The website says they release all sharks and rays. But I know for a fact that that depends on what the charter wants to do with what he or she catch's. Unless the species caught has restrictions on it, it's up to the charter. Most captains though will politely persuade the charter to let it go though.
On the other hand I know first hand that the wings on those rays are delicious. My father in law introduced me to them first hand through his wifes spahgetti sauce and I must say I am convinced. In Italy they are considered a delacacy and hard to find in the fish market so he says. But anyway I must say I am partial to my mother in laws cooking and that she's still better than any gourmet restaurant I have ever been to. I just wish that my wife could of learned to boil water !!! LOL !!!!

Piet van Dooren from Belgium caught in only 20 minutes a Blue Marlin, weighing about 225 kilo/500 lbs
