The Canadian and USA Securities Officials are investigating.
If anyone thinks these financials are comming anytime soon is a fool.

Every line in the financials will be gone over with a fine tooth comb and have to be proven to be accurate and truthful, and then signed for.

That will not happen for at least a month or two.

P.S. I suspect you will see a press release from the SEC or Canadian officials next week.

Sad to see these scams continue. The SEC is to blame for this and yet they continue unabaited for decades.
