Sorry, Smart, I can't post confidential information regarding on-going negotiations between a public entity (i.e. a Texas port) and RSPG, in which my only interest is that of a shareholder.

The best I can do is provide conclusive, but confidential, documentation to the moderator, RoboDoc (if he is willing to accept it), proving the veracity of my post regarding this matter.
