We are a pink sheet company with a share price of .012
NASDAQ requires a share price over 4.00 for a certain period of time.
How can we possibly ever uplist to NASDAQ? We have been a pink sheet company who struggles to file on time, usually doesn't, since 2006.
Over the years they have talked about uplisting to NASDAQ, most of the time it was before a RS, once a 2500 for 1. Price falls back to where it was within a month and they have all their stock back for the most part. You can look back on here and see.
