(Vertigo) (Pink Sheets:VTPK - News) a theme park company featuring Adrenaline Rush Adventures with its premier park "Vertigo Park" located just outside of Cali at Club Estancia de la Plaz in Buga-Quebrada Seca Valle Del Cauca, Colombia today announced that it has completed a Strategic Business Alliance with Industria Nacional de Gaseosas S.A. The alliance recognizes and leverages the strong complementary fit between the Industria and Vertigo. Under terms of the agreement Vertigo Park will feature Coca-Cola beverage products exclusively for a 10 year period. In addition to the reduced pricing structure, Industria has agreed to distribute promotional materials for the park to its more than 370,000 value added retailers throughout Colombia. Industria will also distribute promotional materials via its relationships with movie theaters, fast food restaurants, pharmacies, employees and other niche clients that fit the given promotion.
Vertigo currently projects that its marketing plan and strategic alliances will result in more than 7,000,000 visitors per year to the Vertigo Park.

No problems with Streamer, L2s etc here ...
Friends, Romans, non-Romans lend me your ears. I know it's the weekend and most of us like to take a break from the market and treat our eyes to colors besides red and green and all that jazz, but I have important question (at least important to me), pls take a looksee at post 119316 and give it at least a nanosecond worth of thought. Okay? My trading future may depend on your answers, you never know. Thank you vary much.
Lew
OT: In asking about MMs and the weight and roles different ones are surmised to carry, I was referred to this link - http://www.marketmillionaires.com/stock-analysis-school-fundemental-technical/7183-market-makers.htm... - It would be helpful to get more opinions about this, whether it's the accuracy of the link's contents or any other discussion about roles of individual MMs that you believe to be relevant in trading the microcaps.
Or if you think this discussion is a waste of time due to MMs being too unpredictable, welcome that comment as well.
Tia,
Lew
Thanks Cargo, that makes good sense to me. You have a nice weekend.
Rather.04 (not .40) lol.
Cargo ... WTVI bounced a bit yesterday and then tailed off towards the close. How long do you generally give a stock, all things being equal, to do the kind of retracement you're talking about (.40 or so)? I know there are extenuating circumstances that could come into play, but I'm just asking, generally speaking with this kind of high vol stock, what would be a reasonable time frame? Tia.
Thanks 1step. I see it's pretty involved and that's easy to understand why the MMs don't want to tip hands anymore than possible. I get the feeling that there's just a little you can hang your hat on, and the whole business probably evolves or shifts all the time, with a lot of sleight of hand going on. One more question ... do you reckon this discussion applies as well to the pinks (those that get decent volume), or are they a whole different animal? Thanks and have a good one.
I was just picking up on post 839 below. And I'm trying to get a better understanding. If I can't find it on these boards, guess I'll try googling on the internet, but was hoping not to have to go through all that digging.
I apreciate the info on MMs since they seem to be such a critical consideration of trading. Does anyone have more in-depth reference/discussion regarding this stuff? For example, CLYP is listed as a top retail dilutor ... does this mean that any time CLYP shows up on the ask, it's most likely that he's diluting? In other words how literally can you apply these? TIA.
Thanks for the info.
Thought we had something going on today ... too bad. Looks like it had a reverse split in November, and price is still falling? Wow!!
Have a good weekend all !!
No problem ... like I said you got a great board here and I'm sure the work you do is the main reason for that.
Nope, I'm not that stupid to push 1 play on you and I don't understand what makes you think I did. PMCL looked like a possible bounce to me, you win some you lose some. You've got a great board here, sorry that only my second post on it turned out to be a dud. Check out my history, and you'll see that I'm not somebody to be on the lookout for. Can't blame you too much I guess, some folks are more polite on new boards, say hi Im a newbie etc etc ... but I just post away. Let me know if I'm not welcome, no problem, life's too short to let this stuff get to you.
SGLS ... Nice volume build up starting yesterday ...
