Yeah getting very sick of penny stocks. All this company would have to do is paste a copy of the sales agreement or order for the 50 million or what ever amount was for product he suppose to be shipping. But if he made a fake one it would be undisputable evidence for the SEC. So if he was on the level he could make this stock boom. There you go Mr Paychest prove you are not a scammer.
I just stumbled upon this too. What is up with the volume. Can anyone verify how many shares are being sold?
Please explain? Announcement AVEW is going to buy back shares, now you are atalking about only 700,000,000 more to dilute? AVEW speak with forked tounge?
You did print that part , sorry. But I am confused are they selling their own shares or are they buying shares back to increase the value as per OTC upgrade plan?
You didn't print the whole report where he goes on to say . They will have access to another 5 million as soon as they upgrade their OTC position. He then says it will not be used for daily cash flow, but for more acuisitions. "Also that their existing businesses are doing very good so he doesn't have a cash flow problem. My question is if that is the case why is he selling shares of stock like the former messages have been saying? I thought there was a plan to buy back his stock 2 weeks ago as part of the OTC upgrade plan. Please Explain.
Real 4K content scarce for now. One year 4K will be the only TV you can buy. It doesn't cost anymore to manufacture a 4K TV. The Nuvola NP-1 will make even non 4k look better.
As for other streaming services beyond Netflix, Amazon has announced that it is now shooting all of its original content (including TV series Extant) in 4K and intends to launch 4K streaming before the end of 2014.
But what about streamed films? Why can’t you get any of these in 4K from Netflix or Amazon yet?
According to Netflix’s VP of Product Innovation, Todd Yellin, the chief reason is that the film studios don’t want to go through the actually quite arduous process of preparing 4K masters of its film catalogue until some way is found of monetizing the 4K streams – maybe through extra per purchase costs, or a higher Netflix subscription for a 4K service.
Yellin made it clear that such options were under discussion, but there was certainly no sniff of a date when some kind of 4K movie service might launch.
A potentially more imminent ray of 4K movie streaming light could be the Ultraflix service. This is launching in the US any day now, offering more than 350 hours of 4K content containing a mix of sports, concert, documentary and film. At the time of writing, though, we’ve only been able to get confirmation that the films will include family, horror, sci-fi, comedy and drama options; exact film names have not been made available…

Here’s the World’s First Universally Compatible $299 UHD Net-Top Box

-NanoTech Entertainment’s Nuvola Runs KitKat
-All the Android OTT Apps
-Requires Only 6 Mbps for UHD Streaming
-Has Its Own UHD OTT Service, Too
Except for its price, the Nuvola box has obsoleted every other streaming media box because it offers all the OTT apps available on Android, plus it supports UHD content on a UHD set, and upconverts 1080p content to near UHD.
The UHD season officially kicked off this week with the announcement that NanoTech Entertainment is shipping the $299 Nuvola NP-1, the world’s only widely available UHD net-top box (NTB) that is capable of streaming HEVC compressed UHD videos to any and all UHD TV sets. Here’s the UHD NTB for LG, Vizio, Panasonic, Sharp and the Chinese set makers TCL, Haier and Hisense?.
Marken: When we upgraded the OS to KitKat (at Google’s recommendation) it was just at the end of the beta tests. Those tests also necessitated some minor UI modifications which were done. With that said, about two months ago we held up initial customer shipments until upgrades/changes could be made. Then we had to go back to Google with a number of the units for them to test/certify. That was just completed and all of the hardware units are now being loaded with KitKat and the UI.
We have pre-orders for about 5,000 units and those orders will be filled first (initial production run is 10,000 units and will be received in early July). These were sold online from the NTEK ecommerce site. Ingram Micro (our channel partner) has preorders through their channels for the other 5,000 units and those will be delivered in about the same time period. Ingram will sell through their partners initially, online outlets and then they will be in retail including Best Buy, Q3/Q4 probably Target and others. We would expect good retail availability by Black Friday.
Marken: We had every intention/hope of having units in the channels and in customer hands by March/April and they would have been had it not been for the KitKat changes/certification and UI updates. We did not want to miss our initial delivery dates but we also didn’t want a poor customer experience at the outset and then make rolling improvements. The decision was made not to have paying customers be the beta testers!
Marken: This is true. Using the Nuvola unit with a 1080p HD set and streaming UHD content will make the content look “better” but not as outstanding as with a UHD set. We have been very encouraged by how rapidly prices for UHD sets have deteriorated. From everything we see and discussions with the major set manufacturers we expect to see large screen UHD sets in retail right at the $1,000 price point. Every manufacturer and retailer is expecting to have a major UHD TV set push prior to, during and following Black Friday here in the US UHD set sales outside of the US have been extremely brisk and we would expect 20 to 30 million units to be sold by the end of the year (depending on whose numbers you read).
Marken: Our sister company – 4K Studios – has repurposed more than 1,000 hours of HD content to very pleasing UHD. These include movies, travelogues, limited early TV series, indie and art films. Currently the company has the largest library of UHD content and we expect to keep that momentum going with relationships that are being constantly negotiated and signed. The studios (in Los Angeles and San Francisco) are literally running 24×7 to help studios repurpose libraries of content to monetize them. All of these will be available through the UltraFlix channel coming with the Nuvola – some of the content is free, some fremium, some premium. In addition there are a couple of series from Netflix and YouTube, which will be available through UltraFlix as well.
Depends how much they are giving for free. Did you notice the add on unit that will allow you to get the free air waves HD. The idea is then you can fire your cable company and save money there.
Remember "Space Invaders'? Your just getting old. The technology will lend itself to toher games.
Read the whole article. Then go on Amazon and read the customer reviews of the NP-1. People who buy 4k TVs want to be able to watch content that is true 4k. I don't see how this can miss. It has gone way too far to be a fraud.

Wake Up! 4 K will be the only way TVs come in a year from now. You must be referring to an old article.

The Np-1 box brings the worlds biggest library of true 4k movies which they formatted from regular HD into true 4k. I think they convert regular HD broadcast into 4k HD too. So if you have a 4k TV and you watch regular broad cast or Netflix movies you are not really viewing in 4k.
They may be beating out Netflix in the 4k market and be as big or bigger than netflix. Maybe Netflix willl buy them out.
They have the worlds biggest selection of true 4k movies that will come with the Sony 4k TVs. So I am guessing if a movie is not originally filmed in 4K. It has to be redigitized? Like when HD came out and old movies were made clearer by re-digitizing them. So again I am guessing Nano Tech has the best technology to do this? I am discussing not telling.
How is 2 new distributers on the east coast in 1 week not big news along with a new selection of different sizes? Plus people seeing on the shelfs in Fl.!
Accounting issues: I bet Bill Gates was not a business major, he was a computer geek. In the technology field I would rather have geeks making their first priority to come out with technology no one has yet, than a savvy business CEO just trying to make himself rich as we see so much in penney stocks. Once you have the technology you can hire the suites.
Nano Tech is on the cutting edge of technology otherwise how would they keep getting awards in their industry? Shorters never give up. They should do away with the option to short.
“We are truly honored to have the Nuvola NP-1 chosen for Ultra HDTV Magazine’s prestigious Best of CES Ultra HD Media Player Award,” said Aaron Taylor, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for NanoTech. “Having your product recognized as the best by your industry peers reaffirms our success in making The Future of Television affordable with ground-breaking technology. “
This was the second honor the Nuvola NP-1 4K Ultra HD streaming media player received last week. Additionally, the streaming media player received a Storage Visions Award for Visionary Home Entertainment product of 2014. The product was cited for its superior ability to economically deliver exciting 4K Ultra HD content to the home.
They do seem to be on the their game. They delayed distribution of the NP-1 for a great reason:
NanoTech’s Nuvola NP-1 is the first 4K Ultra HD streaming media player to pass the stringent tests in the Android compatibility test suite. CTS Certification allows user’s access to Google's library apps available in the Google Play Store and ensures the integrity of the device.
NanoTech partners that bundle the Nuvola NP-1 with their TVs and other devices will also benefit by providing their customers with access to a broad range of rich, immersive entertainment experiences while ensuring their secure delivery.
“We’re very pleased and proud that the Nuvola NP-1 has passed the Google CTS certification testing,” said Aaron Taylor, NanoTech’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “This is a major milestone for the product because our customers need to be confident that their source is authorized for downloading and using all the cool apps, video, games, etc. in the Google Play Store. We sacrificed earlier shipping dates so we could include several new features in our device, all built upon the Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS. Consumer satisfaction is our top priority.”
“Android 4.4 takes system performance to an all-time high by optimizing memory,” Taylor noted. “Combined with the proprietary performance enhancements NanoTech has added, the Nuvola is the fastest Tegra device in the market.”
The new OS also enabled NanoTech to make the Nuvola more convenient. With the new Android 4.4 OS, the Nuvola is the only device of its kind that has all the proper video modes available for the US, Asia and Europe (720p, 1080p and 2160p at 24Hz, 25Hz, and 30Hz, etc.). Version 4.4 also provides improved memory management, a reduced memory footprint and enhanced security. In addition, applications that embed web content can now use Chrome to render web components accurately and quickly. And with built-in support for cloud storage solutions such as Google Drive, Nuvola users can open files directly from the cloud, without having to first download them.

Isn't having a great product #1 concern? The reviews on the NP-1 on Amazon were very impressive and Best Buy is suppose to be stocking them and of course the Sony with Ultra Fix all perfect timing for the holidays.

Mind blown
By Courtney on July 17, 2014
Great product! It does actually stream 4k with my internet speed at an average of 7MBPS. I also like the fact that I keep seeing new addition of content on their library. It also has some cool video games, I had no idea, I will be getting their controller next. Super excited to learn more about it and the price is excellent.

I've been stuck with a 4k tv cause there hasn't been any content. This is the best purchase I've made in a while. I've never seen a picture this clear before. I'm finally able to use my 4k tv. Everything about this is amazing. Can't believe the amount of content too that is being released every day.

Bright Spot! Elra has never been this low in over 5 years. There will be only 1 way it can go soon. If we get good news from casino profits it will be sooner than later.
"Nadia" Didn't they just get several million funding and how do you explain Abram being involved?
Why would Abraham get involved if this was not going somewhere? He already has plenty of money. I don't think he would want to tarnish his successfull reputation by putting his name on a scam. It would hurt his chances of future ventures.
Accountant update in reference to cash flow and getting current with SEC would be huge boost to stock.
When will license news come? Oh by the way I was just reading last night about the severe marijuana shortage in Washington State. Businesses are being granted dispensary licenses but are afraid to open their doors due to the shortage of product.
Wow, thats more like it. They need to post their new show room on this site. Looks like its time to buy more shares. Thanks
Dan are you from there? Are these pictures on their website? I am a share holder not a basher.
If you owned AVEW, wouldn't you post pictures of projects before and after or pictures of the new Garden Center with all the foliage that is for sale? If that were on this site then "Boom". Just asking, or actually requesting.
Elray unbeleivable business opportunities now. Gambling in the east. I had a couple chinese buy a house I was selling becuase they liked the address number. It was a lucky number. True story it was the deal clincher.
I don't know? That unconfirmable 3 Mil. loan tweet came just in time to try and stop the bleeding.
Too coincidental?
Situation: 1) I believe Anthony is sincere he needs the win (as much as we want it, maybe more.), probably to use some of it to pay for past mistakes to go away.
2) As soon as something positive and verifiable happens like either Mehos get license and installs the GroPro system then takes picture of seedlings growing.
3) Established large grower buys/ leases system (GroPro)
Then we will have "Boom" but with so many other opportunities in stocks, most may invest elswhere until then. When is the only real question here not is this a scam or not.
My opinion.
Why dilute? Your stock is up, you have just made some great business deals. This could be a completely different story.
Just sold Incc and traded for Elray! , With the new news how high do you folks think this can go?
We are the last ones "We" should be arguing with! We must be in day mode.
I didn't sell, but late investors who weren't witnessing all the steps that INCC took and how they kept their word during every step only read the half truths were scared off. I would imagine an up to date financial statement would show the assets and any cash flow from the pipe business too along with an assesment of what the GroPro system is worth.
You are exactly correct, that and the wanna be SEC agents. Producing confiluded misinformation. I am going to send them plastic badges maybe that will keep them busy.
So he created a company name? You have to put an address down. It doesn't really mean that a business is operating out of that location. Maybe he was going to use that to buy GroPro originally? What is your point? Don't get me wrong I think it is great some of you investigate these companies, but some are making Mountains out of Mole hills.
Court Document not very descriptive.
