He has said so on the shmp investors page on facebook and also to individuals who have posted.
I wouldn't sweat this. Firstly, Letezia has said all the meets during the expos generated business deals that are at the moment being settled, some apparently with LOI's that they are choosing not to announce until official inked agreements. That is a huge source of generated revenue if these are mostly licensing agreements. Secondly, any deals they've made for delivery of shrimp would start moderately before ramping up...and the goal is three cities to start. It will take a total of 26 units to deliver weekly from one facility, but this is not the time to be announcing that sort of production as they haven't even announced supplier deals yet. And they just installed 3 new units since ordering them a month ago, so they are capable of doing it faster than you're anticipating if warranted. Until deals are announced, the only real news here is obviously the company is expanding and gearing up for production, which indicates there's a supply chain that will be announced as part of this.
Outlandish falsehoods about their patent "not working" are a waste of typing effort. Obviously, the patent works. Obviously, the system grows shrimp from larval stage to harvest, and was so approved by the Texas Park and Wildlife Department. Obviously, people have eaten shrimp harvested from the facility. Obviously, the company is expanding. And obviously, longs are not selling their shares.
Apparently, they plan to continue to install new EC units after this so they can stock monthly so the number of EC units stated is moot anyway. Monthly production, if that's their aim to start, means 6 tanks total, and if they plan to use a few for a hatchery, barramundi, salmon, you can figure the aim will be around 9 to start. Realize this is big production. Their tanks take up a space the size of a football field, to give you an idea of the immensity of produce they are capable of fully operational. The plan, after this, is to extend the company to systems in New York and Las Vegas, to start, and again, the beginning of this process infers everything is moving in that direction.
Thanks for reposting. Was hoping it was the link to the installation of the first of the three tanks.
I don't understand your question??? The big deal is they are able to produce clean shrimp in amounts far exceeding other companies per liter of water, and with the efficiency of guaranteeing that delivery. The mortality of shrimp in the average biofloc system, and in fact in the entire state of Texas RAS shrimp industry to give you exact statistics, runs 45 to 75 percent for one thing, with a lack of efficiency in guarantee of delivery from harvest to harvest, as besides not knowing how much of a stock will die off, there is at times entire die offs. The NS technology solves this issue, making them attractive to distributors, buyers, etc. who can then guarantee fresh shrimp at point of sale with confidence. Also, the delivery infers they are moving ahead with big production because they have buyers.
Not 5, 4. I misstated sorry. They now have a total of 4 units installed.
You don't know that. They haven't released the deals yet.
The PR about the first tank installation had been previously announced. I'm waiting to see a link to that info. It seems as usual their p.r. firm didn't think when they put out this new news to simply tie it to the last, which is to say the 2nd and 3rd tank were just installed from that order. Simple enough, yet they, as usual, screwed it up. One wonders if their p.r. firm has some college freshman who works the phones writing their p.r. for them as the manner of communication seems to be in this manner over and over, blunting the impact of any good news in these forums by people who take advantage of the facts to tear apart the manner it's vaguely delivered.
2nd and 3rd EC unit just installed. Bringing the total now to 5. Your information is wrong. https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/04/04/1796949/0/en/NaturalShrimp-Takes-Delivery-of-New-Water-Treatment-Systems-Toward-Full-Production.html
Raising the shrimp from larval stage to harvest acceptable by the tpwd was the "proof" of the patent. The company has gotten funding, they have a football sized facility, you are completely wrong with your claims about the patent or the viability of the company and its future because of its patent development and acquisition and I am completely tired of the denial of the official sign off that the TPWD did indeed witness the growth of these shrimp using this patented system to harvest acceptability. Success of patented technology was achieved undeniably.
Well, you can wait to jump in, meantime the rest of us will be enjoying our shrimp cocktails when the stock hits a dollar, likely at the end of the week.
These shrimp take 24 weeks to grow to harvest size. The density was so high and so many fish survived that they grew to full size in a longer period, I assume because of less food per shrimp. So knowing this, there will be the number of larval shrimp adjusted down and the growth should run to 24 weeks.
If they start in May the first harvest would be October, then weekly, as they would stagger the tanks. I believe there are 26 tanks at that facility, correct me if I'm wrong.
The GHS deal was filed with the SEC on April 1.
Deals inked that aren't binding? If you mean LOI's they can be announced once "inked." There aren't other sorts of non-binding "deals."
Where is the link to this WSJ article please?
Exactly. The "harvest report" was only the finalized printed report of the TPWD that was referred to following their verbal approval of the health of shrimp and facility to proceed with a harvest after the growout in their patent test tank. It was turned into this mythic "harvest report" on ihub.
The growout of shrimp WAS in fact the patent "test." The technology works. 'nuff said.
Great news. The volume will hopefully pick up end of day.
Always Fridays and Mondays anyway.
I'm not playing games on here for the benefit of others. Do your own DD. If you can't find that info then you're not on other shmp boards some of us are privy to. People should do their own DD in any case not get it from this forum.
That's awesome! As of today I'm holding 170,000 shares. Wish I could do more!
Substantiate it on your own. The info is out there.
I try. I think truth is always the best qualifier on here. SHMP is holding a patent to a top notch, one-of-a-kind patent with no competitors that will change how aquaculture is conducted forever. The gamechanger. More efficiency, less mortality, no contaminants, able to be set up anywhere and costs less to operate. That sells me.
About time some news shows up. I think this company is way undervalued right now...been sticking with it since the great mariuana fly up.
NATURALSHRIMP's patent is the first-in-the-world application of electrocoagulation to an RAS (closed recirculating) system to raise seafood.
The technology has successfully raised shrimp approved for harvesting by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and will be applied to other species of fish and and official confirmation of third party deals are even now in the works, likely to be announced this week.
SHMP flew to over .95 only a month ago on rumor of its patent success, and is expected to fly up from $1-$4 depending on the nature of first deals announced.
At two recent expos, the company walked away with just about every aquaculture meet they did seeking a deal with SHMP.
Buying shrimp at .19-.49 will make you 2 to five times to ten times your investment in due course. Holding longer will probably see 10 to 20 dollars within a couple of years.
Those East Asian companies do use antibiotics to treat shrimp pathogen outbreaks. They got caught is all. Shrimp contaminated with antibiotics is contaminated because the humans used antibiotics to try and control infectious outbreaks and the US banned such shrimp from import.
We're all happy to buy your shares today.
Last chance to get shares in the .20s for sure. I am very happy with what I've accumulated. Price could soar any moment between now and end of week, earlier in week more likely it seems.
Putting in sell order for $2. Can't raise it until it hits 1 at fidelity.
It's FLYING UP WHAT DO WE DO?!?!?
I plan to buy last shares this morning, if news isn't out yet. Last opportunity here if still in .20s is great. Money should be clear today to do so.
It's not going lower sounds like a lot of you missed out going into the news we are rather sure comes out this week good luck to your next venture though.
We know deals are likeliest announced this week through the fact that they are already installing the system at a barramudi farm, by ft telling us so, pictures, commentary they've been working on deals with just about everyone they met with at the NOlA expo that they attended at the beginning of the month and the loss of income with time wasted solidifying agreements is just common sense. Sorry some of you sold last week thinking the price would drop but anyone with common sense has held every share the last couple of weeks it is foolish to try and time the market and in particular this stock once it started to get pitched with the patent secured.
There will be no more deals before the rocket takes off and wysiwyg. Instead of desperate last second wild claims to try and inspire people to give away shares at this point, which just isn't working, buy in the .20s if they're still there Monday and reap the 5 to 20x return or walk away disappointed now because hoping for 1 cent, 5 cent ain't happening at this point. We all know deals will be announced this week and they're even installing in a third party fish farm as I type.
Considering announcement of deals are likely this week waiting on the sidelines at this point is probably not going to pan out in your best interest.
Continuing to accumulate.
Source of article: https://www.livetradingnews.com/naturalshrimp-incorporated-otcshmp-target-1-126404.html I think the assessment of the projected pps by this individual is rather conservative...Harbinger's report of $2.16 was also stated to be a conservative projected pps based on the success of the patent and I think it's closer to target.
