I don't think current shareholders are that concerned with SEC Filigs. We've seen this before: IMW has good quarters yet no one buys, IMW has bad quarters and no one sells. People had to figure this report was not going to be good given no PR after the quarter ended, that's the way it's always worked with this company.
The good news is that dilution, again, was minimal. Less than 2M shares issued for the quarter. After having visited Chariot the past two months, I'm expecting much better numbers from them for the 3Q. Don't know what to expect from IMW, but if no "manufacturing" deal is signed, my guess is their 3rd quarter will be somewhat less than 3rd quarter last year (given this 10Q's statements).
hurley: I bet if you ask smf, Ingen paid to be mentioned on Traders Nation. LOL!!
Funny how smf disappears. Probably trying to take care of that gender identity issue.
OT: nose, VTSI another comeback story for me. Bought 30k between .03 and .04 the past few months. They finally announced some sales and seem to be getting "in-the-door" now at all the major branches of the military. Been a LONG time coming. I may attend the show in Orlando again this year, went last year and it was great seeing the product (and getting zapped by the Threat-Fire belt).
Today, IGTG popped on news and it's the same story as VTSI, I bought over the past few months between .03 and .04 and it's up to .10 now.
Hopefully, it's AACS turn. Although I've never seen the PPS higher than .045 on this one, those other stocks traded much higher in the past.
I wasn't around yesterday, had a few GTC orders put in long ago fire for sales. Still holding most of my shares.
hurley: Not very pretty.
But you got to like a stock that keeps presenting the opportunity to double/triple your money. The extremely patient can do mcuh better than that with this stock.
hurley: don't you mean she?
Then again, smf can't even figure it out. LOL!
Back to .10, smf's desperation obvious!
Congrats to the LONGS who hung in there AND were buying in .03- .04 range when news was scarce, today is your payday. I'm in the black now, myself (although my position is very small, less than 100k shares).
More like typical low-life basher response. LOL! eom
Nice call, Puntang. eom
Ingen Technologies Begins Production of OxyView(TM)
PR Newswire - October 10, 2006 16:00
- Proprietary Technology to Be a Part of the $4 Billion Respiratory Therapy Device Market -
YUCAIPA, Calif., Oct 10, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (OTC: IGTG), a medical device manufacturer and research developer of "next generation" medical technologies, announced today that production of its newest OxyView(TM) medical device has commenced. Deliveries are scheduled for October 2006.
Ingen's OxyView(TM) is a proprietary medical device that provides a visual signal of gas flow through a conduit. In particular, OxyView(TM) is a pneumatic flow meter that provides a visual cue, viewable with the human eye, as to the flow of gas through a cannula, which conventionally employs very low pressure and gas volume to the patient wearing it. The Company's proprietary device is adapted to be engaged between the nose or mouth-mounted cannula, where a compressed oxygen supply is delivered to the cannula through a flexible conduit. OxyView(TM) delivers an easily readable confirmation of actual continuous flow and volume of oxygen.
Ingen's OxyView(TM) application claims the benefit of U.S. Provisional Application Serial Number 60/780,980, filed on March 10, 2006. Patents have also been filed in Japan, Peoples Republic of China and in the European Communities in order to satisfy exclusive relationships with various over-seas distributors.
According to the most current government reports and public statistical data, respiratory diseases are increasingly common ailments in both advanced and developing countries. With some 8-9% of Americans suffering from asthma, Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease (COPD), bronchitis or other respiratory conditions, the high incidence and prevalence has translated into a large market for disposable respiratory products of $15 billion worldwide in 2005 with 70% related to asthma. Excluding asthma inhalers, the market for respiratory therapy devices still exceeds $4 billion and is expected to grow at 10% CAGR to over $6 billion by 2010. Further, the studies indicate an increase of patients with COPD, who are a prime population for the continuous use of oxygen in hospitals, long term care facilities and in the home. Many innovative drugs and medical devices are in the pipeline to treat respiratory diseases. The Company has targeted these markets for the sale of OxyView(TM).
Ingen Technologies CEO and Chairman Scott Sand said, "With the long-awaited introduction of our OxyView(TM) product and the resulting production, the growth potential for Ingen and the benefits to our shareholders are greatly improved. OxyView(TM) is FDA Registered and Classified, and sells for $14.95. We look forward to a successful introduction."
The Ingen website offers multimedia information about OxyView(TM).

The Company's flagship product is OxyAlert(TM), a second-generation design of the Company's BAFI(TM) product line that provides a low-oxygen safety warning device used on remote oxygen cylinders for patients, hospitals, commercial aircraft, military transport, and fire and safety equipment. OxyAlert(TM) technology uses digital sensing and RF frequency transfer so that caregivers can access a hand-held remote to monitor the actual oxygen level of any oxygen cylinder from a reasonable distance. OxyAlert(TM) increases safety and convenience for patients and clinical staff.
OxyView(TM), Patent Pending and FDA registered, is a pneumatic gauge that provides visual monitoring of oxygen flow-rate for patients (young and old) in the hospital, surgical room, outpatient therapy, nursing homes and emergency response facilities. This product enhances the safety, assurance and accuracy of patients being administered oxygen from any source. OxyView(TM) is a lightweight pneumatic gauge that is attached to the oxygen tubing just below the neck that informs nursing staff of the oxygen flow rate near the patient and the cannula; allowing instant information to inform a physician or technician of any leak or inaccuracy between the delivery source and the cannula.

Wow, looks like I missed the first interesting day in AACS this year. Volume over 9M, price over .02. Wonder what's going on...
These guys are on fire all of the sudden.
Looks like RoseBowl was correct.
Someone's on a buying spree today.
Ask rapidly approaching double-digits, volume currently 500k.
Me too, Serpico. eom
super: That wasn't the case with the Ford PR. They released the same PR twice, the second one had the word "Reminder" slapped on the front of it. The PPS had DROPPED after a small pop when the first one was released, the second PR was a cry of desperation, IMO. As if the market FORGOT the first PR. There was huge volume as shares were dumped into the rally. That .019 purchase price must have seemed nice when they could be sold for .06 the day of the Ford PR.
FE: Your numbers look about right. I'll say we see a similar range as today, O:.036, H:.038, C:.034. Unless there's a PR, then we might go lower. LOL!
You would think the company would realize these duplicate PRs don't do any good. Although today's was slightly different than yesterday's, it's pretty much the same news. This is about the third time now in a month or two they've PRd the same news twice. At least they didn't show their desperation by prefacing it with the word "Reminder" like they did the Ford PR. Now that was a sorry display by IR department.
ATM: I knew there was a reason I had you on ignore on RB.
You "heard" I was bagholder who bought at higher levels? LOL!! That's quite funny since I've been posting on ACHI RB board since early 2004 and every true LONG there clearly knows I sell on doubles and ride free shares. Of course, you thought you were some kind of staunch LONG because you held for four whole months. It would have taken an ounce (or two) of effort on your part to know my holdings in ACHI. Seeing your DD skills here and RB, it's easy to understand you would much rather believe proven pumping liars such as jmhollen (who never heard of ACHI until mid-2005). It's so much easier 'cause it makes you feel better, even if it has no basis in reality (as does most of what jmhollen writes).
Remember in July/August of 2005 when jmhollen was telling all his lackies that a contract announcement was coming out in a PR any day now. Then when the PR he was touting came out, it had absolutely nothing to do with a contract and the PPS was cut in half?!?! In fact, the PR was actually BAD news because people were expecting KSI to close shortly and the PR pretty much indicated KSI closing was now a long way off. Go back and read the SI board in that time frame .. it's a hoot. All the guys that called jmhollen on his BS pumping got banned by the little crybaby, no surprise there. LOL!
Remember last year when jmhollen found out that ACHI was listed in Berlin, he said he was going to recommend to the company that they delist from the German exchanges since it opened the stock to shorting. Then eralier this year when the company annouced they would be listed in Frankfurt, he proclaimed what good news it was??!?!?! LOL! Funny how the story changed; you guys seem to have that trait in common. One week you're telling people here dilution is good, then the next you're saying it sucks.
You will now join my iHub ignore list as you've got about ZERO DD that's worth anything. And if you want to continue the juvenile name-calling and abuse via private-messaging, they will be forwarded to the admin of this site.
Fast: I'll say high of .039, low .034, close .035.
Unless there's news.
ATM: Real classy response to my post.
Here's what he wrote: "Blow me Moron"
LOL!
ATM: which is it?
on 9/20, you posted: "diluting (selling additional shares to shareholders) is a good thing and necessary in the evolution of the public company."
on 10/2, you posted: dilution sucks
Does it depend on the day of the week? LOL!!
I don't have private message capability so I'll publicly respond to the message you sent me:
Dilution is better than Cornball Crapital if they can get to revenues and start creating a positive cash flow ...
And I heard all about you .. Droopey .. LOL .. your a joke and many of the longs know about you .... LMAO ...
Hollen says your an idiot ....
HAve a nice day!
I am still long and my cost basis is way lower than yours ..LMAO
Sorry grapes, aye?
Disclaimer: All posts are my opinion only and no one should invest without your own Due Diligence!
My response: Dilution is Dilution, period. Whether it's done through a deal with Cornell or any of the other PIPE players out there, or whether it's done via S-8. ACHI has done both.
"your a joke and many of the longs know about you .... LMAO ...
Hollen says your an idiot"
I always find it quite humorous when someone calls me an idiot and yet can't spell "you're" correctly. Well done...
As for your assumption that your cost basis, I also find that quite humourous since my cost basis is ZERO. LOL! I've been trading this thing for well over two years and am riding free shares from the dips and the doubles. Unless someone paid you to take shares, it's impossible for your basis to ve lower than mine. Nice try though.
Still whining, ATM?
Looks like you've changed your tune from your post on 9/20: "if the payoff of the technology and business is a good calculated risk with potential GM or FORD contracts, then diluting (selling additional shares to shareholders) is a good thing and necessary in the evolution of the public company.
Now, less than two weeks later, dilution sucks according to you. Please make up your mind.
BTW, received your private message. I always get a good laugh listening to a jmhollen goober. LOL!!
Congrats to those LONGS....
who had the balls to buy more shares sub .04 (even sub .03!) during the past few months. I only acquired 30k shares at a .035 average over the past 3 - 4 months, didn't have the guts to really load up as things were looking bleak for awhile.
Now, there's a glimmer of hope as the stock is catching a bid... I plan to head to Orlando early December if Virtra is handing out free passes to shareholders again.
Great DD abbam.
That little trailer you put on your messages about having done "limited research" sure is true.
The T&A division has been around for years and up 'til now was the only revenue generating division of ACHI. The online store has been around for over a year and a half.
http://www.americhiplacc.com/sections/news_body.asp?id=62
What was the volume today - ~100k? I was around at the close, just remember slightly over 100k at around 3pm. Hardly call $1,400 worth of buys anything to write home about.
OT: Serpico, I don't have private messaging ability as I am one of the "freebie" users of iHub. I do not know of specific dates, only that the paperwork has been filed and they are waiting for an "effective date" from NASD.
I'm sure the surge in volume when the lines crossed....
will SURELY bring in buyers (denote tongue firmly planted in cheek). LOL!! If anyone thinks for a milli-second that people trade AACS based on technicals, they need to turn their charts upside-down.
Some positive activity on the bid/ask this A.M.
Would like to see more MMs join in on the bid side, only NITE seems to be playing right now.
Felix: Could it be that....
Current shareholders don't want to sell under .045 and people looking to buy don't want to pay more than .035?!?! The spread could easily be the result of order flow that reflects the previous sentiment.
And for the low-low price of ~$100, you guys can paint the tape to make sure the "golden cross" happens. We do want your chart to look pretty, even though it has zero relevance.
Puntang: For whatever reason, they can't release PRs because of the SEC (according to Sand). There is revenue for SB for 1Q'07 (was supposed to happen 4Q'06 but delivery got delayed). They are making the first 200k units of OxyView, expecting to start selling in 2Q'07. They're also expecting SEC approval for the OTCBB in the 2Q, paperwork has been filed.
These guys are so rich that they spend their free time bickering on internet message boards. I guess there's nothing else worthwhile for rich people to do nowadays. LOL!!
No, it was probably dilution.
Amazing how the L2 was ticking up a hundreth of a penny at a time, I have never seen that in 2.5 years of watching this stock, it usually goes up in tenths. The reason, IMO? Hundreds of millions of free trading shares.
cali: What the hell are you talking about?
This company is a few breaths away from death. I've been following them since their IDNW days. Their financials are a complete disaster, their share structure is brutal, their financing is spotty at best and their CEO just flew the coop. They need to sell a billion shares at .0001 just to keep the company going - how long will that last?
Over on RB, I used to "pound the pig" with Nabbss when this thing ran over $0.20 back in '03. When they announced jacking the A/S to 20 billion, I bailed as the writing was put on the wall. And look what happened: PPS at .0001, the lowest possible, now with virtually no one on the bid anymore. All along the ride down, NABBSS is telling people to "buy, hold, accumulate". Now who in their right mind does that when the company tells them they are jacking the A/S to 20 BILLION and floods the market with BILLIONS of shares. ?!?!? Nabbs has been a pumping cheerleader all along while not understanding much at all about the financing of the company and all the screwed up crap that has gone on. madkapper has tried to clue him all along, but to no avail. My little dig at him has nothing to do with bashing GLBT, they've done a fine job themselves of bringing the company to it's knees. Nabbss called in on the last shareholder call they had and started talking about them becoming an "800lb gorilla" with the satellite phone deals they were floating out there back then - what ever happened to those? Zippo..
Maybe someone will buy them out, maybe they'll close up shop, it's anybodies guess right now. I've got 11M shares under $2k I consider a complete toss of the dice right now ... and it's looking like "crapping out" right now.
Looks like the paddles shocked some life back into this almost dead company. Looks like the end is near, nobody left to buy almost a billion at .0001 to keep the doors open.
I was at Chariot last week and saw the "production" board. Those 16' trailers ranged in price from about 6k up to one past 20k. Ballpark guess is revenue for the 16'ers alone to be around 150k. They had orders for the 9'ers as well. I'd be surprised if they all got done in two months. Dan told me they were increasing staff after Labor Day, we'll see what happens.
Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. Considers First Retail Dealership
Business Wire - September 07, 2006 08:00
BARTOW, Fla., Sep 07, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc.'s (OTCBB:AACS) wholly-owned subsidiary, Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., today announced negotiations to open its first retail dealership.
Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Commerce Solutions, Inc., stated, "I am pleased to announce that discussions to open a retail location of Chariot Trailers have begun. We feel that a retail location to display our product line will add an important new dimension to Chariot. We feel that the first dealership should be in close proximity to our manufacturing facilities. For that reason we are considering opening the first unit in Tampa. It is anticipated that this unit will be a joint venture between the company and an investor."
"On-going discussions have included the possibility of establishing regional distribution territories. The first region would be the state of Florida although other regions may cover multiple states. The year round nature of motorcycle riding in Florida, as well as the numerous 'biking' activities, including hundreds of thousands of current and future motorcycle riders that attend Daytona Bike Week, make this a logical choice," Hefner stated.
According to Chariot General Manager, Ken McCleave, "All of our products will show well. I am particularly excited about the reception that our 16 foot 'toy hauler' has received. The final interior design has been completed and the final tooling will be completed in about three weeks. It is important that we have a place to display our models for the prospective customers. We currently have deposits on fourteen 16' trailers to be delivered in the next sixty days."
McCleave continued, "Chariot was cash flow positive for the month of July. We expect that to be the norm in the near future as we finish the tooling and are finally able to focus on production. This was essential before considering any dealership program."

What's up with AACS L2 this A.M.? Showing .027X.031 with five MMs over .02 on the bid, including NITE at .027.
mjam: I know a guy who has been invested here for over 2.5 years that got a tour of KSI after ACHI announced obtaining the turning center. I think he just drove by and stopped in, Marc let him look at the equipment (this was before GM deal was announced). He had met Marc before so Marc knew him, not sure what Marc would do for a shareholder he hadn't met previously. Worth a shot if you live nearby.
luv: No pumper dopeys?
Try jmhollen over on SI. He's benn pumping ACHI for well over a year now on SEVERAL message boards. It was a year ago that he was telling everyone the next PR would be the first LACC P.O., we didn't get that 'til two months ago. His lackeys are standing right behind him even though the majority of his "predictions" are wrong.
As for the PRs, ACHI has established a policy of not releasing revenue figures. That's what their attornies advised them to do according to ACHI IR person.
This could be a big success in the long run, if they stop selling shares and start to pull in some revenue. The technology has the potential to be huge, yet it's still unproven they can make money using it.
