BUT plaintiff's were a NO SHOW
It would be quite costly for the clients and the lawyers to continue on with this non-winnable case. Sounds to me like they are throwing in the towel. I don't know all the mechanics of procedure, but I'm wondering what the court does when the Plaintiffs fail to show over and over. Does that signal the end and the judge just dismisses it on the 'no show', or does the Plaintiff have to at least file a request for an Order to drop the case before it is finally out of the system?
