How do I get to vote.
Retail advancement at Sprouts.
try again BKK, uplisting sooner than you have a clue.
Hey mike.
How do I get to vote. Did you get a ballot via email?
"this P O.S is down again today".
I will vote yes
I didn’t have to get to the bottom to know you were full of s***

I thought you were channeling the late, but not so great bkk
I'm sure you were just kidding.
I know a buyout most likely would be WAY down the road. But I would like to pose some questions. What is best for me as a CVSI stockholder once the confirmation comes that a buyout is right on the edge of completion.
What do you do then?
1. Quickly sell your stock before it happens, especially if it is something high like $30 or more. Take the money and run. Or, are you better off waiting until the deal is over and you can gain by merging with the new company?
2. Wait for the buyout and then what? It merges with the new company and it has a totally different price per share? For example: Our shares are $30 when it happens and the buying company's shares are $250. Does each of our $30 shares turn into $250 per, or is it pro-rated and we get something in between?
3. Are we forced to just give up our shares and get paid all the money due to us? Or, will we have an option to stay with the buying company and maybe see a HUGE increase in value?
This may sound very amateur to some of you, but I'm trying to figure out the best thing to do when or if the time comes. I need all the money I can get. It is difficult at this time for me trying to keep up 4 houses in all 4 corners of the US, 17 kids by 5 different wives receiving alimony, my private jet needed to fly back and forth to Vegas, and a very bad CBD habit!
Does anyone see CVSI as a takeout candidate right now ?
UPLIST SOON!
In regard to the upcoming vote on this Evergreen question, what is to prevent the company from just handing any amount of shares they want to, to one of the company insiders? Am I wrong in that they don't even need this question passed because they can do much of that anyway? Much like they gave Mona $9 Million. We didn't get to vote on THAT.
Liberty Health
jefra . . . thanks for that summary. After I read the report I decided to drink 5 martinis and swallow 10 valiums and wake up in 3 months to see if things changed for the positive. Your 'review' made me change my mind. Maybe by the end of next week we will see share price boosted.
Damn! Maybe just 1 martini and 1 valium . . . :))

Just read this story:
"ELDERLY GREAT-GRANDMOTHER ARRESTED AT WALT DISNEY WORLD FOR POSSESSION OF CBD OIL
Guards checking purses at the entry gate found the small bottle and arrested her. I don't know what brand it was. I'm sure it was not a CVSI product from what I saw. It had "THC 0%" on the bottle label, yet they arrested her for 'possession'. She even had a doctor's prescription for it.
Seems the laws in Florida do not recognize ANY CBD products as legal. Her arrest was considered a felony charge, yet you can carry a sizeable amount of MJ in Florida and only be charged a misdemeanor. This is wacky!
Only thing I think I can see good out of this is Florida said they are against CBD because there is no oversight on the contents of the bottles to indicate the safety of the product. Perhaps our GRAS will help dispel this somewhere down the road.

The stock market is terrible right now, yet we are going UP!? You never know what is going to happen. Everything I read over the weekend said that the market was going to take off like a rocket today and all this week. I figured that would help CVSI too. Yet, the market is deep in the RED and our stock is climbing again. This is just weird!
It is final until a successful appeal proves otherwise.
Both letters with their dates are cited in the lawsuit filing.
The letter actually mailed to CVSI said FINAL REJECTION.
I see that CVSI price is dropping again today. Is there something going on behind the scenes we are not aware of? This doesn't make any sense to me. IS there something brewing that is negative in effect? We are getting dangerously close to the $4 mark.
If they continue to FAIL to prosecute, our motion to dismiss will simply be granted.
BUT plaintiff's were a NO SHOW
I'll be voting for the "evergreen"
I believe the impending board meeting is what is crashing this stock. After investors read the proposals showing the, what appears to be the greedy Evergreen proposition, people are shying away from this company. If they had a crystal ball and could see the Evergreen clauses would fail, then they would stay on board. I know that I am NOT voting a 'yes' on this. It's too much, too soon. Hopefully, after the board meeting and this proposition fails, investors will once more hop on this stock.
Clearly Fidelity believes in CVSI too. Thanks! Great info.
1: your bold “no upmost” reminds me of someone who got banned on here..
This is all just old style Pit Trader observations
because their recreational weed operations are located in Canada, where both adult recreational use and medical pot are allowed under federal law.
What I wonder is how they add the CBD,
Well . . . another boring and dull day at the office! We are like a ship out to sea just sitting in the doldrums. We need a strong wind to blow on this again.
What will they think of next?!!!
Carl's Jr. is going to start selling a new CBD infused hamburger! They will put the CBD in their new special sauce. Sells for $4.39, I believe. Starts April 20.
While I'm all for them buying TONS of CBD, and hopefully from CVSI, it leaves me wondering just how effective a few drops of CBD will be in a hamburger. Perhaps you would have to eat about 100 of 'em before you could feel anything. I think some of the usages of CBD borders on the hilarious or even the ridiculous. Whatever . . . I hope this makes our stock go up!
In short, I am not for the evergreen deal at this time. If the execs want to use a blue chip stock system to get paid, then make the company a blue chip stock first.
Evergreen is a touch different.
I would have expected more enthusiasm in the market.
WHAT DOES THIS TELL YOU
Thanks P O T D !!!
Mike
My only greens are extraction plays.
I’m thinking of moving more resources to them.
I LIVE for the Monday morning openings! Looks like I need to die again and wait for next week.
