The thing I never understood about SLJB was why were all the investors hanging their hat on Audited Financials that may or may have not been registered with the SEC in Schedule 10 format . from what i have followed over the past few months the AF's were going to be simply post on one of the SLJB websites. "Just seems strange" ?? anybody answer that one i am just really curious about that.????????

6. SLJB is aimed still toward new levels of shareholder value
7. Petar Vucicevich has ensured the Company that he stands behind SLJB to lend support and guidance

My opinion is that the SEC and Canadian officials are now investigating this whole SLJB Crime.

My opinion : There has been an outside entity pumping this stock for their own gains and may have known about inside information.

These AF's will need to be reviewed by the SEC before any release of them ( Just think if Petar made a quick move and posted the AF's and there were errors in them ?;) BOY!!

I have been watching this unfold for months. I am on the outside looking in. It dont look pretty. (never bought or sold a share of SLJB) feel sorry for the people that got sucked in.

The Canadian and USA Securities Officials are investigating.
If anyone thinks these financials are comming anytime soon is a fool.

Every line in the financials will be gone over with a fine tooth comb and have to be proven to be accurate and truthful, and then signed for.

That will not happen for at least a month or two.

P.S. I suspect you will see a press release from the SEC or Canadian officials next week.

Sad to see these scams continue. The SEC is to blame for this and yet they continue unabaited for decades.

PBLS will exceed revs of 250 million (at a minimum) this year 2006
They have no long term debt aoor.ob is 22 million in debt
with under a million in cash.
PBLS is cash flush just look at the 2005 financials - they had
over 6 million. Coupled with the recent "Monster" purchases

I think PBLS goes to .25 if financials and 10 as well as TA ungagging by Christmas
