You know there are not even 900 Save a Lot grocery stores on the USA? So pretty impossible to be in 900+ stores.
Share price has been dropping sub penny lately, price as I write this is .0092 a share. How can any reasonable person believe we can uplist to NASDAQ? We have never filed quarterly's on time, yet alone ever had Audited Financials. We list restaurant equipment from a failed Tap House that went bankrupt on the financials. lol To uplist, we would need the share price to be over 4.00 for a while, file Audited financials On Time.
We have been a publicly traded company since 2006 that has never listed higher than Pink Sheets that I can recall. We survive by selling stock. When they run out of shares to sell, they do a R/S and get them back to start all over. Sixteen years later, we are still a pink sheets company, struggling to stay at .01 a share.
Why as no one here ever seen our products in any store? No one ever posted they bought and tried the Pizza's. We are supposedly in 200+ stores, yet no one ever bought any and tried them? The company has not posted pics of stores and the freezer sections loaded up with our product. Pics of the front of the store, location, and pics of our products for sale in the freezers would surely make this stock take off some. We would be buying them if available in our area's, which would have stores reordering more, etc. That would do so much more for share price than Tweets that are really unrealistic. This is not the first time we talked about Uplisting.
Is the talk of buying Black Rock, which appears to hinge on being a NASDAQ listed and traded company going to be used as the next reason for a 500 or more for one Reverse Split? Company gets back most of their shares, but deal falls through for some reason like all the times in the past and share price falls every day to .10 or less? Then they get to do this all over with all the stock to sell again.
Looking forward to anyone actually finding the products in stores and taking pics and trying them! So far no one has ever seen a single product in any store
Struggling to stay over .01 as we wait for their plan to Uplist to NASDAQ
Anyone see the plan yet????
Great news to sell more shares! lol
Get people buying and odds are that they will dump/dilute into it like they have been!
Are you close enough to check? I spent hours once going through the list of stores, going to each store to see if they were available and never found one store with any of our Pizza. Using Instacart or the like you can pick anything the store offers and I found Zero!
That does not seem unreasonable. How many stores are we supposedly in? 200 Plus? Yet not one mention of anyone buying and trying a frozen Pizza?
Seems no one has ever seen one, knows of any stores they are being sold in, or ever tried one. Strange really. You would think everyone here would actually buy some and try them out, Post Pics of the stores selling them, pics of them in freezers, etc
Our product in 200+ stores, in freezers, Us trying them, Pics of everything would really add some positive momentum here.
All everyone does is repost GMPR updates they post. Seems seeing what we are supposedly actually doing and selling now, is a lot better than the hopes of a Pinky struggling to stay over .01 Uplisting to NASDAQ and having a share price over 4.00 to be able to buy Black Rock Restaurants. Why does Black Rock want to sell? Restaurant Biz is not a easy or always a profitable business anymore. Hard to get employees, etc.
Has anyone tried the Frozen Pizza?
Have you tried the frozen Pizza yet?
I have no idea what you are talking about on your last 3 posts... not sure is anyone else here does
If you look at all the shares being dumped, you could conclude they put that update out to get buyers while they dilute.
I predict they dilute all they have while pushing Black Rock news, then, use needing to get stock price over 4.00 to uplist to NASDAQ to justify the next big R/S. Probably at 500 > 1 minimum. They will get all the stock back, there will be a reason the deal does not work out, things get quiet for a few months, there will be a whole new group of bag holders watching the stock price drop weekly.
I mean, not like this scenario hasn't played out many times before. It is all in this thread that not may go back on and read!
What do you mean? Not making much sense
Yep, all that can happen once this late filing .01 cent pinky uplists to NASDAQ!
Just need Audited Financial's that are filed on time and the stock price to be over 4.00 a share for a while!
Who has been selling last few weeks? GMPR Diluting and selling whatever they have left a little every day? Always lots more selling than buying it seems
250 Locations and no one here can find any in stores to buy and try.
A list of stores would actually be a worthwhile tweet and may be a huge boost for sales. People may tweet pics of them out of oven ready to eat, etc...
Well, the condition that they become a fully reporting company and get share price over 4.00 then get uplisted to NASDAQ pretty much makes all this just talk to sell stock really. Everyone retweeting the news, promoting this deal, including never talks about how we are going to meet the conditions required to uplist to NASDAQ. If we had a share price that was always over 2.00 and out filings were always on time, you would think there is a possible path to getting on NASDAQ. But we have been public since 2006, really have no substantial business that is profitable and growing, is not a good track record. In 16 years public, we struggle to keep the share price over .01 cents, can't remember them ever filing anything close to on time, have done numerous reverse splits, and survive by selling stock.
We keep hearing how many stores we are in with frozen Pizza. I have put a good bit of time in trying to find a store that has them. Just come up empty all the time. No one here ever talks about buying one and trying it. GMPR has never mentioned a single physical location selling the Pizza's. If they did, I am sure I would not be the only one buying some to try. If they are good, we would spread the word and get people buying them.
I am sure Black Rock would love to sell them restaurants for 4 million dollars and rights to more locations. The restaurant business is one of the hardest to be profitable in good times. Now, most can not get enough employees to keep normal hours, food costs keep climbing every month, utility cost going up quite a bit, rents going up, all the while the average consumer has less buying power every month.
Pretty sure anyone lending money looks at a company's credit rating, company history and track record, Assets available to guarantee the loan, what the funds will be used for and likelihood that that the business will succeed and have the cash flow to make the loan payments. The bar is so high it is basically unreachable for us. So the LOI agreements are most likely to generate some excitement, have people load up on the shares they are dumping, then when no shares left, use it to Justify a huge R/S.
We have finalized negotiations with Blackrock, lined up non diluting private funding that converts on NASDAQ
Funding converts on a pink sheet stock that never files on time and struggles to stay over .01 cents.
Wish they would update us on the plan to become a fully reporting company with a share price of over 4.00 a share so all this has a chance of actually happening!
or
Will they use needing to get the share price to over 4.00 a share to do a 500 or more for 1 R/S to get back almost all their stock after they sell out what they have?
then
Some reason it doesn't work out, share price eventually drops to where it is and this whole scenario plays over again like in the past 16 years?
I bet not one person here has any idea where you can buy a frozen pizza, or have ever tried one. I would like to buy/try one just to see how they are. I am not that far from the home office, and have tried to look online to locate any place kind of nearby and nothing. No one has chimed in saying where they saw them, bought them, etc.
I am curious, has anyone here found the pizza's for sale anywhere? Have you bought any and tried them? I am in their home area and have not found a single store that carries them.
What stores actually sell them so we can try one?
Here is my prediction...
Slow continuous dilution and positive news, tweets like the Tentative agreement to buy black rock, a million dollar loan etc and uplisting to NASDAQ will go on for a little till the company is almost out of stock to sell. The positive news and the needing to uplist to NASDAQ and have a share price over 4.00 will be the reason to justify a pretty big R/S. Then there will be some reason we didn't uplist, things will get quiet for a while. Everyone will be bag holders as the price slowly drops way down getting close to where it was before the R/S.
I am basing that on reading back on here, seeing how history has a way of repeating itself. Needing to uplist to get $1,000,000 loan and complete an acquisition is the perfect way to lay out why they need to do a 1 for 500 or more R/S.
Some things to think about..
We hear of all these new grocery and convenience stores we are in. What was it 70 more in a news release? Has anyone actually found any of our products in any stores? Over the years, I have actually gone to stores they say they were in, like Homegoods, nothing, asked worker, never heard of what was supposed to be there. Went into convenience stores in NW PA where we were supposed to be in using a distributor in Erie PA . Nothing. Obviously out products were never at that distributor, lol.
If we all could find the products in the stores, on shelves, in freezers, take pics of the outside of store, and pics of our products, this stock could take off. I would load up big time, as would everyone, while we all started showing the stores, locations, products here.
Am I the only one here who is curious if we are actually being sold in any stores? What Stores, What Products? How many active stores? Hell just have all us going to the stores if close enough and buying some pizza's, salsa, what ever there, stores will be reordering, etc. would be great for us and share price!
Something to Ponder over the Holliday weekend!
Anyone else want to make a prediction?
$GMPR has tentatively locked in the capital through a private investor using a non diluted capital that converts upon uplist to NASDAQ
We are a pink sheet company with a share price of .012
NASDAQ requires a share price over 4.00 for a certain period of time.
How can we possibly ever uplist to NASDAQ? We have been a pink sheet company who struggles to file on time, usually doesn't, since 2006.
Over the years they have talked about uplisting to NASDAQ, most of the time it was before a RS, once a 2500 for 1. Price falls back to where it was within a month and they have all their stock back for the most part. You can look back on here and see.
We need Pics of the stores, pics of product on shelves and in freezers!
Would be the one thing that makes this stock really go up!
Anyone able to get any?

PITTSBURGH, PA -- December 28, 2020 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Gourmet Provisions International Corporation (OTC PINK:GMPR) today announce they are in the final negotiations with a US Psychedelic Edible manufacturer to produce a custom line of Gourmet Vegan Psychedelic Edibles and expansion of their inventory of CBD products. Last year Gourmet Provisions & CBD partner Brewer & Associates Consulting (under the BWell brand) entered the highly competitive market of CBD Edibles with their Gourmet 1150mg CBD Infused Vegan Fruit Wedges & 10mg all natural Honey Sticks.
Gourmet Provisions & BWell teamed up a year ago bringing numerous Gourmet high end certified CBD-Infused food products to market and will now expand their current inventory. Gourmet Provision International Corp (on their own) will launch into the new and exciting Psychedelic Edible arena.
James Vowler President & CEO of Gourmet Provisions International Corp. stated, "The opportunity to expand our current line of Gourmet CBD Edible and enter into the exciting ‘fairly new' world of psychedelic edibles, with all of the health benefits they deliver, is an undeniable win for our company. We have developed a strategic marketing strategy which we believe will be highly successful in building brand recognition, product awareness and most of all sales."
No one will lend this company anything as a Pink Sheet lowest level stock.
The financing is contingent on them uplisting to NASDAQ. How is that going to happen? We struggle to stay above .01 cents a share. NASDAQ requires share price to be over 4.00 a share, have on time audited financials, etc.
This company raises money by diluting, selling stock, then doing a RS to get it back off of us to start over.
Yea, we been saying that since 2006.
Still a .01 stock that can not file on time, dilutes and does an RS every so often to get back their shares and start over. Never actually does anything but news releases to sell stock
Trying to get back to "Pink Current" so we can make the leap to NASDAQ!
We need to get the share price up over 4.00 to uplist! Maybe they are addressing that too! Been a struggle to stay over .01 now. Sure they have a real workable plan for that!
How do you think they can make that happen? Some insight would be nice!
I just don't see how it could possibly ever happen.
We need to up list to NASDAQ, stock price over 4.00 a share and audited financials on time for any of that to even have any chance.
Right now we are struggling to stay above .01 cents, financials not filed and we are now Pink Limited.
They are either diluting or shareholders been dumping shares
You really believe what you wrote and what they say?
We dropped to Pink Limited since that update.
Jim has probably been diluting last days to get some money to pay someone to do enough accounting to get a filing in hoping to get back to pink current!
When will they be uplisting to NASDAQ for the loan to happen and the Black rock deal to happen?
No bank is going to lend them 1 million in non diluting financing! lol No bank would lend them 10K lol
Waiting since 2006 for them to actually do anything they say on Updates! lol
Do you really think this company will get on NASDAQ? Do you know the requirements? Stock has to be over 4.00 to start with. We struggle to not fall below .01 cents. Filings have to be done on time and audited. We are a Pink "Limited" stock and can not even file easy unaudited filings on time.
You know what else would really help and build confidence and increase value? Seeing pictures on the 70 plus new stores with our products available and for sale in them!
If everyone here can post pics of stores and our products for sale on their shelves this stock could really take off!
Supposedly in 70 plus stores according to the posts from Gourmet Provisions.
Is anyone looking besides me?
Gourmet Provisions International announces 70+ new grocery & convenience stores
There priorities are to promote the company and sell stock. You need here long enough to know that!
Has anyone found any of their products in any stores for sale yet? If so take a pic of the store and the products on display on in freezers!
Yes, so much more important than doing the filing on time!
Has anyone found any of their products available for sale in any of the places they say are selling them? I still have not found a single item for sale anywhere!
Good start to uplist to NASDAQ!
What does Pink Limited mean?
Limited Information companies include troubled firms in financial distress, bankruptcy, or those with accounting issues. This category also includes companies that are unwilling to meet the OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines. No Information companies are those businesses that do not provide any disclosure at all.
Want to bet no one will actually lend them 1,000,000 ?
No banker in their right mind will lend a .01 pink sheet company 1million plus to enable them to do anything. They have no assets to back the loan and have lost money every year since 2006
Up for a little wager?
How do you think they can get from a .01 pink sheet stock to a NASDAQ listed stock with a share price over 4.00 to even have a chance to make the Black Rock deal have a chance?
I have been saying that since 2006, never happens.
Just promises, dilution, R/S's to take our shares back, etc
Then starts all over....
It's all here in this forum if you care to read back to any point in time.
Sure been a lot of selling lately. Guess no one actually believes we can go from a late filing .01 pink sheet company to a NASDAQ listed company with a share price over 4.00 to make the Black Rock deal even have a chance of happening.
Well they have been public for 16 years and still have no real business you can actually find anywhere. No one here has ever found any products in any stores they say they are in. There is always an excuse why things don't work out after months of hype and promises.
For the Black Rock deal to happen, they need to be listed on NASDAQ. We can't even make it to the OTC board. We are trading at .01, you need a share price of 4.00 or more for NASDAQ.
