We need to get articles written about the benefits of E-Water put into the big workout mags...i.e. Muscle&Fitness, Musclemag, Mens Health, Oxygen, etc...I think THAT would really help to push the branding forward and increase sales.
Anyone up for a grass-roots bombardment of these magazines to get them to pump e-water up?
Just got if off the site. I was initially trying to pull it up off the link on the PR message below.
I agree. I bought 3 AK-47's last week alone, LOL!!!
...And most of you think I'm kidding...
Anyone else having a hard time accessing the link? I'm not getting there. Hopefully the server is being pounded with requests... :)
Besides...Once Rush is in with Comcast...Comcast is NATIONWIDE. Baby steps Gentlemen. Another building block towards the MOAPR's.
The VOD is just the beginning IMO. The fact that it is starting in the Chicago area makes sense, in that with the word out in that area, shipping charges are minimal to keep profits high. Said it before and I'll say it again. Slow and methodical every step of the way. VOD means that the commercial is DONE. I think this is a huge step along the way. Once the commercial is made, it can be stuck into any market...
Crawl before you walk, walk before you run...
May have spoke too soon! LOL!
Five? Hmmmm...I like your optimism.
I bought another million yesterday at .0025, so with those shares I'm in the green today! LOL. Feels good to have a nice day in the green with RSHN for a change!
Now the overall picture of where I'm averaged??? Not so much...
Because even with all the prospects of great things to come, most of us are tired of hearing about "things to come". I, (like I am sure most of you, and most other investors) want to hear that previous "things to come" are now contracts. I believe they are coming, but doubt we will see serious movement until they do.
JMO
Still waiting on the MOAPR's.
I agree. But they are preparing themselves. Contracts waiting in the wings IF they can produce. My guess is? They are working on PRODUCING.
Product manufactured. Product warehoused to be shipped out within 24 hours of order. Think how much product that would be if all the contracts we are speculating were to happen. Bob Corr is preparing for it, IMO, and once he is there, the contracts will be signed.
Many of you don't know, but I am in the exact same situation in my business. In the past two years, I could have sold 1000% more product than I could produce. For the last year we have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars engineering a newer, more efficient manufacturing process.
Guess what? The floodgates are now open, and I have orders to last me throughout not only the summer, but the end of the year. New machine coming online soon that will cut manufacturing time in half...AGAIN.
My point? I didn't chase a LOT of bigger contracts until I was ready. To do so beforehand would have been futile. If you sell someone a product, and can't produce, your name is MUD.
Corr is building...he has made the contacts. Emphasis now is on production and warehousing. Big announcements WILL come once the production is there and the contracts are signed.

Somewhat OT:
You want to see managment you cant trust? Check out PGPM. May 1st PR said that they estimated that they were sitting on 900 Million barrels of oil...
A month later, actual numbers? 4 Million.
THAT'S managment you can't trust.
Exactly...
Rome, er, I mean Wal-Mart, wasn't built in a day.
Your'e doing a great job Tony! Who knows, maybe this will get you into corporate Rush someday!
I'm not sure where this distrust of Corr and the rest of the management is coming from? What specific points are there that make you worry that us investors are "wasting our time here"?
In December, Mr. Corr issued a letter to all stockholders of RSHN.
RushNet, Inc. Issues Letter to Shareholders
BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Dec 01, 2005 NOT A NEW PR-REPRINT (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN.PK) president Robert J. Corr issued the following statement to stockholders of the company.
Dear Shareholders:
In response to numerous calls and letters, I take this opportunity to
apprise stockholders of the current status of our company and our
plans going forward. At once let me say I have had the pleasure of
talking to many of you since January 2004, the first month of my
tenure at RushNet, Inc. The company welcomes your input and
suggestions. We're all on the same team here, as I am a shareholder
too.
Share Structure
As of 30 November 2005:
Public Float: 1,272,418,582 shares
Restricted (Management Owned): 719,133,280 shares
Issued and Outstanding: 1,991,551,862 shares
Authorized Shares: 4,000,000,000
The company recently authorized an increase from two to four billion
shares total. This increase allows RushNet, Inc. to act in the best
interests of shareholders by securing a partner who can adequately
finance the company's ambitious growth plans. To this end, we have
retained a capital management firm to guide us to a private placement
partner. The expected market penetration and profitability resulting
from such a partnership should benefit us all with increased share
value.
Pursuant to a successful private placement, we expect the company to
be owned--one-third by regular stockholders, one-third (restricted
shares) by management, and one-third (restricted shares) by the
private placement partner(s).
Trade Data
RushNet, Inc. currently sells four products in the marketplace:
Ginseng Rush(TM), Ginseng Rush XXX(TM), Rush Cola(TM) and e-water(TM).
Trade show and market activity since summer 2005 has ballooned the
company's invoices to nearly $100,000. These represent a mix of new
orders and re-orders from billion-dollar food and beverage
distributors across the nation. We expect order flows to continue and
increase. Trade payables equal approximately $30,000.
For December 2005, we anticipate:
1) a scheduled sample bottling run of e-SportO2 Water(TM), an advanced
alkalinizing sports drink. (Distributors to receive samples in January
2006.)
2) the reformulated version of Rush Cola(TM), an all-natural cola
blended with ginseng and herbs, to debut in Canada;
3) new items Ginseng Rush(TM) Capsules and Ginseng Rush XXXX(TM)
Extract to debut in the United States.
4) growing the e-water(TM) brand through royalty license agreements
with regional bottlers. We are currently in negotiations with one such
bottling firm.
Conclusion
Finally, let me reassure stockholders that your management team is
working diligently to assemble a dynamic portfolio of truly innovative
and healthful all-natural beverages and dietary supplements. We know
the market is eager for such products. It is precisely because of the
enthusiasm and demand for our offerings that we need to take
additional steps which can, we trust, establish our expanding product
lines as truly national brands.
Yours faithfully,
Robert J. Corr
President
RushNet, Inc.
Where we are now? I would say that the majority of the things that he foresaw for the coming months have come to fruition.
The PR's in the previous months have mentioned talks with distributors in Texas and Asia, as well as Whole Foods and possibly Krogers. I'm sure there were talks. And I'm sure that in these talks, all these companies that are considering distributing Rush products want to know the one most important factor:
"Will you be able to supply our demand? Until then, we cannot enter into any negotiations with you..."
These things are being put in place slowly and methodically. Since December, Rushnet and Robert Corr have done almost every single thing that he envisioned. Brewery purchase, private investment money, Christie Communications, new products, increased distribution of e-water, etc...
Even with new money, these things take time. To be honest, I think they are doing a hell of a job.
Just because things don't happen as fast as we would LIKE them to, doesn't mean for a second that we can't trust the management.
Hypothetical...You have a great product and $3 million to work with. How fast can YOU set up nationwide distribution and marketing?
Expect it to be included in the MOAPR's...LOL!
There HAS to be many more stores that are carrying Rush products than the ones that MadTony has on his list. Just a guesstimate, but would you say that there are 100 fairly regular posters to this board?
The stores that WE have found are posted on Tony's list. I would think that there are plenty more stores out there that are carrying the product that the 100 or so of us have not found.
JMO
Volume today is very sad. I hate to say it, but sure hope we don't get a decent PR. Would suck to waste one on such a slow day...
Once again Fire, great DD. Thanks for the post!
Don't know, but at least got us off the topic of McDonalds...
Alright folks. Apparently everyone else here only wants to hear good things about this company. Therefore, I must certainly leave and not post anymore.
I'll check back with this board in a month, and either I, or ALL of you can say "I told you so..."
In the meantime, don't forget that this company fell short of it's May 1st prediction by 896 MILLION barrels of oil. The crap they put out today is an absolutely disgusting, vague attempt to "calm the nerves" of a lot of folks that would like to strangle them.
After reading it, what I took out was the following:
Ummm, folks. We screwed up really bad, BUT, we learned a lot about the oil business. Please stick with us because we are predicting that in the future we will make better decisions.
Sure.
All this speculation about them not releasing information on all their wells is crap. If they had more oil, they would have told us, but they didn't, because they can't.
JMO, GLTA.
Remember, Hope is not an investment strategy.
Alright boys...getting ready to open an ice cold Rush XXX! Get ready for that EOD run! LOL
OT:
Cool, thanks. I understand all that. My whole point was that people at a blackjack table that get all pissed off because someone who is sitting next to them "took their card" on a bad play have no reason to do so. Everyone at the table (and in the market) make their own plays with their own reasoning. (And their own money!)
Is there supposed to be another PR today?
Understandable...and much better put than the last time IMO, thanks.
Good try! Seems like it's the MM's that are trying to keep the price down. Rather than letting everyone see a buy print at .004, they sell at .0034. Hmmm. Seems like I was correct after all...
Thanks Eddie. No matter what anyone says, this stock will run when it's ready to. The "Mother of all PR's", when it comes, will make it ready.
OT: Hans has jumped almost $40 a share in just the last two months!
Goooooo Rush!
Well, I still have my bid in, and it doesn't seem that the MM's have made any move based on it. As a matter of fact, it seems to me that the market is moving AWAY from where I would like to buy more shares.
Yes, if EVERYONE did the same thing that I did, of course the PPS would go down. The chances, however, of my one bid starting a market swing downward is so remote that it's almost comical.
PS...In an amateurish kind of way I count cards myself. I don't, however, get pissed off at the guy next to me for staying on 15, causing me to get the next card rather than him taking it. THAT was the point of my analogy.
Agreed.
IMO you might have missed a zero in your calculations....008 seems more reasonable as a bottom for this stock.
I'm very concerned with the leaders that are commanding this tank.
So...I am holding 2 million shares at a certain PPS. I want to add more shares at this time to help bring my average PPS down. To do so, and to get to where I, and I say I, would like to be at an average, I wan't to buy them at .0028. Why is that such a problem? Yeah, I'll pay .0030, and then four minutes later it drops to .0028 anyways.
I'm looking out for ME, ME, ME. Just like YOU, are looking out for YOU, YOU, YOU. I shouldn't have said f*c%ing anything.
.0028 IS the price I want to pay for more shares right now. I may get it, I may not. You want to tell me that I'm driving the price down because I want to buy at .0028? Then I'll tell YOU that your'e driving the price down because your'e not BUYING at .01.
Geez, reminds me of the folks at the blackjack table that bitch about other peoples hits / passes rather than worrying about their own damn cards.
Someone fired up the rumor mill...Just playing along.
Would be nice to see a fat juicy contract with DHS or FEMA...This technology would be perfect to keep coms open for all kinds of disasters nationwide. Hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.
I like.
Byyyyyyy the way...Shortly after I put in my bid at .0028, we printed .0034. How in the WORLD did that happen?
So now I am a MM? That my little bid of 500K shares at .0028 I can control the market? Wow, I had absolutely no idea it was that easy!
Hey, why don't you put in a buy bid for .01??? Maybe that will make the MM's drive the price up and we can all make money today!
Puuuullleeeeezz.
Just for fun...Have an order in for 500K at .0028. Wonder if it will get filled today?
McDonalds: Sorry Coke, we have decided to replace you with a healthier alternative.
Coke: Sorry McDonalds, you and I are under contract, therefore, should you chose to leave, we will have to sue.
McDonalds: Well Coke, the reason we are leaving is because your product contains not only addictive caffiene, but also sodium benzoate and citric acid, which have been strongly linked to extremely high levels of toxic BENZENE. And we ALL know that these levels of BENZENE are killing people with all kinds of cancers...SO, would you like to step out of this contract nicely? Or would you rather we TELL all of our customers WHY we are leaving?
Coke: Nice doing business with you in the PAST Mcdonalds...
Why would people NOT sell when Pilgrim missed their projections by 896 million barrels of oil? $33 by the end of the year? Good luck now...
I would be amazed at .33.
Ugghhhh!!! I just looked at the link. Man, you are a jokester! I thought about and laughed again at Rush's "Distribution network" that you posted last week....
HILARIOUS! LOL
I wouldn't worry Sling...
My guess? They are producing and storing AS WE SPEAK. I would be willing to bet that there are A LOT of things going on right now behind the scenes that would just amaze us.
Given (what seems to be) Bob Corr's business strategy in the past, he is slowly, methodically, and carefully building this company one block at a time. IMO, when the time is right, and all the planets are in alignment, RushNet is going to drop the Mack-Daddy, Mother of all PR's on us...These others that we have been getting are all teasers of the BIG PICTURE.
Got Rush?
