>If you were an ordering physician. Which would order ?
Too many questions in the last message.
I think in a large HMO like Kaiser for example, I don't think physicians have much flexibility. I'm not a doctor so I have no idea, but I know I've been told more than a few times that I could NOT get whatever Rx I preferred over whatever junk was being prescribed. Bottom line there, IMO, is the company/product has to get through purchasing at some of the large HMO's and hospitals. For the smaller practices, I guess that's where those well dressed drug representatives come in?
As far as an OTC monopoly for places like Walmart, Target, CVS, etc. -- think about that. From the consumer perspective have you seen other "electronic" pain management options OTC? I'm sure most of us in the US have seen this...
http://www.icyhot.com/smartrelief-back-hip/
Now you can tell me how this product is better than that product and so on, but with OTC, it comes down to shelf space and ADVERTISING IMO.
Again, this is one of the reasons why I feel like any future deal is going to come in the form of a buyout, rather than a partnership. I could be wrong, but it's going to take a lot of money and effort to make BIEL as big as some people around here expect.
Sorry, you're right. It was day before that the .0024 order was sitting there for half the day with only 3.whatever mil shares filled. The week is flying by. :) The premise was... order sat there, and "only" could sell a little more than 3 million.
Someone else on that day suggested 100 million or something traded and "lots of people buying"... that's why I responded in the first place the other day. Because I was suggesting if they were buying, they weren't hitting my open order on the ask at .0024.
I'm only curious if they paid for it or not.
Because, I fully agree with you -- IMO it's "BS", and it's ridiculous.
Agree. GSK has a "Bioelectronics"
R&D division for that it's worth:
https://www.gsk.com/en-gb/media/resource-centre/bioelectronics/
So clearly there is some merit in the research and potential usage of these types of devices. Especially if POTUS gets Mr. Sessions to get rid of the Opiate pushers.
Orion was just 1st example found
to dispel the idea that BIEL has a "FDA APPROVED MONOPOLY" as the other user stated.
PEMF in general is not new, nor is BIEL the first company that I am aware of to receive FDA CLEARANCE for PEMF based device aimed at treating pain.
Orion may not be the most practical, portable, or cost effective solution.
I'm sure there are others out there and I'm sure there will be plenty improvements on existing patents (in the form of new patents, new products, from new companies).
People will use what doctors recommend
How many people are addicted to opiates, initially because of this simple statement?
To that end, it doesn't matter how small, effective, cheap, or low cost an electronic pain management solution is. Ultimately it will come down to what their doctors recommend and what their insurance will pay for (in the Rx realm anyway). Why on earth do you think Pharma reps make so much money?
mm manipulation doesn't work like that
Literally MM means "MARKET MAKER".
If I am on the ask, and there are orders to buy at the ask, they process the transaction. It's not like some joker behind the trade desk can sit and turn his head the other way and say NYAH NYAH NYAH NYAH I DONT SEE THIS ORDER.
Bye? I plan to buy much lower before
FDA clearance.
After the action yesterday with the order sitting there I've decided IMO, the price will surely get much better (to buy) in the next 30-60+ days or so that I think it will take for FDA clearance or application update.
>BIEL has the only FDA approved monopoly
> I sent you my order status
in private message yesterday Viking. You know that.
No need to try to suggest to community that I'm making anything up.

Only asking about risk of patent loss
By some kind of loan/note default. Do you know anything about that? Again, user "GetSeriousOK" mentioned yesterday or day before something about the daughter having the patents tied as collateral to some loan/note or something. Do you know if that is true?
re: Boots - Too easy...
Call individual stores.
Ask them if they still have product X.
If not, ask why not.
Eventually you get a consensus of opinion.
>Who cares about Boots!
>first in line
Maybe you don't get it...

Most of these links are the same "review" template as this business review of BIEL, with different tickers.
Note that the websites listed all look different, i.e.:
mtinewsjournal.com
tremontheald.com
grovecityreview.com
bucknerbusinessdaily.com
parkcitycaller.com
And so on. But these domains all created to sound like small city/town business reviews. But are they all owned and maintained by the same group? Do you own DD. It's as easy as looking at web source code, whois data, or IP subnets. That's easy.
But back to the big elephant in the room question ---
DID BIOELECTRONICS PAY FOR A PRESS RELEASE FROM THESE GUYS?
>This just in...[SAD]
>.18/share by Xmas 2018!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So to be clear, you expect this company with less than $300k prev quarterly revenues today, which are (as reported) in decline... to be capitalized at or purchased for around $4.5 billion dollars within the next 5 months?
My math right?
25,000,000,000 shares * .18 = $4.5 billion.
Convertible debt...
Viking - I posted proof to you privately
I was sitting on the ask almost all day long at .0024
I was the .0024 wall as of 12:30 ET or so.
Should be pretty clear what type of sales those were after that point outside of the partial fill of the first 5mil lot I had up.
Not sure why you would attempt to suggest anything else.
If you're not sure, call OTCBB or FINRA and ask if order processing is FIFO or not.
>honored the no reverse split promise.
Compare reverse split Vs. increases of AS.
Reverse split doesn't guarantee dilution of value.
if reverse split 1 for 10 and you had 10 shares valued at $.10/PPS, you now have 1 share valued at $1.
I'd rather have had the stock reverse split every time that the AS has been increased, wouldn't you?
I don't think you get it...
I was nearly ALL of them at the time of posting (like 90%+ on ask), and I am pretty much at the front of the line in terms of FIFO priority right now
I'm still 5-7+ mil on the ask right now out of the 14m up there. I'll be first to get cleared on .0024s.... that is if anyone is actually buying.
Nope. Not even close. I expect your .0024 wall all day at this rate.
I'll save this one for later.
Amazon direct-to-consumer sales channel questions.
If you are really good at research
Identify if companies find out and report clearances individually throughout the month, or through the month end publication of clearances from the FDA.
Remember the call with AJW talking about the pharma-army in and out of there looking over different elements of a potential partnership with them (speaking towards US distribution/partner) and his use of the word "contingent".
Identify what opportunities you might be able to create for yourself between these 3 stages/events which are likely to come next...
- The reaction to sad sales / ER
- FDA clearance for most recent filing
- Update on Dr. Scholl's
I don't believe we'll have another ER before FDA clearance.
Wow! Still "Not in good standing"
My guess would be it has to do with this:
https://egov.maryland.gov/businessexpress/EntitySearch/BusinessInformation/D05750989?ImageError=error&ErrorCode=2&FilingNumber=1000362011335058
Click "Annual Report/Personal Property" tab.
Tried to call MD Business Express to ask if they've filed yet but it just rings once you drill down the the right section of the phone tree.
For what it's worth, last filing date was first week of July and others listed seem to be as early as June. Maybe MD has a backlog and they'll back date the filing date?
Maybe one of you guys who email Paul/Andy/Keith could just ask them if they've filed this thing yet, and if so, approx what date and if not - why not?
If .0024 offer is all me
and I'm sitting here for what seems like forever "partially filled" at the same dollar amount... then what does that mean? Think about it.
bobby: sharing price and/or quantity
ordered would likely be in violation with NDA's they have with their wholesalers and partners, and generally bad practice for a wholesaler/distributor. Wholesale prices should be seen by qualified distributors only -- not the public or end purchasers.
Nothing wrong with us guessing though.
oh bobby you just reminded me of something.
The pallets!
When did Keith post the picture of those pallets again? Was it Keith that posted them on his Twitter or something?
Where is our pallet math?
Update: I had previously done some math and guessed 2073 units per pallet and someone else had said looked like 6-7 pallets in view. So we're well within reason to believe that was a legitimate order being readied to go out. Still, it would seem those pallets probably represented a pretty significant percent of all devices sold that quarter (if the image was for an order whose sales were noted in prev quarter just released)
Changes nothing for me though... if you like these prices, feel free to take everything I have at .0024. --- and I intend to buy them back.
Unfortunately not buy buy
...wall still there. I can only put up 5 million at a time.
Your .0023 is tempting though you 23,000,000+ share buyers... it's only a $2300 difference for .0001. That's a lot of steak dinners. I'll probably hold for .0024 and wall up. :)
.0024 is the wall
I'll be happy to sell you everything I have at that price.
Sales so low -- "How many units"
How many UNITS sold?
is the question we should be asking.
Whats the lowest average sales price that would make sense to you?
$5? That seems low, but ok... let's use that number.
59,264 units if $5 avg
29,632 units if $10 avg
Sad.
Prev QvQ sales down.
Past 3 year sales trend down.
"nope"
Well, yeah. That's the point of a patent, innit? If it was too much like anything else (that a reviewer could have found), then it wouldn't have been approved.
I was only responding to your comment of:
"Let's see someone try and "work-around" the patents."
That would be impossible, as it would probably be illegal for you to expressly set out to create similar product by "working around" existing patents.
True innovation is always happening, however. My point was there are plenty of PEMF based products on market, and even more patents.
If underlying PEMF technology works, and big pharma wanted to make a *unique* PEMF device, they probably could?
>Let's see "work-around" the patents
I mean you can search PEMF on AMZN 121 results. Lots of dupe results, some books, but plenty of different devices using PEMF.
USPTO generic search for "PEMF" reveals 306 patents.
USPTO generic search for "Pulsed Electromagnetic Field" reveals 447 patents.
>Sale at this point is not important
So Dewmboom...
https://www.sec.gov/oiea/Complaint.html
LOL :)
No.
Only if you believe the anonymous people here who were saying 0-30 days.
Company itself purportedly ESTIMATED 3 months. (which is reasonable)
Actual clearances for recently cleared apps have been 30 days - 1.5 years.
"200K would be great."
I'll tell you this... if they post less than $300k revenue, I expect we'll be at .0010 range within 3-5 trading days. Especially when you consider and factor in the companies most recent filing for the 5bln share increase.
You want to dilute investors by 20% swaths of dilution at a time? You better have the revenues and growth to support that sort of financial bravado.
This would be ridiculously huge if they won or even placed high in the top submissions.
in the works?
I thought it was done and live as of April 1?
I think it's a beautiful set up
IMO timeline will look like this...
- Financials come first
- Then FDA clearance
- Then shortly after, an update on "the deal"
I agree with you stockarockk. I believe sales/revenues won't impress here. I'm actually afraid that some people here are/were in the know and were trying to soften the impact by lowering expectations (remember the $200k number pitched as "good" -- LOL yeah right. Good for .001-.0015 PPS, maybe)
So looking at that timeline prediction again...
Bad financials would likely give opportunity to load up at lower PPS before FDA clearance. Good financials alone (unless they are phenomenal i.e. > $750k) probably won't move this beyond $100M valuation (or .005). Just my opinions.
