"By the time this merger closes and one can buy the new shares in the merged company under the new symbol, CTYX will in all likelihood be trading significantly above these levels". I Agree.

The implant tech has so many possibilities and imo will be accepted and used in many applications over the next few years.

I believe CTYX would be looking at profitability without the merger by 3Q.

In the coming weeks we will see many new posters as a lot of new eyes will be watching CTYX imo.
