A message received this morning from RSPG co-founder:
CNBC commercials begin today for a 6-week run.
Expect "several" pr's soon.
Thanks, True -
The thing is, we as shareholders, don't have enough information to determine what would be a money loser or a profit maker.
We don't know if the better bottomline would come from a few huge bulk sales to Africa, for instance, or large-scale stateside sales. We don't know if small-scale stateside sales (private label water) would have the highest profitability.
For instance: Say that one of us knows the owner the Del Coronado. The Del has 688 rooms. Assume an 80% occupancy. The shareholder connects the owner of the Del with Mr. Goldstein at RSPG. Mr. Goldstein sells the owner of the Del into providing 4 bottles of complimentary private label souvenir Del water with each room at check-in.
The Del sales department pitches Del private label souvenir water to conventions. The hotel sells them in their restaurants, poolside, tennis courts, etc. Would 1 million bottles of water annually be a reasonable estimate? That's .068% of RSPG's annual production resulting from a shareholder connecting a friend (the owner of the Del) with RSPG.
A second benefit is that it keeps individual shareholders in on-going touch with the co-founders of RSPG. For instance, these gentlemen are aware today of Mr. Restifo's recommendation to you regarding IR.
All of this goes against good investing, but from my personal standpoint, I like trying to help the company, it would be great fun to be a small part of a nothing company that becomes successful, and I enjoy reading the interactions of the members of this board.
But for the typical investor, he buys low and sells high (hopefully) with no emotion.
SF
I read about that, too, True.
There are 40 Hooters in Texas and at least one new one under construction.
I've seen Hooters, but never been in one (except when I was married...just kidding). It seems like chains like this (and the Hard Rock, etc), where part of the experience is purchasing souvenirs, would be ideal clients for RSPG private label bottled water (especially if the client has some sort of central distribution center where the water can be delivered by RSPG in large quantities).
SF
Thanks, True.
Questions about Crystal Splash, Data Commodities, the African LOI's and whatever else I don't recall right now were discussed during the verbal conversation with Mr. Goldstein.
ChunkyMonkey's eagle eye confirmed that Crystal Splash is a viable company, licensed to provide their products to all school districts in California.
I believe (guess) their plan is to expand eastward across the country, after they have found distributors, then use the Hereford water plant as a source when it is geographically/economically feasible.
In writing (to Mr. Hazan and Mr. Goldstein), followed up verbally (to Mr. Goldstein), I asked a question about Data Commodities' reported contract with Clark County. (RSPG does not have a contract with Clark County.) I have to be careful what I post regarding this, but I was told there is a minor issue that's being addressed. I don't mean to be cryptic, but I don't want to write something that I could be sued for. I am personally allotting next week for a resolution. I plan to send letters (email attachments) to Mr. Hazan and Mr. Goldstein tomorrow, but of course anyone can do the same or call either or both of them.
I agree with Free regarding Harley. Las Vegas is a beautifully fertile market for RSPG. They have existing connections and prospects, including national chain restaurants (Hooters, for instance), etc. and a tremendously huge convention market. The same is true for Los Angeles. I am trying to volunteer leads regarding the mid-section of the country. RSPG is open to suggestions and leads from anyone, I'm sure.
Thanks again, True.

Do you know if this company has anything to do with the highly successful and publicized "Anatomical Exhibition of Real Human Bodies" at the Houston Museum of Natural Science?
(I can't get link to work: Google - "Houston Museum Body")
Thanks, True -
I can't remember the number I called the one time I called RSPG, but Mr. Goldstein told me to use the Van Nuys number instead of the Beverly Hills number. I could be incorrect. He gave me his cell number, but I consider that an emergency last-resort to dial.
The Cameroon and Togo LOI pr's are posted on Yahoo (Google: rspg pk yahoo), but thanks for the other sources, we can read and compare.
RSPG has recent written requests on behalf of this board for the status of the African LOI's. I verbally was assured by Mr. Goldstein last week that these LOI's are still in the mill (my words), but that he could not give me additional information (because I said that whatever he said, I would post here).
The specifics of the Hereford water plant contract are detailed in the SEC filing. Note that the Lessor of the water plant is T & E Consolidators of Beverly Hills, California (Google: T & E Consolidators Beverly Hills).
I am pretty sure that the specifics of the Harley contract would be proprietary. (Note that Data Commodities is not mentioned in the pr. That is a very interesting blip.)
SF
Han, can you give the post number of that message?
Thanks -
Chunky, I suggest you write a formal business letter to Harel Goldstein, with all of the specifics, and email it to him as an attachment, followed by a mailed copy with a cc to Alex Hazan.
In my own written communications, I always specify in every email and letter that I am a poster on the RSPG board of Investorshub.com. Personally, I try to keep it as formal as possible, so I write letters as attachments. I seldom email messages to RSPG because I personally think it's semi-presumptuous. I only called them once (when I was pissed off about something) and received quick, gentlemanly and professional response.
I saw your post about this. I did mention this to RSPG; didn't get much response. My guess is that their big profit will eventually come from producing private label bottled water.
Anheuser-Bush apparently has the ability to instantly begin producing bottled water. I may be wrong, but I believe Bush and Wal-Mart distribution centers work together with FEMA to quickly transport water and ice to disaster areas. RSPG doesn't have a quick-response distribution process in place, whereas Bush, Wal-Mart, FEMA and others do. That's my guess.
Someone suggested that RSPG sell private label souvenir bottled water to the many huge annual motorcycle rallies across the U.S., each drawing hundreds of thousands of participants.
The Harley deal in Vegas should help in that regard.
That is interesting.
What if it turns out that RSPG is 100% truthful and correct in everything they said/say?
Thanks, True.
Mr. Goldstein (IDF) trained at Camp Pendleton. He really is a very nice "I-want-him-in-my-foxhole" person. He will talk to you.
Clarification: Data Commodities, LTD is almost certainly a viable company today, operating out of NV, per numerous articles in various trade publications and the assurances of RSPG as of last week.
True, I thought your post 1511 said you called Data Commodities and were transferred to an office in Beverly Hills.
Thanks for the update, Chunky.
Several weeks ago, I don't think Crystal Splash was approved, based on information from the same site. It is/was approved for distribution throughout the rest of CA, I believe.
CORRECTON: Crystal Splash is apparently approved in the Los Angeles Unified School District and other public school districts throughout CA.
Thanks, again, True -
Here's my best shot (can anyone else assist?):
Crystal Splash has an LOI with RSPG. The LOI seems to be contingent upon Crystal Splash moving eastward across the country and locating distributors (I think that info is on their site). I take that to mean that RSPG would supply water from RSPG's Hereford, Texas plant when Crystal Splash locates distributors and the distribution area is economically close enough to pick up RSPG's source water. Crystal Splash is supposedly targeting school districts, which are increasingly not selling/providing soda water to children.
However, Crystal Splash is apparently unapproved for distribution in the Los Angeles Unified School District because the water does not meet minimum specifications.
There is nothing I can find, and nothing posted here, indicating if and where Crystal Splash is available and/or sold. RSPG says Crystal Splash is a viable and operating company.
Regarding RSPG, I was verbally advised last week that the Beverly Hills office is closed (Van Nuys office is open).
There is an earlier post here indicating that Data Commodities, LTD has an office in Beverly Hills. This is new info, if accurate. I haven't verified it, yet. Data Commodities is supposedly located in Nevada (5101 S. Oakridge Ave, Pahrump, NV 89048) This is the address on the recent cancellation of their Texas wholesale liquor permit by the TABC (Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission).
Thanks, True!
Please keep trying. Don't be put-off. These folks will talk to you. I spoke with Mr. Goldstein last week for almost an hour on the phone. I got so tired of talking that I asked to end the conversation.
I wish you could make appointments and drive to Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys, to meet with Data Commodities, Crystal Splash and RSPG. We could all submit to you our questions. I think they are within several miles of each other.
It would be like going on a National Lampoon vacation, except probably much more fun and educational! It will give you a clear-shot for Investorshub.com RSPG Poster Of The Year!
Thank you.
Someone, I think it was NYC, posted that RSPG should generate a pr regarding the CNBC ads. I emailed the idea to Mr. Gold at Maxwell (RSPG's contracted investor relations company). Mr. Gold no longer responds to my emails. I believe others have had a similar problem. My last answered email from Mr. Gold was that he was forwarding an earlier email (with a number of questions from posters of this board)to the company for response. I received no response (thus far).
I then emailed RSPG the CNBC suggestion and received no response. Yesterday, RSPG and I traded a few emails. I again asked about the CNBC pr suggestion and asked for any other pr that might be pending, especially about the LOIs. I received no specific response to those questions.
I don't want to get too out-of-bounds with RSPG, and I also don't want to offend anyone on this board by coming across as a know-it-all. I am just a volunteer with the time available to try to get answers to our questions and to try to help RSPG make me money.
Thanks, NYC -
For the record, my attorney helped arrange the contact between a port and RSPG. I received copies of correspondence confirming the contact.
I am also attempting to arrange contact between a small, privately-owned,upscale,national hotel chain and RSPG (for private label water). I am also trying to help establish contacts between RSPG and two relatively large attractions, a national restaurant chain (on the NYSE) and 3 casinos.
I am saying this to keep members of this board as up-to-date as possible and with hopes that others will provide RSPG with leads from your area.
I was in contact with RSPG yesterday afternoon. I am close to begging for PR or any kind of information, no matter how insignificant, that they will allow me to post on this board. I also questioned the loss of Data Commodities' wholesale liquor license in Texas (which plays a significant part in RSPG's business plan as outlined in the SEC filing.) There are other unanswered questions, such as why RSPG did not produce a pr announcing the CNBC ads.
Thanks, Smart.
Your answer is in my previous post.
Sorry, Smart, I can't post confidential information regarding on-going negotiations between a public entity (i.e. a Texas port) and RSPG, in which my only interest is that of a shareholder.
The best I can do is provide conclusive, but confidential, documentation to the moderator, RoboDoc (if he is willing to accept it), proving the veracity of my post regarding this matter.
Anyone who is accumulating as much as they can of any stock is making a horrible mistake, imo. Better to go to Vegas for a long weekend and have fun losing.
As you know, Free, RSPG clearly cites many reasons in their SEC filings what this company is up against. Anyone reading this needs to read the SEC filings (Danger, mindfield ahead).
For whatever it's worth, I have a pending request (sent today) to RSPG for even the least bit of new info they would be willing to have posted here.
I was told last week that there is pr they will soon release.
I know for a fact that RSPG is involved in overseas shipping options from a Texas port. I know of one port that is currently in contact with RSPG (this information was given to me a few days ago by a reliable 3rd-party source with no interest in RSPG).
Thanks a lot Silver!
Additional information regarding the suit can be found at Google search: "Data Commodities United Cigars."
Look for "ICG MESSAGE BOARD" with a detailed 5/25/06 message from Peter Gnecco (Pete@cohibacigars.net), who apparently is somehow involved in the suit (which apparently has nothing to do Data Commodities and RSPG).
However, the expiration of Data Commodities Texas liquor license
(wholesale, I think) is new information. Anyone can contact Data Commodities and/or RSPG and ask about this. I will inquire, also.
Thanks -
I know, because within the past hour, I directly communicated (again) with a co-founder of the company.
That's why I suggest that anyone with questions call the president/ceo: Alex Hazan (818/902-3690) or Harel Goldstein, co-founder and director of worldwide sales and marketing.
I am attempting (as a volunteer) to help facilitate the overseas shipment of RSPG water from a Texas port on a best-price basis.
I had some other ideas, most of which were ignored.
This is a small start-up company that can use sales/marketing tips and leads from any source, especially its stockholders.
If you have a major attraction, school district, etc. in your area with which you have a contact, shoot it on over to Mr. Goldstein at RSPG and discuss it with him.
"U guys are all retarded."
I have a Masters Degree in education and I would say that you may be right, in my case.
However, I know for a 100% fact that RSPG is chugging along (they just received their license to pump water last month).
You can day-trade and short the hell out of it. That's a different league. I am long.
I believe in the company and its founders. I have read (more than once) the list of reasons they site in their SEC filing why this company may not be successful.
"just did wrong number"
If you entered the wrong number, there is an option to re-enter and try to get it right (as many times as that may take).
I do not understand why people with questions about RSPG can not or will not call the CEO (Alex Hazan) at 818-902-3690. Talk to him and tell us what he says. Why not?
At least give the man a chance to talk to his shareholders/complainants. If you are nervous and unsure, write your questions on index cards and read them to him.
You have the CEO's telephone number and many questions, complaints and disparagements.
Suck up the courage, call him and give us a post.
Anyone can ask the CEO questions:

Royal Spring Water
(818) 902-3690

Could you ask Mr. Hazan the questions and post the replies?
The co-founders of this company, according to posts here (and my own personal experience), are ready, willing and able to answer questions, in person, on the phone.
Alex Hazan, President / CEO
Royal Spring Water
(818) 902-3690
Ask Mr. Hazan questions and post the replies, please.
ALEX HAZAN
Alex Hazan arrived in the United States in the early eighties. After his army service in one of Israel's elite units, Alex headed one of the most prestigious security providers in the world.
Shortly after his arrival in the United States, Alex established a large home improvement company. Alex oversaw the company's strategy, marketing and sales. The company became a major builder in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
In 1994 Alex formed Silver Cloud Productions and arranged financing (including his own) of over $25 million dollars to produce worldwide independent films.
In 1996 Alex founded one of Israel's leading 3D animation companies - MIM TV (www.mimtv.com). Alex funded the company in its entirety and oversaw the marketing and strategic planning of MIM TV.
Alex produced and developed a large library of children's DVD programming, as well as CD-ROM interactive games. MIM TV is currently selling its products to Toys"R"Us.

I asked that specific question, Trueheart, and the answer was no.
Thanks, True -
You could call the CEO and just flat-out ask questions.

RSPG's SEC report specifies the many obstacles it's up against. It's a challenge.
The water plant in Hereford, Texas received license to produce several weeks ago. The plant may be producing drinking water for international usage (per SEC). Do we know about plant security?
The bio and email of the plant manager (who I think is a co-founder) and the other co-founders are on the RSPG web site.
This is a start-up company that's starting up.
I'll ask your question when I ask other questions from this board in around a week. You can also emai RSPG directly.
OT: up in Wyoming.
Are there two maybe-positive things you can post about RSPG?
Free, what is your take on why we occasionally have these end-of-day surges that bring the price up? What do you think causes that?
Why do you think the price has pretty much held steady although there has been no pr this month?
Do you think that RSPG doesn't want the price to fall below a certain point and that they take actions (such as their backers buying stock) to keep the price steady (until awaited pr will resume its upward movement)?
