Malers Automation and Control Achieves Breakthrough in Homeland Security Sensor System
June 15, 2005 10:30:11 (ET)
HADERA, Israel, Jun 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Malers Automation and Control Ltd. ("Malers") (Pink Sheets:MSNC) today announced that the Company has confirmed a significant breakthrough in the development of its homeland security product which will be used to detect movement underground.
After completion of field testing at depths of 15 feet two months ago, the Company put significant efforts into increasing the reliability of the sensor's readings. "We have added several improvements to the sensor's electronics, which guarantee us a 90% minimum of reading reliability," says Ronen Luzon, Malers' CEO. "This is a critical milestone for us in taking the product to the next development stage, because the military community will only be satisfied with an extremely low false-positive ratio."
Malers expects to have final readings from independent labs on the reliability of the sensor system in the coming weeks. In parallel, the Company is working on the next stages of development of the system, which will eventually lead to depth readings of over 80 feet.
"Our latest findings are a confirmation of the path we are taking in developing the sensor system," continues Luzon. "Homeland security officials cannot activate their staff and resources based on low reliability systems, as in many cases, this would bring about more panic than benefit. Solving reliability issues gives us the peace of mind we need to focus on reaching the levels of depth that we have set as our goal over the coming months."
The security system under development for the homeland security market will enable law enforcement officials and governments to detect underground activity around borders and security fences.

An e-mail from Joel Gering of Malers-Automation:
Hi,
The company did a reverse merger into a shell whose stock price
was 0 in February this year. With the price a shambles, the board
decided to tighten up the number of outstanding shares and start
building up the company from ground zero.
Malers has some very nice contracts, is developing new products
and is very active in business development activities. The
investor public seems to be looking for a quick turnaround, but
this business takes time and the board is working to build
lasting value.
Regards,
Joel

Ledbed new pick GXXL- just released--------------------
As you know, all subpenny stocks are extremely risky. They are only for people who like to gamble. The subpenny stock I told you about the other day has done very poorly so far.
However, the subpenny stock I will tell you about right now is one I feel extremely confident about. I believe this one has the biggest potential out of any subpenny stock I have ever discovered. If this stock isn't successful, I will never mention any subpenny stocks ever again.
The symbol is GXXL. It closed today at $0.0001. There are about 8 billion shares outstanding giving it a market cap of around $800,000.
GXXL just entered into the homeland security business. GXXL has designed a new defense system to prevent the infiltration of terrorists under security fences. Depending on the size of the areas to be covered, the system prices could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
GXXL also just announced the release of a jointly developed product with its Russian partners, Automatic Service. The new product combines key functions in most production processes, giving the Company an important competitive advantage in the Automated Services Industry.
I think we will start seeing GXXL trade billions of shares during the upcoming days as the word spreads about the company. This could really catch fire very fast.

My firm Lebed & Lara, LLC, has been compensated by a third-party (CLX & Associates, Inc.) $22,500 cash for a one-month GXXL investor relations contract.

The Shinn shares have FINALLY been canceled. According to my sources, the total outstanding shares as of today is about 356 million. While this action has no bearing on the "float", as the Shinn shares were frozen & could not be sold, it is VERY POSITIVE as to HTDS's total market capitalization. The canceled Shinn shares could indicate that a negotiated settlement may be reached in the near future. If not, the trial & resolution of the litigation is just a little over a month away. Once HTDS is ruled to have exclusive marketing rights to Tubercin & T-19 the stock price could explode, as the total market cap has been drastically reduced.
