The Shinn shares have FINALLY been canceled. According to my sources, the total outstanding shares as of today is about 356 million. While this action has no bearing on the "float", as the Shinn shares were frozen & could not be sold, it is VERY POSITIVE as to HTDS's total market capitalization. The canceled Shinn shares could indicate that a negotiated settlement may be reached in the near future. If not, the trial & resolution of the litigation is just a little over a month away. Once HTDS is ruled to have exclusive marketing rights to Tubercin & T-19 the stock price could explode, as the total market cap has been drastically reduced.
