Well . . . I guess what ever reputation I have on here will probably go way down today when I tell you how I voted. I hated going against some of you because even though I've never seen you face to face, several of you are considered by me to be my good friends.

With that said, here is what I did:
1. NO on Mona being on the board. Whenever I see or hear his name I instantly think of Mona = Money

2. I voted NO on Evergreen. While I understand the desire to be able to hire and keep great associates, I think there are other ways of rendering reward to them. Base it on what the 2019 calendar year does. Use a percentage value system. Put it on paper, "here is what you will receive once we reach this amount of sales".

CVSI needs to replenish the coffers after shelling out nearly $10 Million. They have become rather loose with throwing around shares for reward to insiders.
