I'd like to add that ZHNE is moving with the NASD and though it doesn't mirror it, there is some degree of parallel or sympathetic movement with the market in general. The bid dropped after my intitial post, but as long as $1.20 holds, it should be a nice bottom entry anywhere below todays high of $1.28. There is a gap to fill at $1.30 to $1.35 and that's the next real point of resistance.

Each insider looks to have (P) purchased approximately 3,000,000 shares each since begining of November. See the filings to work out the numbers as they are complicated by multi-partnership addendums. To anyone it may concern.........please feel free to enlighten the board and myself to the real numbers if compelled. I can't say what the authorized/outstanding it's worth looking at. I'm playing the chart and level II at this point.
The bid has been strengthening all morning today and their appears to be consolidation at the current pps on the chart with the insider buying range. Today so far is providing a bullish belt hold candlestick which is of course "bullish". GLTA

RSDS...........a 10% loss WAS my limit before IMTD! LOL I'll never learn! Good luck to us all!

Thanks for your input RSDS! eom

SYMD up 15% this am. I'm finally slightly in the green now from my buy in at .50pps. Thanks Sheff for the mention and highlights on this one. This could prove to be an end to a shakeout before the real price increase begins. A good pr could make the .40 bottom a long forgotten price history. Fingers crossed. I see it happen more frequently than I like, but from the time insiders buyback their company stock to the time they turn on the pr machine, the pps of the stock can drop 50% or more. I don't understand why they often buy in so early at an weak and over-inflated price themselves before providing cause for a price reversal. Technical charting is still the soundest way to trade and picking the right company is the safest.
cmkxman
Just what is the authorized and issued for IMTD now, anyone know for sure? It was 70 million not long ago right?
cmkxman
Yeah and there's this half twisted addiction factor to it all too. There's definately a gameshow feel to it for me too, without the beautiful women holding up the level II quotes. Who knows, maybe we'll both get a surprise turn with IMTD as it's not over yet for this seemingly stinky pinky. Good luck to you too sir.
cmkxman
Hey Urban..............how'z that three lock box trust workin' for ya? Time will tell................
Actually, I've got very low blood pressure, however...........I do carry my fair share of financial stressors. Children, piss-poor health care insurance coverage through my employer, and hyper inflation where the feds say there is none............enough to cause high blood pressure. And let's not forget to mention taking risks buying into the odd stock scam in the penny markets in hopes of winning the lucky stock lotto. Though I'm spending more than I like doing so, I'm not spending a lot.
micr0
I thought I just did. Just reread the post if you're unsure.
cmkxman
RSDS..........I'm expecting a bounce for sure. What I'm not assuming is the expected reverse merger to prompt a huge pps rise beyond the .0005 I paid for it. Maybe this is a shakeout to benefit the ceo, or the market makers but I'm not assuming this low volume selloff is anything more than the begining of the end for yet another typical stinky pink. I pray I'm wrong and I hope your thoughts are positive and accurate!
cmkxman
I'm down 82% on this turd. I will take a paper cert out on it and wipe my ass with it before I even consider selling it off at a near total loss only to take the tax break on it. If someone's looking to cover their short position here, they can kiss my ass. I'll take the total loss on it. This is bullshit. Lesson learned folks, never buy on a downgap! Just as with CMKX, it's all or nothing for me! To hell with you Urban Casavant and all your entourage, and may you and yours find hell on earth first.
cmkxman
HDOGTX.......Thanks for the pm! I didn't notice it till just now and I'm not a paying member so I can't post pm replys. I'll look into your recommend. Thanks again.

25.........thanks for the info. I guess I'll look into opening an e-trade account, transfer the bulk of my few thousand to them and keep A-trade open for back-up and confirming data info comparison. Btw, I'm not too worried about at least recouping my losses, and at .001 I double my money but I'm PISSED that I can't average down and pick up more at .0002! GLTU!
cmkxman
25...........has e-trade ever prevented you from buying other pinks? Also, how do you like their trading platform? I basically like TDAtrades streamer tools and platform but I think it's very telling when e-trade will let you buy but a-trap will only let you sell! TIA!
cmkxman
I was the .0005 buy guy after the gap from .0007-.0006. I would normally never buy any stock after a gap down but I wanted to make sure I was in this Meuse shell as he's had a history of successful reverse merger shells plus I had hoped that .0005 would present a double bottom on the chart which would have made for a perfect entry. So, now I'm down 50% and have found myself a bagholder for yet another uncertain pinky. So, I wanted to pick more up at .0002 to recoup my losses when and if it reversed it's downtrend from .0002, but Ameritrade told me that "this stock does not allow trades for this opening transaction" or something very closely worded. I hate Atrade but really don't know who else to trade with that would have allowed me to buy IMTD at that price nor be consistant in quick and reliable trades with good phone support. Does Meuse have other shells that he's had for months and months without ever finding canditates for and successfully doing reverse mergers with? Also, can anyone recommend an online broker that they would swear by for getting them positions in any and all stocks that didn't rip them off in one way or another? I'm frankly surprised to see IMTD trading at .0002 in such a short time frame from .0008 when I became aware of it but I'm holding it whether it takes a year or more to pay off for me. The big question I have however is............will it ever pay off.

CMKX - Stockscam of a lifetime!
My pleasure on the MACM news and revisit! All indicators are up for it and it's a very attractive chart to me now. And I do like those upward moving 200dma moving averages as CMMI presents. If CMMI breakout from the resistance of its previous high, it should be a runner. I wish I'd been aware or taken notice of CMMI when it was trading at .07 pps on the 200dma back in late Sept. Good find!

MACM - a previous insider buy board mention is up 11% today and looking to make that continued rise in pps over the upcoming days to retest previous high at $1.35 approx. It just presented a fresh MACD and adx/dmi positive crossover, and might be seeing a golden cross play. It's still a 75% gainer from here to the level of resistance at its previous high and if it breaks out from there.............
GLTA!
cmkxman - Urban's gonna have to answer to someone eventually!
Re: MACM.....the 200dma is providing support and is on the rare incline. The bottom was established at .40 and though it's 35% away below the current pps, there was above average selling two days ago without much price decline which is a bullish sign. It's not far to doubling the shareprice from .62 chartwise and as long as the 200dma holds, and the general positive price movement could take it there in a fairly short amount of time, especially since the company has started up the pr machine and the 50dma is mirroring the 200dma when it could have broken through and down in the first days of Oct when the two moving averages converged. If it holds here, it's all good, imo. GLTUA!
cmkxman
Sheff.......I'll contribute as much as I can. This board has a lot to offer and I will be frequenting it daily if only by lurking. My strengths are in charting T/A, not chewing through the fundamentals; that's Rattlewatch's forte and he's good at. He's saved me from myself a few times and supported a few of my stock purchase picks as well over the last few months. I fully trust his DD though noone is infallible and we all miss things occasionally. Considering MACM, I picked up shares at .62 today and had to wait a couple minutes before it filled. Don't know why, good or bad. And I'm seeing quite a few smaller insider purchases in their filings along with the positive pr's over the last week. But I'm also seeing numbers in the 10q that may or may not be positive. They need to be explored.
Btw, good call on CMMI! I wish I'd trusted the nickle bottom and taken a chance on it!

mc6102.........huge thanks for that response and reassuring info!! I've been trading for a few years now and have yet to be in a "shell" when it popped as I never new which shell to trust or even really consider, but I've seen many of them rally hard and fast over those few years of trading. I'm in this "Meuse" shell now and will stay in unless it turns against me percentage wise. It's very near it's low or base and I'm comfortable holding a couple months if there is high promise for it as there appears to be. Thank you again for your reply and good luck to you in your trading efforts!

Anyone have any info on this reverse merger candidate presented by "Sheff" on his i-hub board? The company is Imagitrend, Inc. the ticker is IMTD. It's a "Meuse" shell according to Sheff. Here's his post:
In Play at .0018 IMTD
IMTD is moving similar to TLTK back in July. Both of these are confirmed mergers that have low floats. TLTK ran from .003 to .08 cents.
IMTD is a Meuse shell with significant potential! The CEO is proven and has already put out significant press releases within the past month. IMTD should have a strong run as well.
Below is chart on TLTK before the significant run higher. IMTD is thin past .0085 to .05. A similar run could be imminent for IMTD.

And a good late-morning to you Sheff! FYI, I posted a reply to your IMTD post on your "low-float pennystock board". Btw, it's nice to see this board developing into the kind of board it can and ought to be. It will only get better in the months to come as visiting traders see the potential the board offers supported by its very positive history of consistant, if not significant pps percentage gainers. Frankly, I'm amazed it wasn't established by someone else a decade ago. Take care and GLTUA!

Thanks Rattle. This trade with EPRS was key for me. I'll post the potential insider buys, (P) type mostly, but will bring in others like EPRS that are (A) type aquisitions when I believe a good bottom fishing opportunity presents itself. I seem to do better trading into bottom reversal plays than I do chasing the price into the rallies.
EPRS - Enterprise Informatics Inc. - Insider (a) acitivity to the amount of $168,000 by a few insiders back in August 07. The pps rallied the prior few months following the last insider (a) aquistions and has now returned to the previous low and base of $.06 pps. The last 10q presented improved revenues and profits for this quarter. It's a bottom fishing play with a hammer candlestick to help nail down the bottom also. GLTA!

Here's the news:
LITTLE FALLS, N.J., Sep 19, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- mPhase Technologies, Inc. (XDSL, Trade), (www.mphasetech.com) which earlier announced its intention to create a version of its Smart Nanobattery optimized for use in its active RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) applications, and which recently acquired a 10% interest in Sovereign Tracking Systems, LLC (www.sovtechcorp.com), a cutting-edge player in the category, will showcase Sovereign Tracking Systems LTD at booth 1417 at the RFID World: Boston conference, September 19-20 (www.rfid-world.com/boston).
The RFID World conference - a major exhibition venue in the category -- will cover innovative technology tools that are available for securing RFID transactions, and how RFID can be utilized to provide authentication and protection for products, personnel and property.
According to Ronald A. Durando, CEO of mPhase Technologies, Inc.: "We're pleased to showcase Sovereign Tracking Systems, LLC, at this major venue of vendors presenting the latest advances in Radio Frequency ID technology. RFID is an emergent and growing market for technology to track and manage inventory for all kinds of items, including such high-value items such as medical equipment, shipping containers, and even patients."
Sovereign is a privately held, NJ-based cutting-edge technology company specializing in real-time asset management tracking technologies, supported by inexpensive active radio frequency identification tags (RFID). The interest of mPhase and its subsidiary, AlwaysReady Inc., is that all active tags and many other types of sensor devices require a power supply for use. mPhase's Smart Nanobattery can allow for the tag to remain in a quiescent state until needed, providing power on demand.
mPhase's new Smart Nanobattery architecture promises an energy source that can be packaged in various configurations, with shelf life lasting decades, yet still able to be activated almost instantaneously on demand. This has a distinct relevance with active RFID applications. Various battery designs based on this technology may deliver a new and unique component for system design across many fields, including defense, healthcare, industrial and consumer electronics.
About Sovereign Tracking Systems:Sovereign's Real-Time-Location-Systems (RTLS) / Real-Time Asset Management applications have been installed in over 300 facilities worldwide including such applications as hospitals and healthcare facilities, manufacturing, prisons, warehousing, and the airline industry, saving these facilities hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Sovereign's CEO William A. Robinson was one of the founding fathers of the "Global Positioning Systems" (GPS) technology. Inspired by the limitation of the GPS technology (it would not track under cover), Mr. Robinson began to formulate a concept for a reverse GPS, in which small "Satellites" (readers) could be placed in an indoor environment allowing for tracking undercover. With this technology conceived and a desire to turn his dream into reality, in early 1996 Bill Robinson founded Sovereign Technologies Corporation. As the technology continued to evolve it caught the interest of the United States military and in June of 1997, Sovereign Technologies Corporation was awarded the U.S. Army's Advance Monitoring Display System (AMDS) contract. Sovereign was then developing software to support the US Army's ground and Ariel sensors on the battlefield.
In 1997, the tracking technology that Mr. Robinson had pioneered was presented to the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA). In October of the same year, a Beta-Site test was deployed at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center tracking equipment for the Hubble Space Telescope Project. With the technology rapidly gaining acceptance in the market place, Sovereign began to build a strong distributor network and in 1996 the System was approved and licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC part 15).
About mPhase Technologies, Inc. mPhase Technologies Inc. (XDSL, Trade) develops and commercializes next-generation media-rich entertainment software and nanotechnology solutions, delivering novel systems to the marketplace that advance functionality and reduce costs. The company was awarded the Frost & Sullivan Energy Storage Award for the Nanobattery in 2006 and the Frost & Sullivan Excellence in Technology Award in 2005, and the Nano 50 Award from NASA Nanotech Briefs. mPhase Technologies is bringing nanotechnology out of the laboratory and into the market with a planned innovative long life power cell. Additionally, the company is working on prototype ultra-sensitive magnetometers that promise orders of magnitude increases in sensitivity as compared with available un-cooled sensors. DFLY.....TTOONs board is like this board...........I'd feel out of the loop and be out of the loop if I didn't frequent it, so I view it daily but don't post often. Nor am I a paying member of i-hub so I can't send e-mail though we can all receive it.
If you're interested at all in insider plays, I also daily visit and contribute to the searching and charting analysis for promising insider plays. The boards focus is on the smallest of market cap stocks (the less the pps the better) for significant insider buying and fundamentals as well as timing entry. It's a different game than this one, but it can pay off well too and it's a bit safer play than price/volume plays. I play insider plays, news plays and chart plays myself. The boards Mod is "Sheff" and he's steady as she goes with it. Rattlewatch is the assist mod and he's a DD workhorse. There are others who contribute too. If interested......

Yep Sheff....XDSL up 5.63%/$.075 today on decent average volume. It broke above the 13dma. Looks good for a move up to the 50dma. If we're lucky in our time of entry, maybe all those insider buys at .07 were the making of a new and final base, and may we see a run to the 200dma and up over the next few weeks!
