I think we might get this "issuing a nice, fat, meaty PR". But I don't believe we will ever get quarterly reports and I don't think he will ever bring on an ir firm. He is very focused on the bussiness and believes the share price will take care of itself. He has been contacted many times by ir firms but does not want to put out the cash when he can put it into the bussiness. I got the feeling a lot of his staff owned stock which may bode well for us in the long run if they carry influence. It is what it is.

Someone snatching up some shares today under .12.
Nice to see a little volume.
GLTA
Spoke with Peter last week.
He did not give me the answers I wanted to hear about communications with shareholders.
I will say this, it sounded like they are very very busy and growing. To his credit I have never heard a ceo more passionate about thier business then him. He is a man with a vision for the future of the company and sounded like he will stop at nothing to get there. My question is, if the company grows like carzy and is very profitable, but does not communicate well with investment community will the share price appreciate? I believe he feels it will take care of it self.
Conix may be correct,it looks like it may hit that .105.
If it does he wont be the only one buying.
GLTA
Agree.
I would not be surprised if we are appreciably higher on the stand alone merits of ctyx when we close.
I wonder how long it will take?
GLTA
Very large potential.
It will be fun to see how things play out here.
GLTA
Did you put in your bid at .008?
Maybe you an be one of the special few to get shares at that price.
Or you can just keep on a singing.
Bet we see above .015 in Feb.
Not a bad return.
Wait I think I hear music.
GLTA
I purchased my swing shares back at .117.
If it does not go back to .105 it will be the first time I have not followed your chart advise and been correct.
I think the chance of it filling the gap increased greatly since I bought back early. lol
I think if we have no news for another week it might trickle down and touch that price on light volume.
But the chance of more news is pretty good especially with the cc coming up the middle of the month and the two drugs that the fda has pre approved.
GLTA
I bought the bulk of my most recent shares on the ask at .007.
Although I did pick up a few hundred K at .009.
After this last run we have bounced off .008 a few times.
After the previous run we had a lower floor. I suspect that after the next run we may have a new higher floor somewhere at or above a penny.
Have you been trying to buy at .008?
Jump in GM, you might just make a little money.
GLTA
Not many sellers in the mid .11s.
It seems like its a new floor.
Everyone is waiting on the next drug release, which will happen any day now.
So many possible pr's it is going to be a fun year.
GLTA
lol
Who ever did it gm was the lead singer.
GLTA
Interest will build.
Give it time we have been under the radar for a while.
Your posts remind me of the old hehaw song "gloom, despair and agony on me, deep dark depression excessive (you can sing the rest).

"By the time this merger closes and one can buy the new shares in the merged company under the new symbol, CTYX will in all likelihood be trading significantly above these levels". I Agree.
The implant tech has so many possibilities and imo will be accepted and used in many applications over the next few years.
I believe CTYX would be looking at profitability without the merger by 3Q.
In the coming weeks we will see many new posters as a lot of new eyes will be watching CTYX imo.
Also expecting news.
GLTA
Becoming more hopeful.
Nice to see new contracts.
GLTA
Very true
"Sometimes having a "Devils Advocate" can help improve your research and DD skills".
I have learned a lot from the recent back and forth discussions and increased my position.
Its the taking a deep breath part I sometimes struggle with. lol
GLTA
Some nice bids showing up today.
Makes the daily chart look a little silly.
The products are very synergistic.
You can really understand why both parties wanted to merge.
GLTA
DR L
Its obvious you have some doubts about eltp.
What are your thoughts long term?
Are you waiting for the next three drugs to be released to get in?
Waiting for Profitability? They were last year until there only drug at the time was taken off the market.
I know a lot of folks wait until the street confirms its time to buy before they hop in.
GLTA
Very little volume.
Waiting for an explosion.
On the last big run up we hit 50 mil in one day.
GLTA
I have some titles for the next pr.

PositiveID Corporation to Launch Clinical Trial of Its Easy Check Non-Invasive Breath Glucose Detection Device This Month
Easy Check Featured Today in Wall Street Journal Story
DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Jan. 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PositiveID Corporation ("PositiveID" or "Company") (OTCBB:PSID), a developer of medical technologies for diabetes management, announced today it will launch the first clinical trial of its Easy Check™ non-invasive breath glucose detection device for people with diabetes later this month. The clinical trial will initially focus on people with type 2 diabetes. Easy Check would eliminate a patient's need to prick his or her finger multiple times per day to get a blood sugar reading.
Currently under development in Israel, Easy Check is a non-invasive breath glucose detection device that measures the level of acetone in a patient's exhaled breath and correlates that acetone level to a measure of blood glucose. The Easy Check technology is based on a patent-pending reagent cell that mixes a patient's exhaled air with a proprietary chemical compound, triggering a chemical reaction. The reaction is measured and software in the Easy Check device then interprets the measurement and correlates the patient's acetone level to the level of glucose in the body.
PositiveID Chairman and CEO William J. Caragol, said, "Our development of Easy Check continues to progress well as evidenced by the imminent launch of our first clinical trial of this potentially revolutionary product later this month. Easy Check could provide a means for people with diabetes to eliminate the pain associated with taking blood glucose readings, therefore facilitating more frequent testing and improved management of this growing disease."
Easy Check was featured in a Wall Street Journal story today: http://blogs.wsj.com/health/2012/01/05/personal-technology-walt-mossberg-on-wireless-enabled-glucometer/
In November 2011, PositiveID received FDA clearance for iglucose™, a mobile health system for diabetes management. The Company is currently developing Easy Check, GlucoChip™, a continuous glucose-sensing microchip, and the iglucose™ glucometer, a blood glucose meter with PositiveID's FDA-cleared iglucose technology built inside the device.
iglucose uses wireless technology to empower individuals with diabetes to be more engaged in the self-management of their condition by eliminating the need to keep manual logbooks. iglucose connects to market leading, data capable glucometers to wirelessly and seamlessly communicate blood glucose readings to the iglucose diabetes management portal, where, with the user's consent, glucose readings can be shared automatically with family members, caregivers and healthcare professionals via text message, email or fax.
More than 25 million children and adults in the U.S. have diabetes, or over 8 percent of the population, according to the 2011 National Diabetes Fact Sheet. The CDC predicts that nearly 30 percent of children born after the year 2000 will develop diabetes. The lifetime risk of developing diabetes for those born in the year 2000 is 35 percent. The total cost of diagnosed diabetes in the U.S. is estimated at $200 billion.
Prudent, congrats on your sell.
I would not have thought you could have bought back the next day under .009.
I was guessing a 2-3 day rally with a new higher floor above a penny.
GLTA
Cpner
Thanks for the congrats.
Are you long ctyx?
Looks like it could be a fun ride.
GLTA
Bet we close above .012. imo
Only a handful of people have seen the news this am.imo
Should be an interesting week and make this a very solid long term play.
GLTA
Agree
Bet this also gets us off the pinks.

VeriTeQ Acquisition Corporation Signs Letter of Intent to Merge with Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc. (CTYX.PK)

Connectyx Techs Hldgs (PC) (USOTC:CTYX)
Intraday Stock Chart
Today : Monday 23 January 2012
VeriTeQ Acquisition Corporation (“VeriTeQ”), a leader in implantable, radio frequency identification (“RFID”) for humans and animals, announced today it has signed a Letter of Intent to merge with Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc. (CTYX.PK) and its wholly owned subsidiary Connectyx Technologies Corp. (“Connectyx”), the manufacturer and distributor of the MedFlash®, an innovative Personal Health and Wellness Management System (ePHM) designed for maintaining personal health records (PHR). Upon consummation of the merger, the company will be renamed VeriTeQ Corporation and will continue to trade on the OTC Pink Market, under the new ticker symbol “VTEQ.”
VeriTeQ focuses on three main areas: patient identification and personal health record (PHR) access through implantable RFID technology and the Health Link web-based PHR; implantable sensor applications; and identification of medical devices within the body. VeriChip is the first and only FDA-cleared RFID implantable microchip for humans and patient identification.
MedFlash was launched in 2007 and has thousands of active members across the U.S. MedFlash is sold by leading membership organizations and retail outlets, including portions of national drug store and grocery store chains. MedFlash has multiple methods of emergency access to a member’s PHR, including a toll-free number, smart phone access, internet access, USB flash drive access, and Quick Response codes. The merger with VeriTeQ would provide for an additional method of access via the VeriChip implantable microchip, guaranteed to always be with a patient. In addition to MedFlash, Connectyx, which has an existing revenue stream, is developing its social network health and wellness platform, PHRToday, and its consumer pet network, Petclub.
On January 12, 2012, VeriTeQ announced it acquired the VeriChip implantable microchip and related technologies, and Health Link personal health record from PositiveID Corporation (OTCBB: PSID). PositiveID has retained a 10 percent ownership interest in VeriTeQ.
Scott R. Silverman, Chairman and CEO of VeriTeQ, stated, “With a renewed focus on implantable RFID for humans and animals, VeriTeQ was recently formed to lead healthcare to a long overdue technology paradigm. With this merger, VeriTeQ will gain a partner with a similar view towards health and wellness. On day one, the combined company will have a revenue stream and we plan to uplist to the Bulletin Board in the near future.”
Ronn Schuman, President and CEO of Connectyx, said, “We are very excited to merge our companies and work with Scott and his team to continue to grow MedFlash and focus on strategies to increase awareness of our company and our products. As we complete development of our MedFlash, PHRToday and Petclub networks, we believe the proposed merger with VeriTeQ will afford us the ability to offer a complete suite of services for people, their healthcare needs and their pets.”
The proposed merger between VeriTeQ and Connectyx is contingent upon, among other things, completion of due diligence, negotiation and execution of a merger agreement, and approval by the companies’ Boards of Directors.
A prelude of things to come, thats what you are seeing.
GLTA
The pr's will add up and so will the revenue. This was a profitable company until the fda pulled lodrane. That may come back this year. Even if none of their drugs are blockbusters they will get enough to market to be profitable this year.imo My guess is we see higher floors multiple times this year. You are correct there have been many chances to trade. At what point are you looking to get out on the next run? Are you long now or waitng to buy under .09. Nothing worng with trading.
GLTA
Nope got some .073s a few weeks ago and .089 last week.
I don't think that a few pennies will matter when just a small portion of the expected pr's hit the market.
No one knows where this will go but it is going to get real interesting real fast without any warning.imo
GLTA
Sure hope things turn around. That was me on 10 k sell. Have sold over half my position over the last month. Trying to sell small lots. I do think in the long term we will/should see price appreciation.
Held this thing for 6 years. Little longer than John and been here for. Still have bunches left. Won't sell anything more down here.
GLTA longs
To this point, at least for the last year, all of their prs have been legitimate news items. Not any pumps comming from the companies pr's. Sure hope you are correct. Lots of potential news.
GLTA
Expecting a pr today, another sale.
Should hit the wire around 3:45 est.
lol
To get their (4.25 )the analyst would have to be guessing 10 plus drugs on the market , a partner and award of both oxy patents. That all happens and they may be correct.
GLTA
Strongly agree
"fundamentally, I think they continue to increase revenues. They clearly are not like some companies that put out alot of PR. "
Because of this I am looking forward to higher highs and higher lows.
GLTA
My first buy was in the .05 range. Sold most of it at a .18 average. Started buying back at .14ish.
Eltp has a lot more going for it now then it did. It should be able to sustain a longer and higher price appreciation. It also has more shares which may make the climb a more gradual one, unless the new shares are held tightly. Which may very well be the case.
GLTA
I really loaded up in the .07 and brought my average down to about .10 also.
In the long run a few pennies one way or the other won't matter much.
