beating your wife” manner. Try to avoid making overtly negative statements, but hint that you suspect something is afoul. Make negative statements in the guise of seeking answers, and then apologize but don’t retract when called on them.
36-Choose non-threatening ID’s. Old people are good, so are females. People tend to defer to those, so you will be given more leeway to create doubt and uncertainty. If possible, post a sympathy-creating circumstance now and then — death in the family, accident, job loss.
37-Have one ID be reasonable trader guy. He can make dispassionate observations which will just coincidentally be negative when needed, especially on any rallies and when any weakness appears in the stock price. Make sure he makes some positive statements when it doesn’t really matter to preserve the ID’s integrity.
38-Have one ID be set up as a long who has now turned on the stock/company. This can take months to set up, but is worth it. Post positives which contain little substance for at least 60 days, post about being a long time holder, post about having a bunch of shares. Then one day, post that in your opinion the tide has changed, so you have sold it all.
39-Accuse board regulars of being multi-posters. Or paid pumpers. Or anything negative that would call their posts into question.
40-AND THE GOLDEN BASHER RULE: Never admit to being a basher. Especially if you are being paid. Avoid any direct answers to direct questions about your bonafides. Deny everything, demand proof, attack attack attack.
See anyone on this board the above resembles????

OT: Confessions of a Paid Basher
By Tom Martin
aka “Steve Tracy”
aka “Firebird_1965”
Today I want to come clean about something I feel very badly about. I cannot undo some of the things I
have done, but hopefully this message will prevent other such occurrences in the future.
I am a paid basher.
Yes, it is true. Today is my last day at this company; I’m moving on to a new job. But before I go, I want
to explain a few things because this just isn’t right and I won’t feel good about myself until I expose this
sham. It’s hurt too many people and I don’t want it on my conscience anymore. I can no longer live with a
lie.
I work for a company called Franklin, Andrews, Kramer & Edelstein in Stamford, CT. Basically, it’s a
Boiler Room much like the one in the movie of the same name. The idea behind my group is to bash the
price of a company’s stock down low enough to where the group of investors who retained our company’s
services can buy the stock really cheap and perhaps even take it over all together.
There are approximately 70 people at the company divided into several groups. My group, consisting of 5
people, is responsible for BIFS. While I probably shouldn’t give any names of anyone working here now,
what the heck, I’m leaving here, so what can they do – sue me? Ha! I can tell you that GUTTWRENCH
was part of my group until he left last week, as was Richardphx. Others who have been part of this include
early bashers like Epiphonics and Simontaz. You may be interested to know that some hypsters, such as
Amato7 and BIFWATCHER, have also been part of the scam (more on that later).
There are several companies engaged in the bashing business – ours is not the only one. However, I can
tell you that not every basher in here is a paid basher. Having done this for two years, I can usually tell
who is a paid basher and who is merely someone having a little fun. While unpaid bashers have a different
motive than someone like me, they can be unwilling accomplices to helping me achieve my ultimate goal
and they also spread rumor and confusion throughout a room, which also helps me.
What is that goal? Well, I am merely a cog in a much larger machine, so my bosses never really
explained the big picture to me, but I’d say essentially, GUTTWRENCH was right. There are several
companies who are quite familiar with SWOMI and who are deathly afraid of it.
There are three types of bashers here at Franklin, Andrews, Kramer & Edelstein: Advanced, Intermediate
and Beginner. An Advanced-level basher (also known as a Silver Tongued Devil) would spread false or
misleading information about the company. They would deal in facts, countering every longs post with
articles, news reports and opinion surveys that gave a negative impression about the company.
An Intermediate-level basher (also known as a Serpent) would try to weasel their way into the confidence
of longs and create doubt using rumor or innuendo.
Finally, a Beginner-level basher (also known as a Pitchfork) would attempt to create confusion in the room
by distracting other posters with satire, name calling and pointless arguments. The idea was to make sure
no serious discussion of the stock could take place. A Pitchfork was usually a basher, but not always.
Sometimes, we would throw in a hypster Pitchfork such as Amato7 or BIFSWATCHER to create the
illusion of an argument going on. What was really funny (in a perverse way, I guess) was that Amato7 and
I sat next to each other, laughing the whole time.
I was a Pitchfork. I was paid a base wage of $12 an hour for my services. I was given a $1 bonus for every
post over 100 per day as well as a monthly bonus of $100 for every penny the stock had dropped from the
previous month. I was also paid a bonus for bashing on weekends. While this may not sound like much, I
made a decent, though dishonorable, paycheck.
Each of us sat in a small half-cubicle in a cluster with our teammates. Each group (usually five people)
was made of three beginners (two who would bash and one who would hype), one intermediate and one
advanced level basher. Occasionally for some of the hotter stocks, one of the beginners would be replaced
by an intermediate depending on how much the stock was rising. BIFS was a low-level stock, meaning it
got the 3-1-1 configuration. Somehow, I get the feeling that JPACK2 may have worked for a basher
company or knows someone who does because the “Basher Handbook” he occasionally posts is eerily
similar to the one we actually use. While not a word-for-word match, I’d say it is about 90 percent the
same. We do have certain rules that we follow.
First, we have to develop a character and stay within that character in order to build a “following.” My
character, “Firebird_1965,” was a sarcastic, obnoxious supporter of free speech, but only when it came to
bashers.
Next, we had to follow certain guidelines on what we could say. We were urged to have an “answer” to
every long’s question, but we were to frame that answer in a way that ridiculed the questioner for asking
such a question. However, we were never to use profanity or vulgarity because that would cause people to
ignore us. We were to make fun of people, but in a civil way. The idea was to get “play,” i.e. – reaction
from other posters. The more play we got, the more the room would be disrupted. Ignored posters get no
play. One exception would be the hypster – since they were “defending” the stock against our onslaught,
they got a little more leeway. People would side with the hypster because they thought he was real since
he appeared to be on their side, but was really on ours, setting us up to disrupt the room. Padelcars is
quite good at this and gets paid very well.
I’ve worked on BIFS for about three months now. In addition to the Firebird_1965 alias, I’ve used a few
others on the BIFS and several other boards as well. I stuck with Firebird_1965 because it was the one
that got the most play from other posters.
In closing, I feel absolutely terrible about this. It’s just awful how I’ve been part of a scam designed to
cheat honest, hard-working people out of their investments all for the benefit of a few wealthy people who
already have enough money to last a lifetime. These greedy people MUST be stopped. That’s why I’m
posting this before I leave. I want to make up for some of the damage I’ve done. I can’t live with this lie
anymore. You can’t imagine how hard it is to look at myself in the mirror each morning knowing my job is
to cheat and lie.
I have to go now, I’m too broken up to continue. I hope this confession can make up for my sordid deeds; I
would urge everyone who reads this to copy and repost it as many times as you can. Only by shining the
light of truth can we drive these rats back into the darkness from whence they came. Believe me, they
don’t want publicity.
I hope all of you can forgive me and save me a seat on that BIFS rocket to the moon. If this helps, let me
leave you with this…
GO BIFS!!!!
With fervent remorse,
Tom Martin

previous month.
If this helps, let me
leave you with this…
GO BIFS!!!!
With fervent remorse,
Tom Martin
aka “Steve Tracy”
aka “Firebird_1965”

Cargo Connection Logistics Holdings, Inc. Chairman Issues Shareholder Message
INWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 2005--To the Shareholders of Cargo Connections Logistics Holding, Inc. (OTCBB:CRGO)
Since the June 30, 2005 10QSB is the first financial report we have issued as a public company, I thought it would be appropriate to explain some of the nuances of our business and update you on what has transpired over the past few weeks.
First of all, I've been delighted by the level of interest we've received from our shareholders. A significant number have called asking for updates on our plans while several have actually stopped in for a visit at our headquarters in New York. Virtually everyone who has visited the facility has had the same reaction; how impressed they all were with the size and scope of our company.
To truly understand our business you have to take into account that our country is one of the world's largest consumers of goods. It should come as no surprise to any of our shareholders, or for that matter anyone in the United States, that our country does not produce most of the merchandise it consumes. Therefore, about 80 percent of the items used in our everyday lives such as clothing, bedding, electronics, etc. are produced outside of the country - and that's good news for us because the transportation of these goods is what we are all about.
It is critical that you, our shareholders, understand that companies in our industry (and we are no exception) traditionally do approximately 40 percent of its volume in the first two-thirds of the year and the other 60 percent of its volume in the last third of the year. In the industry we refer to this as "peak season". Please keep this in mind as you look at our sales for the first two quarters.
Traditionally we are able to make up any deficits incurred in the first part of the year with the business we generate in the latter part of the year. To that end, we have recently signed agreements with several new clients such as Continental Airlines and we have expanded our relationship with a Fortune 500 company (please note, we are respecting the wishes of this company not to publicly announce its name).
We also recently announced the formation of a new subsidiary, Independent Transport Group, LLC ("ITG") which we believe will have a very positive impact on our business by providing us with the ability to attract more independent operators who are the lifeblood of our industry.
It is important to note the significant costs of going public and complying with the guidelines required to operate as public company as well as the sorting out of the beverage assets are reflected in the most recent filing.
Moreover, during the first half of this year one of our customers, Limited Brands, instituted significant changes with regard to how they do business and it has had a negative, but what management believes temporary, impact on gross revenue. In response, management has taken steps to reduce overhead associated with the operations involved with Limited Brands. In spite of these actions the company realized a modest increase in transportation sales compared to the same period last year.
Additionally, we work with many companies in the fashion industry which is very seasonal. However, we have and continue to diversify our client mix to include hi-tech, personal care products, foodstuffs, etc. and it is through this expanded and diversified client mix as well as the recent entry and expansion of services in new and existing markets that we believe will allow us to achieve organic growth which will eventually be enhanced through acquisition.
From CEO message
What's particularly rewarding is that many of our shareholders, specifically the ones who have paid a site visit, have commented that unlike many Over the Counter Bulletin Board companies, we have a great foundation to build upon. It's also quite evident for anyone who knows us that we are driven to build on that base and grow our business as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
The other piece of the equation that is important for you to understand is that our infrastructure will sustain exponential growth with incremental additions. The systems we currently operate are capable of handling more than 10,000 users and in excess of $1 billion in revenue. Based on such scalability, we believe that we are in a position of growth in a multi-billion dollar industry.

The systems we currently operate are capable of handling more than 10,000 users and in excess of $1 billion in revenue. Based on such scalability, we believe that we are in a position of growth in a multi-billion dollar industry.
Currently we have approximately 300,000 sq feet of warehouse space that is United States Customs Bonded. Those are the stations that have been referenced in all of our press releases. We have between 35 and 50 tractor trailers with our placards on the side of them.
We have an extensive computer system and an IT Department to support that system as well as our LAN and WAN networks. In fact, our computer system will easily accommodate up to twenty (20) times our current volume. The system has the capacity to sustain around the world operations. It is supported with an imaging system that gives our customers immediate access to up-to-the-hour information on the whereabouts of their freight.
This system will be part of the platform on which we will be able to grow. I think it is also important to note that we are targeting future acquisitions that will allow the company to spread the cost of our operations as a whole. These companies will not only add revenue, but will fill capacity in the stations that have the room to accommodate additional business.
Currently we are in various stages of negotiations with four different acquisition targets each of which will be accretive to earnings if they come to fruition. We've also set strict performance guidelines and standards that will be associated with any and all agreements prior to an acquisition being completed.
Last week we announced the formation of ITG. As previously mentioned, this will be a very important part of our future. As the program develops, you will be kept abreast through our normal channels of communications.
I also want to explain why it has taken longer than we anticipated to complete this filing. For one, we have recently changed independent auditors and that has taken its toll time wise. Additionally, it has been our position from the get go to provide the most timely and accurate information possible. We do anticipate this process to run smoother with future filings.
To say the past few months have been hectic would be an understatement. But, it's also been very rewarding. We not only have our eighty plus employees behind us but a strong shareholder base. I welcome your calls and, yes, even the impromptu visits. While I cannot predict the future, I can tell you that we will continue to strive to do our very best to reward your valued support.

Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. was founded in 1996.
Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. began to develop a network of terminals and United States Bonded Container Freight Stations that have provided a variety of services to the International Freight Market.
Over the past 2 years we have continued to build our management team and grow our business. We have Container Freight Station operations in Jamaica, New York; Chicago, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; Miami, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to the Container Freight Station operations we have bonded truck facilities in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Charlotte, North Carolina.
With our facilities and personnel in place, we are strategically ready to handle every major International Gateway, East of the Mississippi. Cargo Connection Logistics Corp. runs LTL service between our Gateway Cities, and Truckloads anywhere in North America.
Our plans for expansion include bringing other airfreight companies into our network as agents and ultimately blanketing the United States. These companies would get the benefit of a state of the art computer system, volume buying, and national account management. With our current business model in place we anticipate just under 20 million dollars in sales in 2005 and an increase of 25% in 2006.

well, NASDAQ posts this
http://quotes.nasdaq.com/quote.dll?mode=stock&page=multi&symbol=bcit&symbol=&symbol=....
And you are to broke to afford a real ihub account to boot
52 week high $8,300 ?? what?
Sorry but he doesn't make sense,,
So you are an IDIOT ,, Thanks for clearing that up..
Obviously Tampa is the closest port , however they can only unload so many ships at once. Miami is a much larger port and you also have to realize that these ships will have to make last minute deals to find cargo to take some place else, there are much more opportunities to find new shipments in Miami then in Tampa. + Miami is is a deeper water channel so the largest of these vessals can not navigate thru the difficult Tampa channel.. eom ImHO
I don't think they are in Houston But i could be wrong..
I am willing to bet that you doin't even have a stake in this company..
So why are u even here commenting?
And how many hours a day do they let you play on the computer the in psyche ward these days??
http://www.cargocon.com/offices.html
Take alook at where they have facilities and you will realize the importance of this event..
Note they have nothing in New Orleans , so they will only benefit from the closing of one of the largest ports in the U.S. The CARGO has to go some where..
Are you an idiot? So what you are saying is that when major disasters hit you wouldn't buy into a stock that would profit from ,, say the rebuiling of homes, bridges,or anything just because the people are suffering?
You really must be stupid.. IMHO lol
Sorry wrong board
"CRGO"--You guys have to realize that Katrina is going to end up being a good thing for CRGO ,already millions of tons of cargo that was to be off loaded and loaded in new orleans ports are now being redirected to Miami, where CRGO has one of it's largest operations, they will soon be releasing a pr detailing how this will effect the Co.
This is the lull in the storm ,, this is the best buying op you could ask for ,, add more here and you will be rewarded greatly,, Imho,,,
Now What??/
