We have finalized negotiations with Blackrock, lined up non diluting private funding that converts on NASDAQ

Funding converts on a pink sheet stock that never files on time and struggles to stay over .01 cents.
Wish they would update us on the plan to become a fully reporting company with a share price of over 4.00 a share so all this has a chance of actually happening!
or
Will they use needing to get the share price to over 4.00 a share to do a 500 or more for 1 R/S to get back almost all their stock after they sell out what they have?
then
Some reason it doesn't work out, share price eventually drops to where it is and this whole scenario plays over again like in the past 16 years?
