Medient still has two weeks to get their contractor lines up with revised building plans. GREAT news Drug Doctor! Nice piece of information so should be hearing some nice things this week or next. What does it mean about a well? I thought they'd just use that county water supply from the big tank that I photographed..
Yes, pipes on the ground! As mentioned, not sure if these are the same pipes as before but don't really seem to be as these appear to be bolt together pipes rather than the weld together pipes as shown in earlier photo that I took but I didn't get out to inspect them as trucks were steadily traveling this road. The water tower is due south from this spot where this was taken, probably about a mile away so I'm thinking that if these pipes have anything to do with Medient that they are probably for the sewer that will be needed for the site. If you enlarge the photo and then use blow the photo on up to about 200% you can see the pipes on the left hand side of the image.

Yes, and I think I did include a photo of the pipes. I do have one but I couldn't get too close to the pipes as there was the constant flow of dump trucks coming in and out of the property right beside where those pipes are. They're in the same place where they were before but appear to be different pipes but not sure as I wasn't able to get close enough to them but just shot a photo thru the windshield.
As for surveying stakes, when I went down the first time to the site I took photos of the FRESH surveying stakes that I had seen and later on when others had visited the site they saw 4 truck loads of surveyors...all within the past month so SOMETHING is going on down there and yes, the aerial photos do show some activity has gone on down there in the past and part of what was there is an old "borrow" pit that was put there during the construction of the Interstate but appears to be being dug out and cleaned up for the Medient site IMO.
One thing that I'm wondering is if there is an actual site plan anywhere that's to scale. I'm thinking this drawing is more or less just a presentation sketch. Or if there are architectural plans or engineering plans that have been released on any of the buildings. Hard to really tell what's wetlands and what is not with the drawing as shown. I'm thinking that if the Corps of Engineering has done any work out there that it should be public record? No? I'd certainly like to see a to scale drawing of the site plan overlaid on the wetlands survey. I think that would produce a LOT of clarity in my mind about what's supposed to go where and if for the time being the plans are changing to a much more modified version of East Coast Hollywood, which buildings are going to be built as part of stage I.
I see that the leaf structure is shown as part of stage I but seems it's been pushed back to future development. That makes me wonder if the bridge is going on back burner (would be fine with me as I don't really see where it's even needed) for the project.
Would just really be nice for some of that clarity we have been promised so we'll kind of know what's going to be built where as there's a whole lot of land out there cleared and 10 times or more that is still available to build. Of course, I guess that's what's being worked out right now and hopefully in the new week we'll get some news about the project and this stock can fly on into nickel and dime land!
The thing is, that cleared area is about maybe 100 acres and they have 15 times that much land to develop although just from my observation, there's large portion of the land that is wetlands as well, but wetlands make good buffer zones. I walked for about 2 hours total and I don't think I went over but about a third of the property if that. The land in the second video is really great land for building on however as it's higher land and very sandy. Looks like at a minimum that they've prepared the existing roads to be ready for massive construction when that time comes.

Ok...here are the links to my new photos...might not be in order as I describe them but just to show everyone where this site is from the Interstate bridge when I got off the ramp from heading eastbound from the Macon direction, I turned left and headed north. You'll see that the interstate bridge is there and then I come to the offramp and you see the road curves in the distance. The cleared area is off about 200' to the right of the woods on the right. The last photo along the highway is of the mailbox going into Medient's headquarters where you can see a bright white mailbox in the distance. VERY close to I-16
Then I took a couple of shots of some pipe, not sure if it's the same pipe or different pipe as the dump trucks were coming and going so much I didn't want to get in their way. Glare is not my friend in those photos. Then a few photos of the site where the dumptrucks are working and lastly a photo of the water tower that I feel would serve the property. A lot of water in that big ball up there! So, I would think that it is the sewage and what to do with it is the main problem to be addressed. I think there's plenty of water for that site as I'm sure that the water tower was built not only for Medient but for other industrial sites in the area. Well, I'm back from down at the site...as my ihub user name suggest, I'm a landlord so today was go around and beat the bushes trying to get up money from my tenants so I got some photos and if I can figure out how to upload them, a couple of videos but it'll be later on before I can get them uploaded because I've got to go chase down the folks to get the rent..
I will say that the flurry of activity still is down there and dumptrucks and a trackhoe are still onsite and were working feverishly and a machine that packs and smooths roads was working there behind a tractor. I walked all thru the site, over to the water tower and then on a fairly well kept road that went to the back part of the property. Doesn't really look like a whole lot going on back there but there is a very nice stand of timber on the tract..I'll try to post my photos/video's a little later on...
I'm going to make a quick "just because" run down there today just to see if I can see anything. Will run down and hope to be back by 1pm or so and if I see anything new will share with board. All that equipment...somethings in the works!!!!

Yes, I read the review on Sweetwater as well and it got me to wanting to see the movie as well...Sounds like a very good theme and a few good movies under I belt with good revenues and word will be OUT for people to be looking for the Atlas/Medient produced movies. All signs are looking for this stock to take off. I don't know all the technical things as well as many others do but there are quite a few who have YEARS of technical experience who are saying that all indicators are showing this stock to be a mover so glad I've kept all my shares and was even able to buy me a few more at .0083 yesterday to help bring my average down a bit before we get out of sub-penny range forever!!!

Good Morning Medient longs! We've been right here before, actually lower and although to some it's hard to be a long, if there wasn't anything down there happening on the ground or if there wasn't a few REALLY SIGNIFICANT things happening I'd feel worse about this company and might have sold too, but with them BUYING OUT ATLAS, MANU investing so much in the company and them having a LEGITIMATE reason for the construction delay, I'd probably be out too, but I'm in for the long term and my shares start selling at .10. It might take a year or two to reach that price, but I assume much shorter. As noted by another poster, as soon as batter boards go up and pipes start getting laid, this baby is going to be at .10 and won't ever go below that price again. Seriously believe this is a billion dollar stock in the making! Let's go MDNT! Flex them wings and FLY!!!!!
yea, I read it wrong too...they have the Medient photo up with the talk about the new company looking at that site so it's kind of confusing plus a medient link over on the other side, but I don't think that's the new medient site..my bad.
What I got from that article is that maybe Medient is considering NOT building on it's current site but rather on another site that already has enough sewer and utilities in place to get the ball rolling in a hurry! Maybe instead of waiting for 4 months to get sewer 4 miles ran out to the existing tract they have decided to put all that on hold and just build a huge studio on the tract that is available now with all utilities in place? That would be great and it appears that both parcels are in Effingham County so there could have been some sort of arrangement in the board meeting in closed session at the ECED meeting. Would love some clarity in the morning. any morning! two more chances for clarity in February...
Access to the site from both streets but the current "MAIN" entrance is from Old River Road about 1200' north of the Interstate 16 bridge....at the VERY bottom of that photo you can see a tiny, very tiny piece of the mowed area of Old River Road. So, one would come off the Interstate, they'd just get off the exit coming from Savannah/International Airport/ and turn right on old River road and go a small ways down to first drive on right and into property. Go a small piece 500'? and the cleared area is behind the house and to the right of the house near the corner of the Interstate. I'm guessing it's about a 100 acres that's cleared so far.
Well, if you're such a naysayer then why just bash the stock? Move on to the next one as many of us still think this will take off at some point...It went to .007 a while back and recovered to 0.018 for a moment so with news that could happen then this too will take off. I've seen the naysayers bash two stocks recently that were sitting still for months with up and down jumps and then all of a sudden took off and are both above ten cents a share now. Same deal...no news. Not anything. Guess it's just the way they operate, but I got out of them two early and this one might go to nothing but I think it's going to take on off. That's why my shares are in to stay.

Maybe one of the moderators will put the aerial photo that's very clear in the ihub main box for all to view. I don't have all pre-view showing up on the stock and it may very well be in there. Using the proposed development plan by Medient's architects and engineers and matching to the area that is currently being cleared it would appear to me that this is definitely in the area as phase 1 would be located.
Yes, I took ground photos of the site being cleared but Antione and leebsfosllab flew over the site and have a VERY CLEAR aerial photo of the site that is in the area of phase I with many pieces of construction equipment shown working doing something and IMO, it surely looks like that the very first portions of a roadbed leading into the site is underway. I would imagine a road going into a super deluxe project like this would have a nice wide paved area with neatly mown grassy areas on each side and that's what I see from those photos. When I was there about a month ago to take my ground photos, none of that road was there. I truly don't think they'd be having equipment out there at $100 an hour just moving dirt for no apparent reason plus, while there, a lot of fresh surveying tape and traverse lines went on into the woods like they were planning on clearing the area for the road to go on into the back of the property where the studio is going to be laid out. Probably can't really do a whole lot until the FINAL REVISED PLAN has been approved by the Industrial Development Authority and when you're talking about having to extend the sewer and/or water lines a few miles to existing facilities then it takes a good amount of man hours to do a topographic and environmental impact study of the lands involved along the way. I just think it's pre-mature to put out information on the site development until they know exactly what their plan is. Just a little info on the NYC meeting and the Germany film festival would be appreciated though or just something to let us investors know that all is well.
Personally, I'm in this for the long...it's still February and a lot of folks don't realize this is a HUGE undertaking this company is doing. Not just opening up a little small one room marijuana grow light company...1500+ raw acres of land to be developed with all the HUGE decisions and planning that has to be done with that as well as lots and lots of other decisions on the releasing of films old and new that they have and have acquired. I think this is going to be one of those stocks that just flounders around for weeks if not months while everything is sorted out and proper decisions made and at the RIGHT times the company will release information that will take this stock on up to the dollars. My shares are NOT for sale!!
Ok Mr Manu...sure would be nice if you'd give all us investors some great news of clarity on this company and where it's going and a little about the production schedule of the studios. That kind of news will take this M train out of the station soooo fast and sir, you are due us all a PR to let us know how our investment is coming along. Good or bad, we need to know. I was surely hoping to get a PR this week and felt like we would. So much has been happening but not a word from the NYC seminar nor the Berlin Film Festival. Then there's the construction that's ongoing. Would like some clarity of what is going on there? Is it pipes going down, is it just clearing? Just a little status update on what is happening I think would help give this stock a much needed boost in price. Got a land closing at 2 pm today though so probably won't get a chance to get back to my local bank and get the money I need settled so I guess lack of a PR is a good thing right now. I want to buy cheap!
Well, if it's like this tomorrow after I have my land closing and I can get to the bank in time, I WILL join the million share club! Amazing that this stock hasn't taken on off. $1000 worth of stock would take us up to the .0114 for the day

Great job! Appreciate ya'll spending your time and money to give us a report of the progress going on over there. I'm sure as soon as their revised plans are submitted with the sewer/water issues resolved that they will be going full speed ahead with the construction and it's nice to know that at least the land clearing portion of the project is going forward. Just glancing at the photos it appears to be at least a half dozen or so visible machines working there right now! Thanks again!!
This looks like a GREAT IDEA!! Everyone seems to have trouble relaxing and getting to sleep at night and from what I understand this drink relaxes a person and has healthy ingredients instead of just being sugar water and coloring like most all other drinks are. I'm IN and going to be buying up plenty more shares while they're at giveaway prices. GO DEWM!!
Well, this will be something that I've been wanting to see for a while now and will save me a lot of tromping thru the swamps and briarbeds to see what if anything is going on in the back of the property. It would be nice if ya'll could take a copy of the aerial photo that I provided in one of my links and get a photo from near that same elevation to compare what has changed on the site since that aerial was taken. And of course, some nice close ups of any machinery that's out there or building foundations or such that would mean that they're gett'n'r done out there. I'm not really expecting too much myself at this point, but also the industrial board meeting is tomorrow night?? Might be some chance to get some much needed insite to what's going on since our "bossman" is being kinda hush mouthed on it all right now...He's got 9 more days to show us the clarity he promised us in February and I'm hoping that maybe we can find some on our own! I'm most certainly ready to hear something. Hoping that when the news does come out that's it's going to come in rapid fire with several nice PR's in a few days and we can watch this ticker jumping up and down like the MJ stocks I have bought lately have. MDNT is going to have it's day. It's just a much more complex company than some place trying to get a lease on a gourmet chicken wing outlet. I still see a billion dollar baby being born here but like a baby, it has to crawl before it can walk and walk before it can run and if us longs hold on, we'll be racing along with it at high speed! I've more or less just put this stock on my back burner as those shares are frozen in place but I do have some sell points fixed just to be sure that I don't leave one morning and come back and this stock as ran to $.50 a share and then backed down. Can and does happen and one day, no body knows WHAT day but this stock is going to start taking off! Finally my land sale will be closing this Friday and I hope to become one of the million share owners in this venture if it will stay at these levels. Good luck to all and keep the faith!
No guarantees on anything in Pennyland....only thing that is guaranteed is some folks are going to make money and some are going to lose and some stocks go up for not really any reason and some go down for not really any reason and a lot of it is guessing when it does but over time I hear of a lot of folks who have played the game and paid their dues making some good money with it. I started with a certain amount of money and I'm about a third of that money down right now but the last two trades I made were trades that made money so I'm living and learning and like I've been told, until you sell, you haven't ever made or lost anything..
