They still have the same problem. They can''t pay a good quality person to fill that position unless that person is willing to work for nothing in the short term. It's tough to find people like that. If someone is willing to work for free, there's usually a reason. That's why we got Scorzelli.

We can only guess why Scorzelli has decided to clam-up all of a sudden. My guess is that it is Tiax related. I doubt that he would quit now, especially with the progress with All-clear. He could be entertaining offers to buy the company or he could be working on othet stuff. Let's see. He's not stupid. He knows that there is money to be made here. I just hope we go along for the ride.

I'm encouraged by the slow and steady stock accumulation that appears to be going on now. Most of us here feel that the company is way undervalued based on licenses alone so I would suggest just being paitent and adding when you can because eventually there will be a lot of sharks out there looking for your shares.

Wax, everyone knows, especially Tiax, that this company has always been cash strapped. That's why they are dragging this thing out in court, hoping the whole company will just fold up. So a payment schedule based on sales would seem the only reasonable way they could pay the judgement aside from a cash infusion from Kidde, Robinson, or a special stock offering.

Scorzelli told me that he had offered to pay Tiax a percentage of sales on three different occasions to settle this thing but they declined and went ahead with litigation. The case that was just settled involved R&D costs associated with the All-clear formula that Tiax said USGA owed them. Now, there is a second case involving marketing rights of All-clear that is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing in July/2008. If they can't settle or win that case, the judge may end up ordering USGA to pay some type of royalty to TIAX.

So I don't think we will know the answers to your questions until this second case is settled. (This suit was filed immediatly after All-clear got EPA approval and announced co-marketing with Kidde.) Docket# 07-589.

I guess a good indication of whether they can start selling All-clear in the meantime will be to watch the All-clear.com website to see if there is any activity. I will also be following up with contacts at Kidde to see if they have any plan to go ahead with sales in the near future.

Preston, I hope PS is not even considering selling shares at this low level to cover legal fees and judgements. It would be outrageous imo. If they have no other option they should get a loan from Robinson and then not pay him back until the pps is over $1.00.

Okay Q, I got a little more clarity on the dismissal. It was a dissmissal with a judgement for Tiax. USGA was ordered to pay $189,000 + any interest along with another $76,000 in damages.

It's something but it certainly not a lot of money. Both sides probably paid more in legal expenses.

I checked the other case and it is still going ahead at this time.

I would love to see that. They demo-ed Mapsands to the wrong people IMO. We have been protecting the Arabs for over 50 years with millions of our $ and troops and how do they repay us? I appreciate the effort JJL. I had done some of that in the past as well but after talking with Scorzelli about Mapsands and the fact they wern't able to close a "last chance" deal back in September 2006 with a middle east buyer, I figured it was dead.

Then I got caught up in all this ALL-clear litigation garbage and I kinda lost focus. If we see some progress with All-clear then I will try a little free-lance promo again.

Second, if you take a little time and read back through some of the post on this board you would see that everyone knows where BENZ is coming from. Whether you agree with him or not, the recent history shows that he has been correct in his opinions/predictions about AURC a heck of a lot more the the longs on this board.You can call it experience, inside info or dumb luck but it is what it is. Personally,I wish I had took his advise long ago and ran for the hills.

On the other hand, while this may still be a good flip in the short term, any talk about "huge gaps up" and "massive naked short covering" has about as much credibility as sighting of the lock-ness monster and UFO's. imo

unless, ofcourse, AURC amangement were to do something completely uncharacteristic like come clean and tell the whole truth.
